This new theater is world class. The engineering involved with the stage is amazing. New sets fly in from above, raise up from below as well as come in from the sides. There is not a bad seat in the house. The theater is in the round, so although the main theater holds 900 people, there is no seat more than 11 rows back. And there are no columns or pillars to impede your view. Sets and costumes were beautiful. Prices are reasonable. As I have looked through their upcoming shows I don't see a single seat more than $44. The only reason I don't give it 5 stars is because while the acting is good, I wouldn't necessarily say it is great. I wouldn't put the whole cast on par with Broadway, although there definitely were a few of the cast members who were very good.

Hale Centre Theatre is a great place to go watch a play. It is a little on the expensive side, but the entertainment value is well worth it. I have been coming here for the past several years and have only seen a handful of plays here that I haven't given a standing ovation to.

Truly an amazing venue, show was incredible! I undermined it going in....I didn't think Utah could set the stage the way they did. I was pinching myself....is this New York? We have incredible local talent and I loved the entire experience! There isn't a bad seat in the house! I will be returning and making this a top date night or guest getaway!

New state of the art facility. In spite of Covid restrictions the theater and staff were excellent and enforced mask wearing even during the performance. My only negative comment - because of my engineering background I found myself more interested in the mechanics of flying sets in from the ceiling and stage floors moving with sets coming up than the play itself.

I've been attending Hale Centre Theater since I was a teenager. The productions are always top-notch. The sound is great, the set design makes wonderful use of the in-the-round setting, and the talent is excellent. I highly recommend this theater. I love their current building and I'm excited for the new location they're constructing in Sandy.

Not sure why we don't have season tickets yet besides never knowing if we can commit to make it to all shows. Recently we've seen Newsies, The Scarlett Pimpernel, and the Christmas Carol. Always a great entertaining presentation!

Compared to the old Hale Centre, this new theater is a massive improvement! The seating is more comfortable, the stage is more dynamic, and the lobby was much more spacious. Plus, the play was fantastic and well acted. Love going here when I'm in town.

I LOVE going to productions at Hale Center Theatre, especially musicals. The new stage they have, there's nothing else like it. If you haven't been, do yourself a favor and buy yourself a ticket. There really is nothing else that compares.

I love the plays, but must we always have the stinky mist blowing. It makes me cough. It is annoying. It spoils what would otherwise be a good show. I realize occasionally it helps with the mood, but for Sister Act? Really?

What a wonderful wonderful production. Loved every minute of it. Totally
an evening of spectacular enjoyment.
EXCEPT When the beast was transformed to a prince... he was dressed
terrible. His dress was nothing like what a Prince would wear and he should of had his hair done better instead of just hanging straight. Looking nothing like a Prince... the person I came with thought the same thing. Hoping future performances the change can be made for him to represent more of a hansom Prince.
