They were awesome at the time of sale. They got me into the exact truck that I wanted. They got me to the monthly payment I was looking for. Shortly after buying the truck I noticed small red rust spots all over the truck I called them and basically they said it wasn't there problem I needed to contact Dodge myself. They knew that they sold me a rusty truck but failed to inform me. I took it to another Dodge dealer close to my house on September 20 and they took pictures of the rust. Today October 8 still no response from anyone. Looks like I need to pursue legal action.

My first service with my new vehicle went well with the exception of the shop not putting down mats and leaving dirty footprints in my vehicle but this visit wasn't. I dropped my vehicle off at 9:00 AM and was called at 5:00 PM to pick it up, just to get there and everything that I asked to be done wasn't. At this hour everyone had gone home so there was nothing that could be done at this point. Total disappointment. This is the second time that Haley has let me down.

I had a great vehicle purchasing experience at this dealership. Vincent Hudson was very knowledgeable about the brand I was interested in. The extra options (paint armor, etc, etc) were presented and explained to me but there was no pressure to buy them after I made my decision to do without. I have purchased a few vehicles over my lifetime but this was the first time I was taken to the service center and introduced to the service managers. I will definitely give this dealership and Vincent my business again without any second thoughts.

This was the most pleasant new car buying experience I have had. There were no high pressure sales tactics, the trade in on my old vehicle was easy. The prices posted on their website were honored. I would recommend Haley to friends and family in the market for a new vehicle.

It was such a great experience. My nephew needed a car and he doesn t have any credit yet, so they helped him get his first car. No one was pushy at all. Once the loan got approved the loan company gave stipulations on what he could get and he got a really nice, low mileage car for a great deal. We are very pleased.

TY Baskerville, a Sales associate along with Amy the online sales associate loves to play games with people. I m in desperate need and found the car I wanted Ty and Amy assured me it would be here. I call the day before my appointment to have my ducks in the row and Ty says oh sorry the car YOUVE been calling about all week sold was going to have me show up to the appointment disappointed. Then she tries to up sell me on a similar car with MORE mileage, also didn t want to help me find a car in my price budget. TAKE YOUR MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE

I've been shopping for a Jeep Wrangler Unlimited for the past two weeks. I did a ton of research online and visited about a half dozen different dealerships in Northern Va. I found the vehicle I wanted at Haley Jeep Ram in Richmond and sent them an email. First thing in the morning I received a call from Kory Clayton. He was fantastic and answered all of my questions. Kory knew I was out of town so he sent me additional photos of the vehicle I was looking at. I spoke to Kory at least 3 times throughout the day and he was always helpful and friendly.

I drove to Richmond yesterday evening and Kory had the vehicle I wanted polished and ready to show up front. He came outside to greet my family and I with the vehicle's key in his hand. After a short test drive we told him we'd take it. We had already agreed upon a price over the phone so things went quickly at the dealership. There were no high pressure sales tricks, pushy finance people, or anything. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and accommodating. The experience was so good my wife commented that she'd make the drive back to Richmond just to buy from Haley again. Thanks Kory and the rest of the staff at Haley Jeep.

Overall, they've done great work and they aren't pushy. Reasonable prices. My only complaint possible is that the hours are rough for those of us who work 8-5, but I will keep going here for the needs of my Fiat.

within 2 weeks these problems that dealer should have been aware of and taken care of were found by my mechanic:
right akle seal leaking, rotors on front brake pads were worn to metal, rear brakes at 65%, brake fluid dark, needed a flsuh, so sway bar had to be removed and replaced, axle seal removed and replaced, rotors removed and replaced and brake fluid exchange done, tires rotated and balanced. this is in addition to incredibly slow service by sales and finance department on the day of the sale no one should buy a vehicle from this dealer.

I sent an email to the manager several days ago and have not received a response from him -- this is what Haley means by trying to resolve issues with customers and maintaining a 5 star review which is in fact a zero star. selling a car with a defective axle is unconscionable!

These folks will not call you back after any issue...

These folks will not call you back after any issue you had or questions with a repair. They replaced several ignition coils in my son's dodge and the car has been running rough a few days after. It's barely starting and sounds horrible . So strange after a complete diagnostic, passing inspection and and offer to buy the car . The car was driven 4 times and now this. They usually do pretty good work. We will not be taking our dodges back here the communication is poor. The technicians do not call you back .

If I could just rate our salesman Hunter he d be 10 stars. He was great! Not pushy and patient. As for the finance guy, he was a jerk and very unprofessional. If you plan on using your own bank loan be prepared to get the cold shoulder from him. The GM wasn t willing to get a Carfax so we ended up paying out of pocket for one. Again, Hunter was great! He got us what we wanted And kept his promises on what we were told he was going to get done.

