Hampton Inn and Suites Scottsboro Alabama Review

Very nice hotel! My family and I stayed here one night while I was doing in processing for TVA. I was greeted as a diamond member and given my choice of rooms. Overall the hotel was excellent and I have no complaints about our stay. I'll gladly stay here again if I'm in the area.

Rooms are clean, staff is friendly and accommodating. Warm cookies upon check-in. All around good stuff. The road into the hotel is on the west side of Walmart, well before it looks like you need to turn in, not next Walmart as it appears.

Completely decent. Breakfast even pretty good. Linda weird location behind a Home Depot and Walmart parking lot. But a fine option if you need to stay in Scottsboro.

It's a nice hotel with comfy beds and a good breakfast buffet.

Clean sheets, off the main road so it is quiet. The parking lot is a bit confusing because it does not connect to the walmart. I got lost a few times trying to get there.

The front desk gentleman was so energetic and polite. The hotel is new and we love it!

It's not expensive good breakfast. They leave you alone when your in your room. Good place to say for a couple of days.

I highly recommend staying here if you are visiting the area. This as a clean, well-maintained, good value hotel. We had no problems, there were no surprises. Perfectly comfortable. If I return to visit, I will stay here.

Staff was incredibly helpful. Great view from room. Kind of confusing way to get to the hotel, GPS routed me behind home depot every time. Aside from that was great.

Great hotel great service nice down to earth people

Stay at your own risk ! This place was full of bed bed bugs ! Sad thing is , I didn't find out until I woke up at around 3-4 a.m. I've never in my life seen bed bugs so I had to take video and photos to google them and I was terrified ! When we informed them about the bed bug problem they. acted as if it wasn't a big deal and didn't care. I didn't notice bites until a few days later ! Please do not ... DO NOT stay here !

A nice Hampton inn but with a wonderful staff. Hillary was especially helpful and super nice.

This was a great hotel experience. Good quality for the money and in a great location. Next to Walmart and several other shops and restaurants.

It was difficult to check in with two credit cards with two separate rooms. A friend of ours with us tried to reach to customer service and the lady was very rude and tried to argue back. On top of that the wifi was weird to sign in and anything besides a phone or tablet sometimes a laptop is not able to connect only those three things are allowed to connect and it would constantly disconnect me .we didn't even get room service. I reccomend staying somewhere else unless the problems are fixed
