I come to pay almost every day and every day the same story. Payout machine blocked, only one cashier and dozens of people in the queue. Today worse, a joke, pouring machine blocked with technicians, a single cashier that comes out of the bank and stands out 15 minutes imagine for the break ... and no one who replaced it! We sat in the queue waiting for his break ... but the bank manager allows all this ?? !! It would be for me to change the bank tomorrow but unfortunately this choice is not up to me. A star is not enough ... everything is really embarrassing
One open box, a tail time for a 2 minute operation. The employee at the cash desk, very kind only positive note, must: answer the phone, check the ATM that does not work, accompany customers by the manager and any other eventuality. Absurd!
Bad management service. Long lines. Any excuse is good to bounce on another branch.
