My 2006 Tahoe broke down driving into Erie. Found Hallman as a recommended dealer on the AAA Motorist site. Called for an appointment and they got me in the same day. Was able to pick up the car the next day and all is working well now. Great service.

Just wanted to mention how nice it was working with Andrew in financing. After some issues that came up, he worked tirelessly to fix the issues and to get a great deal in the end. Also thanks to Brian in sales, he also worked hard and was extremely knowledgeable about the line. John the sales manager was also good to work with. He has gone above and beyond in helping me out when it comes to do with anything pertaining to my vehicle...inspection, oil changes, etc. I would definitely recommend Hallman's to everyone. My salesman Scott Brown was excellent. His performance was excellent and he performed his duties wonderfully. He was professional and went above and beyond expectations to find me the perfect car for days. The dealership showed me great compassion and made me feel like I was a person, not just a number or money to be made. They gave me a good price for my car they gave me a good trade and in the end, made me feel good walking out of that dealership.

I had a fantastic experience purchasing my first car! My sales person, Marty Fisher, was informational, professional, and quite lenient with my lack of punctuality. The entire process moved smoothly and swiftly because I had made it apparent I was pressed on time. We dealt with looking for car options and prices that worked best for me before I even stepped foot inside the dealership. Her kindness and positive attitude all factored in to making this the best "first car" experienced I could've imagined! She answered all of my questions from either her knowledge or found the answer quickly if she didn't know. It was such a simple process all day. Within 2 weeks I had some problems, but under my warranty it was taken in and solved within 1 day! Marty made sure I had a car loaner to drive while they had my car, and she continues to personally check up on my car's performance. I am so grateful to have worked with Marty!

I was very pleased with such knowledgeable and friendly service! This has always been my experience here! Chad Hatfield took the time to answer questions and show me around on my first unannounced visit. He was gracious and listened attentively. He didn't try to "sell" me things other than what I was interested in. On our second visit (with my husband), Chad took care of everything for us and when we chose a Hyundai Sonata, he brought in Jay Pamula. Both of them took care of questions and everything we needed. It was a great experience! I would recommend Hallmans to anyone and everyone.

Bought a new 2014 LTZ Silverado here. All of the staff (Ray, sales) was fantastic and I walked away feeling I received a fair deal! Was at end of model year and had to travel almost 2 hours to get the model/options I desired. Was worth the trip!

Worse service I've ever had on a car. They were supposed to replace the transmission but instead just replaced some of the parts. Never informed me of the change. The car had the same problem after leaving the dealership. Broke down on the highway. Could have been killed. Luckily there was a different dealership near by who is actually going to do the correct repairs...I hope. Hopefully all Chevy dealerships aren't as bad as this one. Poor customer service. Seemed like they were always too busy to be polite. Had to wait over 2 months for the warranty repairs which ended up not fixing the problem. Very disappointed.

didnt respond at all when they know that my credit score was not enough they ignore me and i was calling them what was my status
They did not even try hard in getting approved it is not my job to call and ask every day that what is my status of approval..I know my credit was bad but it is your courtesy to atleast call me and give me status.
But i was approved for new car at lakeside chevy buick those guys made there best effort and it can be seen now.

We paid 1,400 for our vehical to be fixed they said it was the timing chain belt we had left. Not even 6 hours after we left it started jerking back and fourth again they kept it again for 3 weeks came back again to pick the vehical up drove away 4 hours later started jerking again. Now there saying its not there problem this is the thanks we get after purchasing 4 vehicals from them. I will never buy another vehical from Hallman Chevorlet again.They tell you one thing then do another.Very dissatisfied....

Great customer service by Joel and happy with the attention he showed me.

My only complaint is that when I picked up Ginger I wish they would have taken the time to at least vacuum her. I keep her clean and she always gets protectant and tires cleaned, etc., BUT, having it vacuumed would have shown good customer service!

These guys are awesome!!!!!! I can not recommend them enough. John F. was our sales guy and he is the BEST!!!!! My parents originally wanted a specific vehicle (2019 traverse, black currant color with cloth seats) and he came through & fast!!! No Hassel, no BS (great communication). They had been trying for almost a month to get this car at another dealership in NY but had issue after issue, I called on a Friday, we went Saturday and they had found it. So simple and easy. My parents actually ended up buying a 2020 traverse, black cherry color and she's a beauty . Picked it up today and we could not be happier!!!! Thank you, thank you and THANK YOU Jasmine, Bill M. and especially John.

Was in market for a Toyota Highlander. Hallman Chevrolet outclassed and out performed Toyota dealers with their Traverse offer. Purchased a 2001 Silverado from Hallman and had 14 years of good experiences with their service. I returned and found them to still be tops in customer service! Bought the 2014 Traverse and am very pleased with whole experience. Other dealerships made me feel unwanted with a take it or leave it aura. Hallman was NOT my first stop but was my last.

This was one of those crazy check engine light things that was really tricky to figure out. The techs at Hallman Chevy tried everything and stayed in close contact with GM to find a solution which seems to have finally happened after numerous attempts. They kept me in a great loaner through the whole process and never charged me for the attempts that didn t fix the problem. Customer service at its finest!

Honest, trustworthy technicians. Has your vehicle done in a timely manner. Keeps you informed on what s going on. I have had Jim Parker and Mike Hilbrich both do work on my vehicle. They do a great job and I never have to take it back for the same thing. Awesome service. The shuttle driver, Art, is also friendly and professional. Wouldn t take my vehicle anyplace else.
