Called Treknology 3 Bikes Mega Showroom last week(...

Called Treknology 3 Bikes Mega Showroom last week(9th Dec 2020) to enquire about Trek Checkpoint ALR 5 Teal. The bike was for preorder. June answered my call and informed he will assist me in the process. Came down to the shop in the afternoon the same day. June assisted with my measurement for the right sizing. Very helpful and very professional indeed. Most of the preorder was done online only. The 'Boss' and June somehow managed to secure the last bike in my size so as not to disappoint me. As stated the bike will be ready between 18th to 23rd Dec 2020. To my surprise they called me today, 13th Dec 2020 for collection. On collection,one final check for the seat and off I go. The staff also mentioned I can come back anytime if I face any problem. Amazing service. There is no other place to go then here. Thank you everyone especially June and the big 'Boss'. I will sure to see you all again

Went to T3 to get my bike serviced as it has this irritating clicking sound when I pedal my road bike.

Alex, the consultant was super friendly and patient to troubleshoot my bike's issue. He was very knowledgeable about servicing the bike and shares advise on maintaining my bike.

T3 definitely lucky to have Alex on its team. He is definitely an asset.

Alex did resolved my issue, which due to the bottom bracket. My bike runs as good as new.

Definitely will go back here to get my bike serviced and maybe my next road bike.

Absolutely fantastic customer service with an unmatched selection of bikes/gear. Dawson and Sylvain are top-notch. This is the best place to go in Singapore for beginners and expert cyclists! Highly recommend.

Came down with some knowledge on bicycles and needed an assurance that i made the right choice, a special thanks to Azman he really tries to make sure im comfortable on my bike by letting me tryout different kind of bikes, city bike, mtb and also different framesize he also explain to me in lament terms from the marlin 5 to marlin 7 , i ended up taking the Marlin 6 as i felt its easier to tune up from there. Good service and defintely a very pro shop with lots of bikes available. Will be back for upgrades and bike changes. Service defintrly is excellent

Found and bought a FX6 sports to rehab back to cycling after 15 months post accident recovery. The staff that took care of me wS Dawson. Very friendly and helpful. This is first trek bike experince. Will see how after sales service go but should be quite trouble free i think. Looking forward to riding again...

I went to Treknology3's mega showroom (a close walking distance from IKEA Alexandra) looking for my first bike (hybrid). I was greeted warmly by the weekend staff upon entry, and was promptly recommended 1 or 2 options according to the specs/features I was looking for. They were quick to offer test rides for any bike/model you have the slightest interest in!

I returned the 2nd time after deciding to get a Trek bike, and with Dennis, gave my specs again - this time, he patiently ran through the selection of various hybrids, in both size (men's / women's) and range options, which I each tested, before I finally made a decision. He also showed me multiple times how to operate the Quick Release wheel and gave me other advice on bike maintenance.

Free delivery to your residence could be done even within the same day - but I chose a weekend slot. Thank you Dennis and the dedicated Treknology3 staff team!

Recently bought two bikes from the mega showroom. Knowledgeable and helpful staff. Not all bikes are available so you might not get your perfect model/color/size combination unless you are willing to place an order and wait 3-4 months. I compromised on the color (obviously) for one of the bikes but extremely satisfied with both the bikes so far. Excellent service from Yusuf and thanks to Dawson for a few tips and tricks. Haven t experienced their after sales service yet but I am confident that will be good as well. All in all a great place to purchase and maintain your prized bikes.

Long overdue review, just want to give the mechanics a big fat thumbs up! The team leader especially, sorry didn't get his name. He ain't pushy and even make an effort to find out more on the products I want but no stock. He even discussed with his fellow mechanics on how to best address my issues. Price wise is on the high side compare to neighbourhood shops but you get what you paid for. These guys really want to help and I appreciate their efforts and enthusiasm!

if you are just buying Hardtail mtb DON T GO to any TREKNOLOGY BIKE SHOP!!!! They will looked down on you coz you re just buying a few hundred dollar bikes only, but if you re buying those expensive Roadbikes and Full Sus MTB they will treat u like a KING, check on their FB page they only post pictures of those expensive Full Sus and Road bikes buyers. When you re in their showroom u will feel the difference on how they treat Hardtail buyers and Roadbikes buyers. I hope the management take action on this or else they must stop selling Hardtails.

