This is a great, new hotel in the area. The room was perfect, and the complimentary breakfast was tasty, especially the make-your-own Belgian-style waffles. I would stay here again, if in the area.

Is the worse cleanliness Hotel no recomended the restroom is no good clean. I travel in to many. Hotels. and many brands my surpriced this hotel is Hilton and is worst costumer service star front desk. Is not good management and housekeeping.

Not enough parking at this location. They actually ran out of parking the night I stayed there, which as you can imagine was super disappointing when you think about it. To make matters worse the "manager" approved a truck towing a trailer to take up approximately 5 spaces. Make sure to call to verify there will be ample parking the night you stay at this hotel.

Well I'm gonna go ahead and give this hotel 5 star...

Well I'm gonna go ahead and give this hotel 5 stars. For starters, they're really taking extra precautions beyond thier duty to keep the hotel clean and sanitized. I was able to pick out my own room which has been cleaned and sanitized 24 hours before my initial check-in. We was able to check in early (way before my scheduled time of check in) ESPECIALLY since my wife and I drove from Richmond Va. We was both pleased on how our suite was EXTREMELY clean. You can still smell the bleach and lysol scent in the air. You have the option on when Housekeeping can come to your room. Since my wife and i like to keep our area sanitized we opted out from having them to come to our room and just got what we needed from the front desk instead. Because we came with our own cleaning products just so we can have that home away from home type of sanitization. They still served breakfast but was limited to what they served. Which was cool because we didn't have to worry bout the waffle station being a complete mess. (NO WAFFLES WAS BEING SERVED) Free parking is available due to the fact that thier shuttle service has been suspended. Its a decent hotel pretty much across the street from Sea World. Its not too far off of International Drive which is the busy part of that area. During the week its relatively quiet but the weekend it looks like that's when their business picks up. So I do highly recommend this one for you guys if you're looking to stay here in the near future.

Stayed here (during SeaWorld closure) and price was well worth it. Very clean and well spaced room. Front desk staff, especially the lady at check-in/out were super friendly. Pool area seems nice, and so do business & fitness center.

The hotel is great the only thing I didn't like was the bathroom door. the door is to heavy they are like farm doors no privacy and children could easily mashed there hands in the door if not careful other than that it's a great place to stay I enjoyed my stay and the staff was awesome thanks for good hospitality

If I could give it negative stars I would. We did a reservation for 3 nights and paid the 3 nights right away. So on the day before our last night we were in a park and the girl in the front desk called us telling us that we had to go to the hotel and pick up our things and our dog because we had the check out at 12. After telling her that it was a mistake that they made because we PAID 3 nights she told me there was nothing else to do and that they were sold out so we had to leave. What a terrible customer service, a day in the park ruined by a front desk worker.

The location is great. Our room was clean. The staff was super friendly. The complementary breakfast was great. It changed each day but had a good variety of options, including healthy selections such as yogurt, fruit, and eggs.

The service at the hotel was great. It's well placed for the theme parks, they are all easily accessible. Would have got a higher rating if my wife's handbag was not stolen from the breakfast area on our very first day. As much as this was partly our fault, it is just far too easy for someone to walk off the street and sit in the breakfast room waiting for a mark. There was camera's so hopefully they will catch someone and prevent this happening to someone else. The lesson. Keep hold of your valuables.

When we arrived we noticed filthy curtains. When we brought it to the staffs attention, we requested a room change and were told there were no other rooms available, but we could switch in the morning leaving me to sleep in a room I was uncomfortable with. We were compensated with a $30 gift card however, the curtains were never changed nor did we get to switch rooms. The woman at the front desk was nice and tried to be helpful, however I will not be returning to this location due to my experience.

Very nice facility. King room was like a suite. Plenty of room to stretch out. The free buffet was adequate. Kept it stocked and clean. The egg product was a little lacking, but it was free and free food always taste good. Highly recommend this location for visits to the theme parks.

Nice staff.

