I recently purchased a 2015 Ram 2500 for my business from Will Edwards with Haley. I was very specific about the color as it needed to match my other vehicles, so I had to find one since there were none in the immediate area. The closest one that met all of my needs was in Connecticut, and another dealership informed me they could not get this vehicle for me, but Will at Haley said 'No problem' and within a week I had the truck. It was a very easy going experience, with no sales pressure and a very friendly atmosphere. I highly recommend Haley and Will when you need a new vehicle

Made an appointment a week in advance regarding a recall. When I got there I was told to call back the following week to schedule another appointment because they didn't have the part to fix it IF it needed it. I was advised from another dealer they should have at least still did the inspection considering the danger of the recall. In addition to that I feel someone could have called me before I came there if they knew they wasn't going to do anything to my vehicle. I scheduled the appointment for the dealership in Ashland. I didn't even want to go back there.

The new RAM 1500 is the best truck you can buy. I bought a 2020 Laramie with the 5.7L Hemi with eTorque and it is smooth, powerful, high tech, and luxurious. I had an excellent buying experience with Haley who gave me a great deal, transparently explained the fees, gave me a good price on an extended warranty, and delivered a beautiful well-prepared vehicle. Since I was trading in an F-150 they gave me a conquest bonus for switching brands. Ask for Ty, she ll set you up even if you currently drive a Ford, ha ha ha!

One star for being friendly.

One star for being friendly.
So state inspection, oil change, and mini detail cleaning added up to $190. Never got that explained but got recommendation reports twice on email. Not my detail reports on what I paid. Mini detail cleaning was 30, only thing they did was change wiper blades how is that so much. I just know not to come here again. Thanks

Poor customer service!! Worst attitude and not friendly service. Appointment at 8 a.m. vehicle wasn't ready until 5 pm! No return phone calls. Everyone passes the buck to Savannah who definitely is poor at communication.
Manager Please invest in customer service training for your staff.

The service department was excellent! I was having issues with my jeep one morning just as I was passing Haley, and to my surprise they were able to help me right then, despite being busy already.
I'm not the best at describing mechanically what is going on with vehicles, but Chris took the time to listen and take note of everything I said and relayed [my broken attempt to describe] the symptoms my jeep was having to the technician.
Thank you Chris, their service department manager, and and Matthew, the technician who repaired my jeep, for their prompt service and professionalism. I am impressed and so grateful. I will definitely be back for regular maintenance and repairs in the future.

"TL;DR: The service department is very bad, and you WILL wait for hours! Take your car somewhere else to get it looked at and inspected"

I had to take a day just to gather my thoughts on what I wanted to say so I could be fair. Let me start by saying that I normally NEVER post reviews but I just to had to this time. I have never in my life been more disappointed with a dealership in my life until I came here. First off, like a lot of people, my time is very limited. I made an appointment to get an oil change, an inspection and also get my car looked over because I felt as if it wasn't driving properly. When I set the appointment up I made it clear that I wanted the ENTIRE car looked over and I even asked them for the price. The person I talked to told me that it was included with the state inspection but I AGAIN tried to clarify that I wanted an overall thorough look at the car NOT just a quick glimpse that's included in the state inspection. The person I talked to basically just told me what I wanted to hear to get me off the phone. So when I get there I wait at least 2 hours for everything to be completed (They also gave me the cheapest oil they probably had because my oil life only went back to 15%) but then they tell me that if I wanted my car looked over I have to bring it back and pay another fee which at the time says it was $116 for it. This is exactly what I was trying to avoid (Not the fee) but me bringing my car back in and taking off another day from work! If the person I talked to would've just listened to my request I would not have had this problem and even if they couldn't complete all of that in a day that's fine, but TELL ME THIS WHEN I CALL! So I can make the additional and needed plans.

