There are Friendly people what works there and there under stand your needs with training

Extremely good all round service round outside not very safe traffic lights seem to be there for pure decoration for some litterallly to the point of need some serious addressing

Really glad I did my apprenticeship with Source... Wasn't sure about their recruitment team in city centre to begin with, as they tried to shove me towards a customer service apprenticeship which wasn't what I applied for. However, I explained that I had no interest in this career and they did accept that in the end and progressed my application... Over the 12 months, I was very lucky to be tutored by Sarah & Adrian who were brilliant. Sarah was really supportive and helpful to me, always replied and made time for me throughout my course. I then completed the final few months of my apprenticeship with Adrian and he was class - sorted me out straight away on several occasions when I barely gave him any notice, and also gave me some great advice. I'd highly recommend an apprenticeship with Source.

Applied online for the apprenticeship service and attended for a day to get my key skills completed. All done and completed yet almost 8 months down the line I have never heard from them again. There seems to be many vacancies on the website available yet they never put you forward for anything. Suspect they like to grab the funding for signing you up but have no intention of getting you a work placement.

My son has just signed up to do a Apprenticeship through the source skills he said it was very friendly and very professional. He can't wait to get started on a Apprenticeship and training with them x

Worked at a HEP event today, all the staff very friendly.

Did a 6 week course in September. Helped prepared all the centre for new student s its march the following year. And still not got a certificate. There quick to get you in for the funding but a disgrace once done. Kath is a great tutor tho. Needs better management there.

I studied here from 2016-2017 as a level 3 sales and marketing apprentice. The training and support provided was excellent and everyone who I dealt with from the Source was a great help. After leaving school and deciding to go into an apprenticeship, I never knew it would be as supportive and enjoyable as it was. This was definitely down to Adrian Plant my assessor who was always on hand to help me with anything. They found me a perfect place to work where I settled in very quickly following a job offer at the end of my interview. couldn't ask for more from an apprenticeship provider. Now, following the completion of my apprenticeship in October last year, I have a full time job and two level 3 qualifications.

First aid at work couse was great.
The trainer (Barrie) was very easy to learn from. Course content was interesting. Overall a great experience.

Completed 1st Aid course with them and I am happy. Professional set up, all as you would expect. Infection control measures in place. Highly recommended.

Was there in January for a working Safely at work course passed the course STILL waiting 6wks later for my certificate to arrive getting fobbed off all the time when i call about its whereabouts still cannot proceed with my ECS application wont use this outfit again ...!!!!
