Ultra modern with lots of light and impeccably clean!

I arrived in Florence just over two years ago. The deeply caring staff of Windows on Italy were extraordinary in their efforts to please me. There actually was a hiccup with a construction noise problem at my first residence and after offering proof of the problem the staff facilitated a move that was quick and effortless. This group of real estate professionals are truly dedicated to their work and make the client feel like family. After two years in Florence, I still stop by the office on via dei Serragli for a warm hello from the dedicated staff that have become my friends. As a retired American living in Italy and with some experience in the business of real property rentals and sales, I would give Windows on Italy the highest grades for their genuine and sincere efforts to please their clients. Went through Halldis for a long-term apartment in Florence. We were, and continue to be, extremely satisfied with every aspect of the experience.

They have hundreds of beautiful, modern properties right in the heart of the city. Fantastically helpful and professional staff -- everyone from Thais and Jennifer in the office, to the maintenance team who handle even the most minor issues without delay. Also -- and this is a big one for these types of rental agencies -- they're completely upfront on their pricing (i.e. no sneaky "agency fees" or surcharges secretly making their way onto your rental bill).

I can't speak to any other Italian cities, but for Florence, they're definitely the best we've ever dealt with. We booked from six thousand miles away, sight unseen, and couldn't be happier with the result.

We are family of 5. Luce apartment was very comfortable, enough space for all. Very comfy beds and great location,close Staff was very kind and helpful, as well greeting person. Charming stay in Florence. Thx to Thais and Saed!

We rented one of Halldis' apartments in Florence for three weeks. From our first contact through to our check out, the customer service has been excellent. The team are really responsive. The apartment, Debussy, is in an excellent location, close to all the main sights, and only moments from Oltrano via the nearby bridges. The apartment was spacious for us, had a decent size fridge and a great washer/dryer. The kitchen had everything we needed in the way of pans and cutlery. There is a large supermarket close to this apartment, which was very convenient. There are also some good dining options close by.

As it has been for almost 1 decade, we have already announced what will be our home in Paris for 2 months.

Terrible Service. I stayed at Halldis during my move for a new job in Milan. They offer corporate housing. First, the Halldis agent forgot to meet and give me the keys for the apartment, I arrived at 10PM and since he didn't pick up the phone or met me, I ended up without any room, middle of the night. Then while staying at Halldis, my Diamond Ring got stolen. I was told the apartment was safe. The cleaners and maintenance have keys, they refused to provide any support when i filed the complained. I did a police report, but no help. I barely ever write a review, but this was such a bad experience, I needed to be share.

I recommend the 21 de rue de la Huchette apt in the Quartier Latin in Paris. Marco Longobardi, representative of Halldis is very friendly and professional !!

I have used Halldis services many times. The prices of the apartments are higher than the average but also the services are always guaranteed and the apartments I have found are never banal or less than beautiful. the agency in fact guarantees that each apartment corresponds to the description, the photos are true and every request is fulfilled as far as possible. We had a great vacation in Milan. We really liked the apartment in which we lived in Milan. Cozy, clean, spacious with nice furniture and, most importantly, the location !!! Will definitely be back!

For five months I stayed in an apartment near Piramade in Rome. The support from Halldis was excellent. During my stay I had a few issues and they were taken care off by the company immediately. For example, on my arrival the apartment needed extra cleaning, Halldis offered to take care of it the same day. Some items were broke, like a loose toilet seat and a broken vacuum cleaner. These items were repaired within a day. At some time the internet stopped working due to external issues and the same day they offered me to use a mobile internet account for free. So, Halldis takes of your complains and requests seriously and wants to make sure your stay is comfortable without any problems to take care of by yourself.

Stefano made my arrival very welcoming and easy. I had a small kitchen request and they provided me with the items quickly and with no hassle. The check out process with Stefano was very smooth and quick.

I cannot recommend I Tetti more highly. I researched MANY apartments and was so comfortable at I Tetti. The location cannot be beat and there is a delicous gelateria next door! It is tranquil, safe and quiet. Any concerns or needs were quickly taken care of through the Jennifer and Thais or Francesco, the building's porter/manager. He was great and so helpful. The view of Santo Spirito from the bedroom window is magical and it is just a lovely setting for a wonderful stay in Florence.

Cozy, calm and super central apartment. Nearby a delicious Thai restaurant and several top quality French restaurants. A stone's throw from the Seine and the St Paul neighborhood. Our stay was wonderful. The apartment is large, both the living room and the rooms are large and comfortable. Even the cabinets are big enough to put all the things: from the clothes we use to suitcases. The kitchen is also large and well equipped. The owner is amorevele, always available to solve any problems. Alessandro, who works on the tour, is very courteous. This is one of the best apartment we stayed in Rome . Room was large with a sitting area with a couch. The room was very clean and modern. The staff was very friendly, helpful and professional. the most thanks for Francesca she was helpful and friendly and ready for anything we want even she advised us where should we go in Rome .