The process was smooth and almost effortless (which is rare with kids), so we're very thankful to him for that. Great selection and the kids are happy with their choices. Thanks!

Great show room. And great service.
Staff was friendly and spend lots of time sharing and giving good advices and suggestions.

I was getting a child seat here and the staff Calvin was very patient sharing with me on how to install the rack,what to watch out for and how to handle the child seats.

He also proactively offer to look at my current bicycle model, double check with the technical team to make sure I can install the rack.

Great experience for sure!

Jake is a super guy. He helps me to do the bike fitting even though my roadbike is not a trek. He told me and suggest me many good advice on how to maintain my bike.

I have been a customer for more than 25 years during which I bought first some Marin bikes , then 4 Trek branded units , and another one last week. Aftersales service has always been great and friendly. ... now the professional sales advice can even been expected in French if you prefer.

Good service and organised rides

Good service and organised rides

SHOP - I have been to three of their shops with the one in Jalan Kilang Barat (Mega Showroom) my usual to go to because I bought my bike there in 2016 and I would go there regularly for all my bike accessories and bike wash, etc. And they provide a regular tune-up for my bike which I appreciate. All the services I receive in the three shops are good, efficient and friendly.

ORGANISED RIDES - I have been cycling with one of the organised rides by Treknology + Women's Cycling Project + Fahrenheit Performance, because the speed and convenience are just right for me.
Treknology just recently launched the Beginners' ride which happened this morning, what I like about the ride was it started a bit later than other groups, the pace was just right - 20-25. The organisers and riders are very friendly and helpful. Kudos to Sylvain and Daren. I look forward to more rides like this.

brought a ran down bike for repair due to circuit breaker period. boss pulled my bike in. known him for decades with his Malay mechanic (opp henry park primary). then bike was handed over to a staff. boss wrote me a receipt and off i went. next day, a staff called. only talked about brakes and chain issue. he forgotten about handle and both punctured tyres. ended up he had to call me twice. i requested to change both inner tubes cos its super old. staff who sounded like Indian said one of them is ok. evening, picked bike with all new staffs i never seen before (mainly Filipinos) went back and immediately the old inner tube burst. brought repair bike back 2-3 days later, another set of staff (mainly locals). and wanted to charge me labour again for something i told them to change. biggest problem for this shop now is too many staffs and they don't hand over properly. also please make sure u get a receipt from them before u leave. their staff can let u leave without even getting your number. i had to call to give them my mobile number when i picked up the 2nd time. and this boss is all about money once his biz expanded. making claim that all i wanted is cheap without asking me what happened when his rotating staffs was super messy. maybe that's why gary fisher left fast and quick.

While the rest of the staff were busy with other customers, staff by the name of Azman patiently looked for a box for the helmet I purchased. When I approached him, he was serving a customer who was just about to purchase a bike! Impressed with how he treat each customer fairly, may it be a $99 worth of customer or a $4000 worth of customer!!! Keep up the good work!

Have always been sending my bikes for servicing at Treknology 3. Reliable and I always trust their professionalism. Detail analysis of my bike condition when I sent mine for repair and maintenance. I like the fact they will advise on options for the recommended improvement. Workmanship are really impressive. Got my bike back in less than a week looking brand new. Very responsive replies. We just bought a bike rack from treknology and was served by Nasser, who was super duper helpful and patient in explaining how the equipment works to us. We had lots of questions and he had patiently answered all of them diligently and even demonstrated to us how to operate the equipment in the hot sun! Very very impressed by his top notch services. Highly recommend this shop/Nesser to anyone who needs help or have questions relating to bikes! Thank you nasser and team!