I ended up making another appointment on Monday at 9am. I sat in there from 9am all the way until 3pm, 6 HOURS For them to find nothing?? In JUST 5 mins of me walking around my car I found that my car had a windshield wiper fluid leak! They NEVER mentioned this and I didn't notice until I got home. So what was they doing for those 6 hours?? My GPS is still malfunctioning and they claim they must observe it malfunctioning before they can fix it. They gave me the run around with my broken tire sensors and claimed that I or someone else was the one that damaged them so they refused to let warranty cover it. Also they was supposed to change a filter and add new brake fluid since my current fluid was black, but they didn't even do that. So let me get this straight, I payed $129, and sat and waited patiently for 6 hours for y'all to do NOTHING? Is that fair?? It was so ridiculous that the cashier said "I thought you would've been out of here by now" I think she was also being sarcastic and passive aggressive, but I can't prove it. They didn't even send me a survey to rate them like they did on the previous visit because they know that their service was terrible. I just dread going to dealerships because the service departments always just seems like they deliberately try to screw you and it's almost pointless to buy extended warranty on cars when they make it almost impossible to use it. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone in a million years! Don't let these positive ratings fool you!

To begin with, I was approached and threatened by the salesman Sheldon here, mind you, while I was on crutches with a broken ankle. I came in with my wife today looking for a specific make, model, and trim for a car. Sheldon continued to try and sell me a different model so I went out on the lot to look for it in my own. He was working with my wife inside on the meantime.
I found the car I was interested in and came in to ask for a price from the GM. Sheldon came over and exclaimed that I didn t have to work with him and continued on by yelling out my wife s credit score. I walked over and asked why he did that.
At that point, he stood up and walked up to me(again, I m on crutches) and said that I better step away from him or else and puffed his chest out and cracked his knuckles. I asked him what he was going to do and the GM told me to leave or else he was going to call the police. Mind you, he was standing there the whole time and did nothing up until this point.
I have never been threatened by a salesperson at a dealership until now and his and the GM s conduct was very unprofessional. This is definitely not a family friendly business.

If there was a star rating for my service today it would be 00000!!! I am a firm believer in giving praise and not tearing down a company. However, customer service and experience is Key. Today I arrived based on me calling ahead for a battery install. An hour later I checked with the technician and was informed. It was almost complete and I should be out of here soon. Ok, with knowing I had time to spare I Informed the technician that I had an appointment that I needed to get to and needed to be done in a timely manner. Im appropriate at this point. 40 minutes prior to my scheduled visit I asked again, informed by the technician they are buttoning it up now with clarification, that translated to, they are almost done. I go back into the waiting area, noticing everyone who had come before me as well as some afterwards were gone. I walked out of the front door, came around to find my vehicle had not been repaired. The service technician ( working on the car) informed me I purchased the wrong size battery!!! Ok here comes the annoyance! I asked how long was this known, why did it take 1.45 minutes to make me aware and I was given multiple apologies and no sound reasoning. I became upset knowing I was going to miss my appointment made 3 months ago and asked if there was a driver to take me back to the parts store to get the appropriate size. My service guy not one time acknowledged what was going on. All knowing he had not kept me in the loop. I could have made arrangements way in advance if I knew this. Finally, we ( driver and myself) return to parts store. Manager as well as assistant manager assured myself and the driver this was the correct part based on manufacturer recommendations. Call placed to Dodge, very nice and professional driver spoke to initial service technician, informed him of the above and subsequently went back to dealership. At the time of arrival, I got nothing no apology, no nothing. Also the batter does fit. They needed the shop foreman to take a look and suggest the appropriate method with inserting the part. Finally, the initial technician comes over, never apologize but gave me more excuses about this after market part. I called Dodge before coming. The battery for dodge was no in stock however, informed they would install if purchased outside. All this to say. Its 1202 pm. Here since 9am. Still no car and oh the manager I asked to speak with NEVER CAME TO SPEAK TO ME!!! How unprofessional, time consuming, and inexperienced this location is. A simple this may take a while or even sensing my urgency an hour into the repairs and asking the mechanic how long or is there any barriers go a long way. Utterly unsatisfied customer!!!! (forgive any typos as I am standing in the cold watching ever step of this process)

The sales associate Named Jessie was very helpful, professional, friendly and helped me and my wife get a car that meet the needs of style, affordability and comfort. Got a low ball appraisal after 2 and a half hours. After that was brought a sheet of payments (without anyone running my credit) and told my payment would be the one at the top and that it would total out to over 13,000 more then the sticker price on the truck. I promptly left.

