I arrived in Florence just over two years ago. The deeply caring staff of Windows on Italy were extraordinary in their efforts to please me. There actually was a hiccup with a construction noise problem at my first residence and after offering proof of the problem the staff facilitated a move that was quick and effortless. This group of real estate professionals are truly dedicated to their work and make the client feel like family. After two years in Florence, I still stop by the office on via dei Serragli for a warm hello from the dedicated staff that have become my friends. As a retired American living in Italy and with some experience in the business of real property rentals and sales, I would give Windows on Italy the highest grades for their genuine and sincere efforts to please their clients.