Have a very good follow up customer service from Calvin Loh. He is very patient and helpful on attending to my issue today.
Tireless advices and always extends good advices & recommendations on whatever needs on bike related matters.
Excellent overall customer service from him and a few helpful service /sales consultants around. Always feel great walking in and tempted to bring back some great stuff home. Oh gosh spend money again!
Final comment, I highly recommend anyone looking for quality bikes (Or ProjectOne high end bikes) & accessories to visit Treknology 3, and the best sales consultant, i have to say is Mr Calvin Loh!

Sales people were friendly and accommodating. 2 stars is because the left pedal fell off after 5km of riding. Apparently the pedals were not checked before we left the store. Now, I'll have to check the whole bike for tightness and integrity..

These guys knew exactly how to sort out a tricky issue with my Domane iso speed, and paid the expert attention to it as only people experienced with the brand could do! I was worried the Project 1 pair would be damaged but nope, all perfect, thanks guys!!

That's when Mr. Dan and Mr. Adi alley my anxiety with their professional, practical and unbiased advice. Mr. Adi and Mr. Dan walked their professional talk with well assembled Tern Link C8 for me. I visited the Treknology Mega Showroom on 13 Feb 2020 and was attended by their friendly staff June.

June is very friendly and knowledgeable when it comes to Bikes. He brought out a few bikes for me to test ride and also share his sound knowledge on bicycles. He diligently spent quite sometime with me on solutions to get the Bike into my car. He was very patient with me when I ran thru my list of questions. Despite me not buying anything on that day, he maintain his professionalism.

On 14 Feb 2020, I returned to Treknology Mega Showroom to look for June. He patiently brings out the 2 different colours of the bikes outside the showroom as per my request, as I wanted to see how the colours looks like under the bright sunlight. He also demo and guide me on how to setup the bicycle rack onto my car.

I am happy with my purchase of the Trek FX3 2020 and some accessories. June even help me to get the technician to swop some of my own accessories from my existing bike to the new FX3.

I would highly recommend anyone (even for newbies like me) whom wants to go into cycling, to visit Treknology and talk to the friendly staff here.

We had just moved to Singapore when we found this ...

We had just moved to Singapore when we found this place. There are a lot of bike stores and they vary in terms of the service that one can expect. After we browsed for awhile, Caleb helped us with our bike questions. He was the nicest and most knowledgeable customer service rep I could have imagined. He walked us through a bunch of options, both new and used, and guided us through a fitting and some test rides. We walked away without buying anything, but after trying a few more stores, we decided to come back. What an amazing place. They have a variety of bikes by Trek and if you have browsed the Trek lineup, you know they make excellent bikes. I ended up buying one on the second day, and I could not be happier with my choice. Great store, great experience, worth a visit.

I own a "Gary Fisher Marlin Disc 2008" model. Fantastic bike, been of great service to me since 2007/2008 till now 2019. Years of almost daily use have ravaged the bike in terms of wear and tear. Time for an overhaul! I couldn't bear to let the bike go due to sentimental attachments to it. And I wanted to change the profile of the bike from a straight up hard-tail to a more commuter(ish) bike complete with pannier rack and "slide-on-slide-off-no-faffing-about" pannier bag with expandable luggage-lugging capacity. Alex and I brainstormed and spit-balled back and forth for days on how to match this aged bike with current parts and components in the market. I am thoroughly ecstatic with the outcome and the ride feel is a dream!

Again, thumbs up to Alex (and his team)!

To the management of Treknology3, give this man a raise!

Service center not friendly at all. I have bicycles bought online need some tuning. I called them asked if they could service low level products and got confirmed that they do do. When I drove to there with my bicycle, the service man said too time consuming for basic level product. They could have told me when I explained that mine was simple from online.

That really unprofessional and wasted my time.

The salesperson (Shahril) took really good care of...

