I purchased a 2015 BMW 3 series from Ian Flood at Haines Fleet Management just before Christmas and I have to say I am delighted with the car and the service provided during the sale. Ian was very accomodating in terms of viewing/test driving the car, and he was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in answering all of my (many) questions. I felt no pressure during the entire process and we arrived a great deal in a straightforward and reassuring manner. As the team at Haines have looked after the car since it was first leased, they know the cars complete history and are happy to go through it with you. Ian also went above and beyond ensure the care was serviced and presented in impeccable condition for collection. Not only did I feel I got the car I was looking for, at a very reasonable price, it also came with a transferable service plan from BMW, which I wasn t expecting, but am delighted with, as it also gives me additional piece of mind!
I would definitely recommend Ian and the team at Haines to friend/family looking to change their car, and they will be my first port of call when I m looking to change in future.