Recently my wife and I purchased a 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee from Capital Jeep. We had two vehicle to trade in and they were able to work well with us for a fair trade in price. John Waller was our saleman and was very knowledgeable on our new vehicle. Our biggest surprise was a full tank of gas when we left. We are happy to have a Jeep dealer back in the eastend.

I been a mechanic for 13 years. I have a 2016 charger 5.7 with 75k that's starting to develop a lifter tap. This is the 2nd time trying to get this resolve before it becomes something bigger all I hear is we can't duplicate. I go to pick up car up today first thing I hear when I start my car is a loud lifter tap. I have purchased 2 vehicles at this location thinking about a 3rd but after them pushing my car out for the 2nd time I'm done with dodge. I believe they're faster at taking my money to sell me a car then fix it.

Worst service experience ever. Filed a complaint w...

Worst service experience ever. Filed a complaint with Chrysler about the service department.

May 2th Dropped off my car for scheduled service on the AC which was not blowing cold air. Left the keys with someone at the service counter and signed the paperwork for service.

May 6th Called the service department because I had not yet received a call about my car. Apparently it had not been checked in properly and they did not know it was there.

May 7th They had diagnosed the problem to be a faulty compressor and they ordered the part which should take a day to arrive.

May 8th I called the find the status of the part. Someone had accidentally canceled the part order and it had to be reordered. Should take a day to arrive.

May 9th Part arrived, and technician attempted to change it. During the change the existing compressor broke off leaving shards of metal inside the unit. It would take several days to clean out properly.

May 15th Received car back. Car smells from service, which should dissipate in a few days .

May 18th AC stops working again, returned to service department. Loaner car provided.

May 21st Original diagnosis was incorrect, different part had to be ordered which would take a week to arrive. Also asked them to install hitch receiver while waiting for the other part. Was told I could keep the loaner car since I was going out of town.

May 22nd Contacted to let me know they put my car back together and had to return the loaner car until the part arrived or they would charge me $35/day. Had already left for vacation but came home to return the car. When I picked up my car contents of the center console and glove compartment had been emptied and left on the floor/seat of the car, which I showed to the service manager. Was told they would provide me another loaner car once the part arrived

May 30th Contacted that the part had arrived but could not schedule my follow-up appointment until June 11th. Was also informed that contrary to what I was told they would not guarantee a loaner car.

June 11th Dropped off my car and paid for a rental. Smell from May 15th still existing.

June 12th and 13th Followed up on the status of replacing the part and was told that the technician was still working on it.

June 14th Contacted by the service department to let me know they ordered the wrong part and that I should pick my car up. The replacement part should arrive in a week

July 8th Still have not been contacted about new part. Left voicemail with service department today..... at least the smell is gone.

Bought a pickup around christmas, and They made happen what I requested. Unfortunately we had complications with the paper work an had to fill them out 4 times. I knew this was an inconvenience for both parties but they again stepped up an threw in some goodies for my new truck! Ryan is a good guy an never pressured me. Look him up if you go there good dude.
Will in finance was an easy going very personable guy, and above all extremely helpful.
Give haley a shot they have a good team over there.

The other day I finally decided to look into purchasing a new vehicle. Without having an exact vehicle in mind, I stopped by the Capital Chrysler Dealership to take a look at the selection offered. With that being said, I was and am completely satisfied with my experience. Mr. Vincent Hudson was a great person to work with and he did everything necessary to ensure that I was completely satisfied with my new vehicle. With being a first time buyer, this was a great fortune and I would highly recommend Mr. Hudson and Capital Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram to anyone looking for excellent service.

The service department is the worst I've ever been...

The service department is the worst I've ever been to. They tried to double charge me on labor for an oil change. They wrote my mileage down incorrectly, which put me over my extended warranty mileage. I figured this out after I paid full price for the repair. When I came back to point this out, they said they would fix it and I would get a check from the warranty company. It never happened. I called and emailed about this, but they never answered the phone or returned messages or email. Now they tried to tell me I needed by brakes flushed when they had just done that a few months back. I have to call multiple times before any picks up the phone. I usually just show up at the shop to ask if the car is done because I can never get in touch with anyone. I will never, ever go back there. If I could give them negative stars, I would.

Bought a 2020 Ram 1500 from Haley and worked with RJ in my purchase. I can t speak highly enough of RJ. Not once was I pressured to make a deal or compromise on my wants/needs in my new truck. He listened throughout the whole process and even worked to get me in for install of the parts that weren t available on this specific truck. He worked this out even though the parts and service department were closed (it was on Memorial Fay). He truly went above and beyond.

Made an appointment and took my Ram 2500 there for a recall and the service 4 wd light on. The people were friendly, however they did not have the parts for the recall and told me that the entire transfer case needed to be replaced. Did some research online and found out all that transfer case needed was a new transfer case shift motor, about a 16th of the cost of a new transfer case. Replaced that and no problem since. Would have thought the dealership would be well aware of this issue.

