A real hustler, my local call does not work and I contact them to notify them and he charges me $ 16.17 without paying me back .. and the customer service really rotten ... I will bring a visa complaint .. Do not use your credit card in phone boxes because you will have surprises ... have some change

outright theft, call me Montreal to St-Zotique, 1 minute charge on my card $ 15.02 moreover I filed a complaint cctscprst, Bell washes his hands.

On March 7 we used a credit card in a payphone at Toronto Airport to call a friend waiting in the parking lot. One-minute call cost 14.77. Having checked online, I understand this kind of thing is now routine. I will be informing the CRTC .

Used the payphone at the hospital when my cell died. Got dinged $16.51 for a call to give the room number to a family member. It's Highway Robbery. Will check into making a complaint to the appropriate authorities!!!!!!Will also put a notice on hospital payphones.....

this can be found in telus public pay phones that has a credit card feature; ridiculously expensive. be aware the consumer and do not use your plastic card to make a phone call.

Identity thief at work here... card was skimmed and this company was identified as the source by my credit bureau. I found out this company is already under investigation and has been for months. Not sure why they are still operating.

My "Bell" calling card would not work on a payphone in Northern Ontario and the option was to use my credit card - WOW what a mistake. The call was completed - talked with my wife for a few minutes - thought nothing of it. Just rec'd my credit card bill - $32.26 and almost fell off my chair. This is ridiculous - this is highway robbery at its finest. Warning - do not use your credit card at any BELL pay phones.

I just opened my bank account to realize I was charged $24.72c for a one min phone call. Is this a joke?

I have mega charges from this company saying I accepted collect calls when in fact I did not!!!

Extremely overpriced. I was charged $15 for one call that lasted 1 minute, $15 for a second call that lasted just over 1 minute and $17 for a call that lasted over 2 minutes and I was 1/2 hour away from my destination. Won't use this service again.

Total con artists. Got ripped off for $90.00 calling on pay phone from outside Banff to Calgary. I cant believe the Alberta government lets them get away with this, unless of course they are getting a good chunk of this.

A nice pass ... our biggest scammers its jealous. The public phone does not take the $ 2 coins, the cell does not work. I'll remember the time these people protect by federal laws.

$14.77 for a one minute call? that is absolutely insane and should be illegal. Bell payphone says fifty cents per minute for long distance calls I believe. If you use credit card or debit card be prepared to get robbed.

They make a killing because they know people will not go through the process to check the "payphone credit card" rates. People assume this is an honest company that isn't going to gouge them. Sadly they are wrong. WiMac are crooks.

I got charged $32 for 2 calls under 30 seconds that were calling a local number. You guys are thieves and should be ashamed!

WIMAC TEL is the worst company ripping customers using credit cards for making phone calls from the public booth. It charged me for two phone calls for $13.23 and $14.77 which were less than one minute each.

Charged 15 dollars to tell a friend "ill meet you at the car in 5 minutes". Horrible customer service. They do not inform their customers of their rates unless you press "option 3". By that time, you've already selected the option you needed and never reached option 3.

We got a one minute collect call from my inlaws at the ONroute in Innisfil - unbelievable! If this is the type of companies ONroute does business with, I will stop spending money for gas and food at these establishments.

I made a 5-minute phone call and charged it to my mastercard because I was outside cell range. Cost me $17.49. I never heard any prompts that would have told me how much they were going to charge. These guys are crooks. Telus - you ought to be ashamed of yourselves for letting these guys manage your credit card customers.

I had my phone stolen in Portland and had to use a payphone for 2 minutes in the airport. They charged me $30... You guys are crooks.

I didn't use this company at all and yet it charged me and my family 54.99! What the actual crap is this?! I'm almost certain that they scam-called my house several times and no one was at the other end. This company is trying to steal money from you! Take it from me, don't accept "collect calls" followed by this name. Dear Lord, have I had hell with these people...

14.77 for a one minute call because it was "operator assisted" yet we got a recording. We called to inform them we do not accept the charges as the cost was not divulged to us allowing us to reject the means to find alternative method. They reimbursed us the cost of the "operator assistance" and charged us the toll instead.

I should have decided to call after looking at those reviews. Each calls charged 13.04$.

Absolutely disgusted. $40 to leave 2 voicemails and a call to tell a family member our campsite number. I will be posting a sign next to this pay phone. DO NOT USE A CREDIT CARD!

Charged me almost $50 for 2 calls, one was 2 minutes, and the other was 1 minute. Called from Yellowstone National Park in Wyoming to Washington. Super scummy. Stay away from this company.