My car was test drove after I explain the situation where my car made sounds likepoping noise when turning the wheel I was told they didn't. here or see anything wrong with the wheel or axle nor sway bar. I retuned my car aweek later same problem same noise. Car was taken to the back for observation they told me it was the motor mounts. I had them replaced by your auto service center the wheel is still making the same noise. Planning on going back to the dealership auto service center. Im transport my family every day in. This car. Want to make sure that. I'm transporting them in a. Safe vehicle have to take the highway alot it is very important to me to know what's wrong with it and get it fixed. I'm nervous about the wheel sounds like that I appreciate it if this can be resolved I'm on a. Fixed income can not afford to. Keep spending money. Excellent customer service by Jason Grubbs. He gave me a time to come in the same day I called. Did not have a long wait for my oil change, were some places having you waiting for hours. He also informed me there was an recall for a part on my car, where otherwise I would have not known because I just moved to Virginia and had purchased my car in another state. I'm happy with the service and look forward to having my car serviced there again.

Earlier this year, I bought at 2015 Jeep Wrangler from Haley They were the only dealership in Richmond with multiple manual transmission vehicles in stock, and the buying process was incredibly easy. Kory was a fantastic sales consultant. I've also had the vehicle serviced, and Warren in the service department was great to work with as well. I dropped the Jeep off prior to flight out of town and they happily transported me to the airport for free. All of the work was covered by the warranty and the service department explained everything they worked on in detail. I highly recommend all of the folks at Haley.

This dealership has big issues! When i bought my truck they made a deal one day, then when i came back to finalize they said No . I pushed and threatened to sue, they gave in. I even had it in writing from the rude sales manager! Then today i booked a service appt. Drove from one side of town to where they are. Left work early too. They told me they were backed up and could no get it done. I will NEVER go to Haley again!!

Haley Dodge service department is the reason we purchased our pickup in 2018, they have gone above and beyond servicing my 2015 Dodge Challenger that we bought from another dealership that the service department sucked (not Richmond). The sales department has proven to be just as courteous and professional and accommodating which is why we just bought another vehicle from them, Dodge Challenger Hellcat. 150% satisfied with this dealership all around! Make sure you look your car over when having the pro pak put on. The detailer did a poor job at doing it. Stuff wasnt completely finished, run streaks all over front and rear spoiler and when asked to correct it he still didn't do the job right. When the service desk staff member tried to get him to come look at it, the service desk guy came back with a cloth. He td me the detailer told him to go fix it himself. He did. My hTs off to the Service desk guy but thumbs down for the detailer. Im giving a five star rating only because the guy made sure it was corrected.

I have been to several dealerships these past few weeks from Williamsburg up to Richmond and Southside and Haley was 'hands down' the best experience that I have had. No pressure and no 'B.S'. William Edwards was a very knowledgeable salesman and answered all my questions. I am now a happy owner of a Jeep Wrangler and once I get it 'We Owe' detailed (VA weather permitting...lol), all will be awesome. Let the summer officially begin!

Just from past bad experiences with dealer service...

Just from past bad experiences with dealer service departments in general, I am very hesitant to use them. However since the the recent airbag sensor recall was warranty specific I decided to go here since this is where I bought my 2016 Wrangler. Very soon after I left Haley I noticed my turn signal light malfunction indicator was on. Since I was closer to my regular mechanic at that point I stopped by there and had him look at it. Long story short, both of my blinker lights (both located underneath the front bumper far away from the airbags) had been unplugged. My regular mechanic was convinced that Haley had tried to pull a fast one. In any case, when I questioned Haley they muttered and stuttered and put me on hold for five minutes. Finally told me they had to unhook the lights to get to the airbag sensor. As I said my regular mechanic disagrees, so draw your own conclusion. In any case, even if Haley told the truth pretty sloppy work there. I will not be returning nor will I be buying my next Jeep there.