I recently bought a new 2013 Dodge Dart with John Waller at Capital Automotive in Richmond, and I could not be happier with the experience and the car itself. John made sure to answer any questions I had promptly and thoroughly throughout the purchase process, and made me comfortable and confident in my decision to go with the Dart. He helped me narrow down the best car for me and even showed me how to use everything from the automatic start to the Sirius radio. He was also very quick to respond whenever I had follow-up questions after the purchase and still treated me as a priority even though I had already bought. If you are unsure what car is best for you (or if you've decided on a Dodge/Chrysler/Jeep), I would highly recommend working with John to make sure you end up with a vehicle you'll be happy with that fits your wants/needs and price range. This type of customer service was such a pleasant surprise and is not something to be undervalued. John really helped to make the process of buying a car something enjoyable and exciting which is not always the case in some places.

Had an oil change done and fuel filters changed. $347 overpriced and performed lousy work, slopped oil all over my motor had to have them clean it up and then did not notify me of a critical safety recall on the vehicle. If possible take your vehicle someplace else.

Took my 2015 Chrysler 300s in for a simple oil change an they thought it was necessary to preform recalls when nothing was wrong in the first place, after having my car almost two full days I get it back an the very next day all types of things started going wrong like my ABS & Traction control light keep coming on the an my backup camera no longer works now I got to go back this Monday morning before I go to work to see what's wrong pretty sure there's gonna be a healthy bill to go along with it for something I'm pretty sure they messed up cause like I said I never had none of these problems before I took it to them. Never again will I take it there!!!

I did a pre-approval screening through the Capital One auto nav. I was approved right away and I use the tool to find the car I wanted. As soon as I got to Haley Jessica came over to help. I am extremely happy with her service. They are not the kind of salespeople that want you to make a decision under pressure, they want to make sure that the car you get is the car that meet your needs and that you can also afford. This is the second car I buy through Haley and I can say that I have always receiver A+ service. Thanks Jessica for making my car buying experience easy and painless. :-)

Going to Haley Chrysler Dodge was probably the best move I could have made. My sales associate Josh Martin was very helpful and friendly. Almost seemed as if he was just excited as I was about my purchase. I also want to thank Chris who made my buying experience easy. He was extremely informative about my options. They are two guys who really care about their customers. If you're looking for a new car I highly recommend Haley Chrysler Dodge Airport location

I m 0 for 2 with these people. Last time they left a gasket off of a power steering pump nearly causing a wreck and this time they failed to even properly rotate tires. I ve had a couple conversations with them where I wondered if they are even properly equipped to be working on diesel/dual wheel vehicles

They wanted to charge me $108 for an install on OEM rock rails because they didnt have any extra bolts in their parts department. They cut bolts they found to fit and charge me $75. I should have just done it myself.

Service is a JOKE. We booked an appointment at 11 for state inspection. Its 12:20 they are just now starting it and told us another hour. They have no loaner cars or anything. I advise going somewhere else to get a rental cat. When we stopped to ask how much longer they had no idea what service was to be done and very confused.

Went in interested in purchasing a vehicle from these guys and I was put with one of their best salesmen. After 5 minutes, I realized he had no idea what he was selling. I knew more about the car I was trying to buy than him, although he did point out the cool sun visor mirrors... however, the sales department is the least of their worries. I have a Jeep that needed a recall on the driver AIRBAG. They said they didn t have any openings for over a month, which is ridiculous because every other dealer I called in the area could get me in within 2 days, they just didn t want to do the legally required work for free. Refusing to wait a month to fix one of the most vital safety components of my vehicle, I gave up on Haley and got my vehicle fixed at Pearson Dodge, which is less that 15 minutes away from Haley. They got me an appointment within 48 hours and had my Jeep was fixed in less than 3 hours at the shop. Save your time, don t bother with this dealer.

My 2016 Jeep Renegade broke down in the middle of 95, rush hour, after I was told it was safe to drive. Now, because Haley refuses to even run a diagnostic on the vehicle, I can't even get a rental car. Seriously? I could have been rear ended and seriously hurt, and you aren't willing to make some time to do a simple diagnostic? This isn't just a bad review on Haley, but on Jeep & Chrysler as a whole, because I have received terrible customer service all the way around, and this vehicle I spent so much money on is insanely unreliable.

The service department is awful. I bought my jeep A little over 3 years ago, and have had problems with them from the beginning. Most of the time you have to leave a message for an appointment, and they do not return your call. When you actually go for service they are not friendly when you walk in. One service I had to call to see if my jeep was ready, because no one called to let me know. It's just a shame, because they are convenient to my job & home that's why I chose to buy from them. I have not had one pleasant experience with the service. I love my jeep, and when my jeep is out of warranty I will be taking my business else where. I would really consider A staff meeting on customer service, and customer relations...
