We loved the hotel especially for its location and its good quality / price. The hotel is totally new, modern design (the TV is the mirror!). The staff was very friendly and correct, always attentive and eager to help. The location can not be better, in the center of the district of letters surrounded by good restaurants and with the possibility of walking to all points of tourist interest.

We will definitely repeat experience!

Very good option of a small hotel in the center of Madrid. Everything is very close, well attended. Rooms very well, nice with everything you need. Only that the bathroom would need a door since everything that happens there is seen and heard by whoever is in the room.

The room I stayed in was very bad. Located near the elevator, which means noise from guests throughout the night. The apartment was also so small that it could not fit the luggage. The bathroom gives no privacy at all. In addition, the room has an emergency light on all the time, which prevents the guest from sleeping.

New hotel at a very good price. It is in the center center of Madrid. We were very impressed with its design and quality. Of the best that can be found, it is also in one of the best areas. You can walk to a lot of places from the Hotel, and there is public transportation throughout the area. I really enjoyed walking through the retreat. We will return for sure.

Very good position in the centre of madrid. 2 minutes walking from Del Prado, Reina Sofia and Retiro and 10 minutes walking from Chueca and Malesana. Near the hotel there is plaza sant Ana with a great choice of place where eating and drinking.
Very essential room.

All-around an A with a few little quirks. Large room; two twin beds. Comfy. Clean. Minimalist. Pillows of different densities; so important and all too often overlooked. Mini bar has surprisingly reasonable prices. Bathroom and bedroom not traditionally separated with formal door; fine for me and wife but odd. I can't take a shower while she sleeps as there's no way to light the shower but not the bedroom.

The situation is very good. The beds are comfortable and large and in general it is nice. We put 1 star for the following: the hotel wants to be modern and original and ends up being uncomfortable. The masonry finishes are fatal and the intention is to lower prices in many things, such as windows, which are large and beautiful, with a balcony, but poorly soundproofed. The TV is a mirror but does not match its quality with the price of the hotel. The bathrooms lack a door, they mix with the room, without meaning, the showers do not drain and we spent a good time every time we showered drying the water that came out, we also took 3 rooms on the bridge for 4 days and 2 of them had the shower drain broken, literally open, we told the front desk the first day to at least be masked during our stay, because we were with 4 children and they ignored us, with the consequent risk that the children could be cut. It was also necessary to warn of a broken curtain, this was solved quickly. The room has no drawers for clothes or wardrobe, only 2 short bars for hangers and for the rest you look for life or keep it in the suitcase during the stay. Advertise 4 stars and prices that are not related to what it offers.

The hotel is new and is very well located, in a central area, a few blocks from the Prado Museum and Puerta del Sol, but in a quiet street to rest. The room was very spacious and comfortable, and the shower was excellent. It has a minibar, and a safe. The room was immaculate.
The mirror transforms into a TV, which is an interesting detail.
It does not offer breakfast, but on each floor there is a nespresso machine and cookies that you can use at any time of the day. You can ask for the capsules you need at reception. The staff was very nice.
The only criticism I make of it is that it does not have a place to store clothes, only a few hangers hanging from a pipe, which may not be enough.
In any case, it is a hotel that I would return and without a doubt, I would recommend.

There was no cafeteria or restaurant on site but you will not need them, the hotel is surrounding by restaurants, bars even supermarkets. Definitely good value for the money

Was ok, but price / performance is not right at all "
I don't know who came up with the idea of building the toilet across from the bed in a small hotel room and then with a door that doesn't close. Maybe looks stylish! But you can see and smell everything! There is no ventilation. Maybe the architect should have spent a weekend there with his wife first ...
We had the small double room, the bed was ok, the room needs a new coat of paint, the shower should also be renovated. It is also not soundproof, but it says in the hotel description ... The price was really too expensive! Staff was nice but many don't speak a word of English.

The location was good, all museums within walking distance. If you want to go shopping, everything is close by.

The hotel is well located in the centre of Madrid, walking distance from restaurants, bars and museums. The room itself is clean, well managed and spacious. The air-conditioning is great and the staff have been lovely.

The hotel was very nice, the second time I chose this hotel, because the first one I was very satisfied, they did not clean the room, they did not make the bed or change my towels until I do not know what they said I was told that if I wanted to they can do it
For that I go to a hostel, I make my bed and pay less. They did not invite me or a coffee. They had them counted as the shampoos that if they would give me one more coffee, the world would end

This hotel allegedly sends messages to customers to be picked up at the airport saying that if you want us to send you a taxi I would like to know if it is true that they send an official taxi or just try to capture the customer using our name. I'll have to find out

Very nice experience for a fast and professional trip. The room is big for a three star. The concierge service is top! The place is quiet and ideal for resting. Afterwards for those who are looking for the extra comfortable beds of 4 and 5 stars go your way :-). Very good location, surrounded by restaurants.

Great Hotel !!! Clean, with attention to detail, modern and in a fantastic location for getting around the city on foot !! We will be back.

Nice idea of having a shared coffee machine on the floor. In this way, the environment is safeguarded by avoiding dozens of coffee machines for each room that may not even be used.

The only point that needs improvement is the bathroom door which does not isolate the room. But it is a small problem.

Great small hotel in the heart of central Madrid with easy walking access to 3 national art galleries, including the Prado. Lots of excellent restaurants nearby. The Real Jardin Botanico and El Retiro Park are also a short walk away.
The room was very well designed for a traveling couple with shower and toilet having separate spaces and their own doors. SHOWER is large, not slippery, lots of hot water and the best shower appliances I have experienced in a hotel.
Front desk staff were all helpful and friendly.

Charming, cozy, comfortable and very well located. I believe it is one of the best places to stay in Madrid. The service is sensational, because the "girls" Silvia and Alba are a charm, they receive with a lot of friendliness and attention, they give tips of the city and they help in what they can. Cleanliness very good, beds comfortable, smelly and air conditioned. Bath very good. Excellent cost x benefit. Highly recommend.