The salesperson (Shahril) took really good care of my needs and queries. Spent almost two hours sharing about all the in house bikes and patiently allowing me to test ride my choices on the roads. Finally decided to purchase a bike from Trek after the in depth testing.

Outstanding after sales service. Went back for tuning after riding for a couple of weeks once the cables and brakes were nicely seasoned.

Really felt taken care off. Bike was properly tuned and wasn t charge a single cent for that.

Got caught in the rain. Sales person were all so friendly. Offered to park my bike and showed me to a place to wait out for the weather to get better.

If you want to get a bike and concerned about the after sales service. Look no further. This is the place you have to visit. They will gladly take their time to answer to all your needs.

The bikes are good, but my new bike was delivered already with scratches. On the delivery day itself already they mixed up timings and had to wait from 6 to 8:30pm, but the driver was already their first time at 3pm when we schedulded 6 pm before. If you want a bike, better buy it at a shop with proper service.

E-mailed to inquire on how to go about on reservation for bikes but there's no reply.Initially a staff name Naseer replied claiming stock is around Jan 2021.
Inquired further on how to go about on reservation,there's no reply at all months back.No idea why the silence!
Turn up at the shop,a kind staff assisted and claimed stock availability estimated on May 2021.
Perhaps turn up and talk with the staff is better than poor customer service online.

This shop deserves 5 stars. Especially the staff named Dennis. I do not know with other reviews. But my personal experience in Treknology 3 Bikes Mega Showroom is very fun. The staff is very friendly and helpful in giving opinions. They are also very experienced with the products they sell and they also provide good advice.

Spent all day here, but still served well and staff very nice to talk. Also have the opportunity to try choose a suitable saddle for me.

Lastly, I bought something here, because in my country, Trek store are not complete at all. And my advice, if you have a bicycle, especially Trek, want to find bontrager accessories, trek and all bike equipment in singapore, you must come to Treknology 3 Bikes Mega Showroom in Kallang. Thank you Dennis and Treknology 3 Bikes Mega Showroom. Definitely back again. Recommended.

Great store!! Patient and helpful staff. Really paid attention to our needs and came up with plenty of options. Kept helping even after we test drove our tenth bike. Lot of stock. Plenty of colours and sizes and LOTS of choice. Great bikes at decent prices. Options for everyone.

Visited a few stores first and found those places to be kinda useless and limited stock in the store (frame sizes required were always in the warehouse, Specialized wanted me to buy the bike first...).

Very friendly and helpful staff who are not pushy at all :) They stock a wide range of bikes and accessories in their two storey showroom in Jalan Kilang Barat. Besides this, there are also two other showrooms in Singapore. Treknology also provide bike repairs and service. Been there a number of times, and it has always been a positive experience.

Today s visit was to get my bike tube changed. Alex was very patient and professional. The bike tube cost $13. Service charge which included adjusting the brake pads and cleaning the chain was $10. Very reasonable indeed!

I have recommended them to my friends and suggest you check them out too :)

Absolutely awesome team. I purchased a sram groups...

Absolutely awesome team. I purchased a sram groupset from another retailer in Singapore and they had no clue how to fix a recuring issue I was facing. 4 rear derailuers over 4 months later and finally my groupset is working properly. Alex and the team went above and beyond to help and even arranged pickup of my faulty groupset from another showroom nearer to my house on the east side of Singapore. Perfect service.

Unlike other bicycle shops, Trek has big workshop at the end of the shop, manned by passionate technical team. When I was there on Saturday, the team was busy fixing bicycles. Alex, one of the technical person, gave very good advise on solutions to my bicycle problems. Very Friendly, he also tried to give the cheapest option to fix the bike. The shop has good selection of bike accessories and bikes for any use. Great one stop shop for bike needs.

Served by Nizam, He's a great biker with some expert knowledge. I was considering on buying my third bike in the near future but his recommendations for mountain bike are ok. Though it's a good alternative. At least, he still respect my decision to consider and even advice me to save up for a bike that's better than other brands and resellers like Tay Junction.