Nice staff.
.Be extra careful as there is no security or cameras outside the lobby.
I had my cell phone stolen out of my rental car which I thought was locked..
I reported to management and they thanked me for the info.. Make sure you have all pertinent info saved. I lost all my contacts.

Friendly and clean. Did not like: no freezer in fridge to re-freeze my blue ice. Curtains don't close all the way / too bright when trying to sleep. Hate the heavy sliding bathroom door. Nice pool.

This was my hotel for the second night of a quick ...

This was my hotel for the second night of a quick trip to Orlando for some meetings. After staying at Hampton Inn off International Drive the first night, I moved down here to take advantage of a Hilton Honors promo that rewards individual stays with bonus points. I actually preferred this hotel quite a bit more than the first Hampton Inn - likely due to the fact that it was 1) in a quieter area with less traffic, 2) the hotel itself seemed brand new, and 3) it was far less crowded. This hotel is very close to Seaworld and they have adopted much of the ocean/sea theme throughout the property - think lots of blues, waves, etc. They go so far to include a little Mako shark stuffed animal in each room that you an adopt for $17 + tax that just gets added to your bill. It s a cute marketing tactic/revenue stream and I think the first time I ve seen something like this at a Hampton Inn normally it would be expected at a higher end property. Anyhow, the rooms and lobby all seemed fresh, new, and clean and I have no complaints. There s plenty of parking around the hotel, though with the construction of other hotels on either side, I wonder how long that will last. There is a restaurant (Bone Fish Grill) and a CVS right next door as well. You can also order room service through a third party vendor that had menus in the room - Order Inn , I think was the name. I had heard about this trend becoming increasingly popular in hotels, but this was the first time I had seen it in action. Pretty cool.

Location is great. 15 minute walk to Sea World. The wifi never worked for us. And the curtains only covered half the window. The lights from outside kept me up. Poor design choice. But it's clean, has a great breakfast, and I would still recommend it.

**Best Feature** - the breakfast is better than any hotel I've been to.
Items: egg/cheese omelette, hard boiled as well, sausages, cereal, fresh yogurt, bread, muffins, pastries, bagels, fresh oatmeal.*Baby waffles* AND regular size waffles. The baby waffles are ridiculously good. The staff really stayed on top of restocking the food and keeping it fresh. Really outstanding breakfast and breakfast staff.

I only had two bad experiences during my stay (hence they are missing a star). First was the elevator door safety sensor is bad. It closed on my arm. The door's weight in addition to the door closing tight, pinned my arm, as a result, I had to aggressively pull my arm out. I didn't want to create a problem, however, my arm is swollen and I have my nerves acting up from my wrist to my fingers (still 35 hours later). Hopefully this goes away. My main concern is how dangerous this is for anyone, especially small children.
The second experience I had was with a staff member. When I called from my room to ask two simple questions, they were short with me and sounded annoyed. This same person did not see me approaching, however I over heard them saying on the phone: "yeah, I can't wait to get out of this piece of sh*t". Quickly lowering their volume once they saw me in sight.

I get sometimes jobs suck, and I have empathy for the person but don't say it in front of your guests (behind closed doors is a different story) and certainly don't let it be a reflection of your service to others.

Closing Note: Carlos was super friendly and he even provided me with a band-aid when I needed it.

Booked with Expedia which will never happen again it was a nightmare wrong room all kinds of bs, the awesome lady whom was at the front desk went above and beyond to accommodate us on a very special trip and May I say I am so happy rooms are clean and beds are comfy which is a night with having a toddler who touches everything. I will continue to book with them when we come to enjoy Orlando they are amazing haven t finished my stay yet so I ll update about the rest of the stay later

If I could give this zero stars I would. Absolutely disgusting room. Multiple stains throughout the room, with one looking like old chewed up gum in the middle of the carpet. The floors are so dirty that your feet stick to it. Found 2 pubic hairs in the bathroom, one in the tub and the other in a towel.

Great hotel. Stayed for several nights with a large group. The staff was very accommodating for every need. Hotel was clean, quiet despite its busy location, good a/c, and the pool was clean. Will definitely stay here again.

