Hi I was actually wondering if you guy have the Honda Grom at your store and how much will it cost?

Nice employees that care about you and not pushing you toward a profit. Felt like I was given genuine information and was sent home to do more research before making my purchase.

Always gone here to buy gear and to buy small parts needed. Brought it for a routine check up and they told me other work needed to be done which was fine but it s been just under 2 weeks and I called to see what was taking so long and they told me they haven t started working because of the high volume about of people that bring in their bikes. I understand everyone s bringing in bikes to get work done and they want everyone to bring bikes in to make money but they need to schedule everything better. Their communication isn t that good. The only person I ve ever gotten a call back from is the Service Manager Kieth, everyone else says they will call me back and I ve still never received calls. Very poor communication and takes too much time to do simple work

Amazing wide variety I walked in and saw no dirtbikes but there all downstairs

Very disappointed, went all the way out there from Brooklyn because of a low price on the website, price was way higher when i got there. Hanover claimed it was the lowest price of any dealer, and i would end up going somewhere else, realizing that and coming back anyway. Ended up getting the same bike from Motorcycle Mall for much less than Hanover's "lowest price around"

Great staff. I've bought chainsaws, scooters, ATV, side x side and mowers here. Competitive pricing and knowledgeable staff on the sales floor and in parts. Honda, Yamaha, stihl all bought and serviced here!

Very disappointed with the service--we purchased an inverter in August online and never received it. When we followed up September, we were told it was backordered and would be in the following week. We didn't hear anything. We called again, and were told someone would call us back with more information. This never happened. In November, we were told that it might not be being manufactured anymore, but they would let us know. Today, in mid-December, I went to the store where I was informed by George that they learned a week ago it was discontinued. Again, there had been no communication. He apologized and said he had made a mistake. He also told me that part of the problem was that "the people downstairs" who handle the internet orders hadn't even told him that we were looking for this particular model until October or November, so it "wasn't his fault." George offered to sell me a more expensive comparable product with no discount or offer to make things right for four months of inconvenience. There was no accountability or concern that we're facing a snowstorm tomorrow. I asked for my money back. Very frustrating and disappointed! (and masks were not on noses or completely off of other employees to boot!)

George was very helpful I told him that I was just there to look for bike as first time buyer and learn he spend almost 30 minutes with me giving information about all kind of bikes. Same thing in gears section told them not going to buy anything today need to learn and they explained me about helmet fittings etc.

The sales dept stinks. They won't negotiate and low ball on trade ins. I ended up getting a better deal and newer bike at mt.Holly motorsports. That said, the service department was a pleasure to deal with.

I had my Honda Generator serviced ( and new battery) by them last month. They picked-up from home and delivered back and did a fantastic job, and now runs like new. Thank you Keith, Paul and Tony.

Ausom place. It was great to a Doc. Again .ausom guy. That man knows his bikes.

Sales department is super friendly and knowledgeable. They also gave me the lowest quote of all 3 dealers I visited. I will only shop here from now on. Love this place :)
