Great Company to Work for or to do business with. Consumer electronics range is widest in the whole country.

Haier Company is not reliable!
If you ask for claim on your stuff which you bought out of a lot of money.
They act like we don t care for your money. There response is ZERO!
Our AC outdoor unit was out of function, after 8 months of buying it and when we claimed it, they ask us to bring it to there store And when we did soo.
And what They did was pathetic! They returned it same as we gave them, after 15 days, nothing was fixed!
There helpline center was also unanswerable. They told us, your problem will be fixed by the store from where you bought it! We can t do anything.
The store is not listening to our issue, the soo called helpline centre is not responding nicely!
Where will we get our claim then?

This is very unfortunate, that Haier Pakistan is selling lowest quality products / faulty products (refrigerators & AC). and they don't respond it when contacted via customer relationship officer. I suggest that instead of buying this third class product, buy some other brands which can give you value for money. The money which I spent was a total waste. But i strongly recommend that go for some other brands instead of Haier Pakistan (fraudulent Company).

This is my first time I am writing a public review in my life. It is all because of this pathetic company called haier. They really don't know what the customer values are. 2 months ago I purchased Haier split AC inverter from carrefour packages mall lahore. 10 days ago AC showed an E7 error. I registered the complain and the outdoor's kit get changed after 2 days then it was working fine. And right after 5-6 days it showed the F28 error again. I registered my complain again and this is the 3rd day I have been waiting to get repair AC. Technician is saying we have no parts available yet, company is saying part will be change in 1 or 2 days. No one has the idea when the part would be available. What a pathetic and irresponsible service.

If product has manufacturing fault then tell me guys who should be responsible for that ? Would it be customer or company? But trust me they would never say we are responsible for that. Everyone will make lame excuses, huge waste of time.

Anyway, what is the level of company whose products will throw faults in 1st two months of usage ? Yes 0 Level, that's right it's called Haier. I have used AC of LG for last seven years and I had never got repaired it at once in this tenure. But if you will ask the very same question to haier they would say "Sir inverter to sensitive hota hai esa ho he jata hai machine hai."

Please be aware guys. First and worst experience of my life with haier. What can I say more.

Within 3 years had to get it repaired 4 times from hier representative mechanics.every repair charged in thousands.

haier complaint service is very poor I am very disappointed about their service I want to install their ups model but no one agree to install because they want extra charges but company offers free installation with ups device

I have purchased refrigerator of haier in 2016 and now within two years is me fault aa gaya aor compressor khraab ho gaya while the compressor warranty was of 5 years aor in ki careless customer service team ne resolve bhi nahi kr k dia. It is better to purchase Dawlance refrigerator instead of Haier. At least dawlance ka naam to hai aor un k products durable bhi hote hain.

I would recommend do not buy haier they sell the faulty products and later do not listen to the customers....

Higher refrigerator products do not work at all to humiliate a servant with extremely poor service points.

Products are awesome except their mobile devices. But other products are super fine...

Haier electronics product such as AC . refrigerator.deep frizers e.t.c all products quality .material are very cheap .I can buy new haier refrigerator model no hrf 380 BJ .they cannot Colling for the first time so beware of all haier products before buying.

Worst electronics appliance company in pakistan. There are appliances are cheap but not durable. They have a pathetic customer service. I have already filed 5 complains in past 3 weeks and there is no answer from customer support or maintainace person.

Pathetic customer care and follow up. I had the worst experience with Haier with regards to troubleshooting my Air conditioner. Unprofessional, careless and rude attitude by their service centre supervisor and no one bothered to follow up with me regarding my complaint about this. I recorded a very lengthy complaint on their UAN, Facebook, and contact email. No follow up, no reply, and no phone call by Haier to address this.

Humne Haier ka oven lia, os me 2 months bd fault ageya. Phr automatic washing machine li os me 8 months bd fault and has done 2 weeks to repair the car. Laken bht buri service

Worst company, worst customer service and worst staff.0% customer value. Hope the people around me and the people i know never buy haier. Such a big company and they just play with customers, they literally dont care about customer care. Anyone who buys haier dont expect that u have the warranty of 1 year and they will easily come and fix it whenever theres and issue with the AC. Regret buying haier.

I have never hired haier air condition unit and even don't usually write online reviews but when they Says themselves as experts no, they aren't they are the big cheaters ... They never claimed themselves responsible like seriously?? If there is default by manufacturing side so are the costumers responsible ?? Such a methatic company with low quality products guys I recommended you to not to purchase and please for god sake don't even have it when someone offers you it for free ... i currently work there as technical interpreter with Chinese engineers.
the facility or factory ,which is economic zone is very big and lots of employess there. the main products we made are refrigerator, fridge, AC and others. almost every machine is came from china and even the RAW material also came from china. so it would say the finished product is almost china standard but its labeled Made in Pakistan. anyhow atleast there is foreign manufacturing company in Pakistan and gives alot of jobs to locals.

Poor customer service. They do not respond to complaints, delete these from their tracking systems.
Each repairman gives a diffrent reason for fault.
They make money from the service of their faulty products. Shame on Haier.

Experiencing the poorest service from your service center in I-10. Its almost blackmailing the was they are treating a customer.