We absolutely love this hotel! The staff are attentive, informative and friendly. The room is always clean and cozy. The breakfast is a nice added bonus! If you are going to SeaWorld, you are two minutes away. If you are going to Disney, you are about ten minutes away, and you get a break from the magic for a bit!

Very deceptive staff and hotel. Make sure upon check in you ask about all charges before swiping your credit card. They poorly explain policies and will treat you like royalty to get you to swipe. Then here comes all the fees. We had an emergency and informed them we woupd be leaving a day early...the snooty desk clerk acted like he couldnt be less interested that i was alive much more than the fact tgat i was a paying guest.. Was informed as a penalty they would charge me another night anyhow.

We enjoyed our stay! Walked to Sea World, quick uber to great restaurants on international drive. Be sure to request your quick que passes at least a day ahead. I guess you need to call the hotel. The pass doesn't list Mako, the newest coaster, but when we asked at the ride entrance they said yes and let us quick que. Shuttle was not running often but the walk really was not bad. Breakfast was standard Hampton Inn but staff in this area as well as front desk were outstanding! We will be back. I realize now how close it is to Disney and for the price it could be a great home base for a trip there too. Only one exit from Disney springs.

Fresh & clean hotel! Just opened September 2015! Breakfast was delish, chocolate chip waffles with whipped cream, Mmm Mmm Mmm!! Hubby and I stayed in a king suite for weekend getaway and we will definitely be back. Front desk is great too!

The woman at the front desk who checked us in and out was extremely nice. Be aware that the shuttle service they advertise to the theme parks does not take place at the Hampton Inn. You have to walk across the parking lot to another hotel to get a voucher and the times are not consistent. Secondly the person who gives out the vouchers that you have to get an hour prior to the time you choose is consistently late. Both days we stayed the person was late so instead of getting a ride to SeaWorld at 8:45am we had to wait until 10:55am. This shuttle service was one of the main reasons for us choosing this hotel, due to this I will not stay here again. They had no concern about the issues with the shuttle. The breakfast was good and our room was nice so if you don't need the shuttle then this is a nice hotel.

Have reservations for Sunday, February 3, 2019 called to cancel due to death in family.
Was told I could cancel but still be charged for the room.
This is my third time dealing with issues with this hotel.
I just hope they don't keep my $50.00 deposit again.
For the record they had no reason to !
Will go check in stay the night in Orlando then turn around and drive to North Carolina to attend family members service.
Thanks for being so understanding ( being sarcastic).
Well never stay at this Hilton property again.
The other Hilton's in Orlando are so much classier then this.

Location is prime If visiting SeaWorld. Walking distance to BoneFish grill, CVS and 7-11. Lobby area clean with pleasing decor. Check in was fast and friendly. Room #323 was home for the evening. Room was spacious with nice amenities such as: microwave, small fridge and personal sized coffee pot, iron and ironing board, hairdryer. Decor in room was updated with a soothing color pallet. Unfortunately the beds were very uncomfortable and pillows even worse. Not a good nights sleep for us. Breakfast was included with stay and definitely offered better choices then most.

**They said due to covid u must request housekeeping for the next day if u need it. U r also required to go down to the front desk if u need more towels and trashbags etc. Didn't appreciate this so much. I worked hotels and I don't see how that connects. But pls be advised the low rates reflected mean u will probably need to take care of your own room and essentals. Unless u take advisement and Pre schedule housekeeping. Pls tip your hardworking housekeepers w the low rates offered right now. My housekeeper Jenny was so warm, positive and thorough. I was feeling a bit down but not only did she quickly clean my room w a smile she also lifted me up w positive conversation. She deserves more than I could tip. Please give her a shout out as she made me feel better. Breakfast is limited compared to what Hampton used to serve (precovid). Everything in the breakfast area and hall are kept neat. Thank u to each of these Angels, Marie-breakfast, Jenny obviously, Juan housekeeping, all housekeeping and the kind fellow Latinas front desk both of them.