Before the end of the day I was driving my car from Capital. Ganesh is the most experience sales person I ever met, and he has made us feel at home and comfortable in buying a car. I would not recommend that you take your car for Service or diagnostic , To 5400 s. Laburnum Avenue. My 07 Charger been sitting for 5 days just for a diagnostic. I had to rent a car for work and the New Year. It's sad that they hold your car for so long they charge you a whole bunch of money. SMH!!! Haley Chrysler Dodge jeep. I would not recommend the Haley Dealership on Laburnum for service. I scheduled an appointment for service on my 2019 challenger about a week ahead; however, I needed to cancel due to not being able to drop off or pick up my vehicle that day. I went into the dealership before 9am to cancel my appointment scheduled for the next day but the clerk assured me she could fit my car in for service immediately. I called an uber and left my car there for an oil change and inspection of a grinding sound. I later called at 4pm to see if my car was ready and to my surprise they hadn t started the work. I was then told that there was some "miscommunication" that I wanted to leave my car overnight to be serviced for the following day. After hours of sitting at the dealership my car didn t even recieve an oil change. Of course I was highly disappointed after being told my car would be ready by the end of the day.

Based upon reviews I read online, I contacted Chris Price early one Saturday morning. I told Chris that I was looking to purchase another Jeep as I've been a proud Jeep owner for many years and looking to purchase another Jeep. Chris told me to complete the preapproval online which I did. In less than 60 seconds from clicking the submit button, I had a preapproval. I told Chris which vehicle that I wanted and the vehicle would be at the showroom on Monday morning. Later on Saturday, we found that particular Jeep had been promised to another family. Therefore, Chris asked me which model, features, and color I'd like to have in my Jeep. On Tuesday evening, I picked up my brand new Jeep. Thank God for the dealer exchange program and guiding me to Haley. Kudos to Chris for doing a superb job!! Kudos to those that mentioned Chris in previous reviews and how he was able to close the deal on their new Jeep. I'm more than happy to pass on my review on Chris Price and the staff at Haley. If you're looking for a Jeep, Chrysler, Dodge, or Ram, then Chris Price is the man to call for assistance.

I highly recommend Haley Jeep! I look forward to working with you when I want my next Jeep.

Please recommend to Jeep a discount for loyal Jeep owners as this is Jeep number 4 for me. It would be nice to get a military discount as a Navy veteran--not everyone chooses to retire or stay active forever. This would be the icing on the cake!

My husband and I had been to several dealerships and were unimpressed with the customer service provided. At Capital the customer service was excellent. Every staff we came into contact with was hospitable. Our salesperson, Terry Corbin at Capital Dodge Jeep and Ram, was knowledgeable of the vehicle we were looking for and was able to give an in-depth tour and description of the vehicle as if he himself made it. The follow up was appropriate but not overly aggressive. We will and have recommended to others to shop Capital for thier next vehicle.

Top notch service by Hunter Payne. I HIGHLY recommend Hunter for your next vehicle purchase. He was courteous, knowledgeable and patient. He took his time and answered ALL questions we had and shared information about questions we didn't know we had. The entire staff at Haley was extremely warm and welcoming on a snowy December day. When you visit Haley, ask for Hunter Payne, YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED! Thanks Hunter and yes, Haley Has IT.

I wish my husband and I bought our Dodge Journey from them instead of Pearson on West Broad. Our new car suddenly stopped working when I came into town for my grandma's funeral. The service department started by offering the least expensive way ($4 battery for the key fob) to fix the problem. Although, that wasn't it they had the car towed and back running like new within a 2 day turnaround.

I used them to purchase a car and everyone was extremely helpful and friendly. The pricing was also very competitive. I would recommend them over the other Chrysler dealerships in the area. Even after purchasing my car my sales rep will answer all my questions about it.
