I had to deal with 'Haltewerk' at the time after the municipality of Castricum, dept 'care and welfare' and 2! Employees there did not even bother to apply for debt assistance. Was immediately shown the door !!!! they had a specialist in house! Was the wrong answer! I could turn to Haltewerk, where I had given up myself (not by the municipality of Castricum, care and wellbeing!)
Neat and meaningful, all in a row, treated with respect, post-sorting course done.

Unfortunately, the good work of Gem Castricum suddenly came to an end. They felt it necessary that Spciaal.nl took over everything! Centenewickness! Never seen anyone! No answer to emails / letters! My administrator got very bad ladies on the phone, unreasonable people do not normally talk to!
In short, all that trouble! Social.nl is the company! Well say A-sociaal.nl.
Approved creditors in their own way together with the administrator and handled everything themselves. According to VLTB calculations are now debt free. But not thanks to SOCIAAL.NL alone they have obtained my personal file by Haltewerk plus the saved amount, via Haltewerk in their possession. Want all that back !!!! My private! No transfer took place at the time. But do have 5 stars for the employees of Haltewerk. They could not do anything about the follow-up to Social.nl and would have liked to see it differently!
But no stars for Sociaal.nl with the objective of attracting as many vulnerable people as possible in difficult circumstances at competitive rates and then through an authoritarian and a-social way you literally go to the ............... to be strained. Getting yourself with them, be on your guard! And call legal desk to take steps if they, SOCIAL. NL waive their duty of care !!!!! P.s what they did was cancel the contract within 2 weeks! Because I would not have kept the rules!
