This is my first time I am writing a public review in my life. It is all because of this pathetic company called haier. They really don't know what the customer values are. 2 months ago I purchased Haier split AC inverter from carrefour packages mall lahore. 10 days ago AC showed an E7 error. I registered the complain and the outdoor's kit get changed after 2 days then it was working fine. And right after 5-6 days it showed the F28 error again. I registered my complain again and this is the 3rd day I have been waiting to get repair AC. Technician is saying we have no parts available yet, company is saying part will be change in 1 or 2 days. No one has the idea when the part would be available. What a pathetic and irresponsible service.

If product has manufacturing fault then tell me guys who should be responsible for that ? Would it be customer or company? But trust me they would never say we are responsible for that. Everyone will make lame excuses, huge waste of time.

Anyway, what is the level of company whose products will throw faults in 1st two months of usage ? Yes 0 Level, that's right it's called Haier. I have used AC of LG for last seven years and I had never got repaired it at once in this tenure. But if you will ask the very same question to haier they would say "Sir inverter to sensitive hota hai esa ho he jata hai machine hai."

Please be aware guys. First and worst experience of my life with haier. What can I say more.
