Hackensack Ford a/k/a All American Ford Reviews

I went in for an oil change and to have my tires rotated, however after picking up my truck and inspecting it when I got home I found that the tires were never rotated....shame on them!

Great experience with all the staff @ All American Hackensack. Brian was friendly and honest. Bent over backwards to find us a truck. Will continue to buy all my rigs from them. Integrity rules the day!!!

First time buyer but I definitely plan on returning. They had a great selection and were the most competitive priced by far. They are extremely helpful and they really take care of everything for you. The sales manager Steve was awesome and my salesman Josh was amazing. Being a buyer from New York at a jersey dealership They took care of everything for me still. They took care of calling insurance and really made the process effortless. Also they made sure to fill my truck tank once purchased. Might not sound like much but many dealers will not leave you will gas anymore. The dealer fees were close to nothing, they gave me top value for trade and also just a very nice dealership inside and out. I highly recommend and I'd ask for Josh he was great.

I have to say that when you go to this dealership, you have to ask for Juan Fernandez. This gentleman has gone above and beyond to help me out. Hackensack Ford should be very proud to have an asset like him working for the dealership. This is the second car I bought from them and it truly is worth the time and experience with this dealership. Juan was very courteous, extremely helpful, professional and stayed in contact with me the whole time. I wish I could do more to recognize him or let management/Ford know because out of ALL the cars I bought and dealerships that I dealt with, he was the most pleasant and easiest salesman to talk to and work with. When you go to this dealership, do yourself a favor and ask for him. He is awesome and you won t be disappointed. Thank you Juan for everything.

Good dealership. They remodeled and created a drive-thru service greeting entrance within the past year. Great improvement and much more convenient and customer friendly than the past setup. Large pleasant waiting room (s) with sofas, free coffee, water, popcorn and a tv area. Service is typically fast so you don't have to spend much time waiting for oil changes and routine service. Nice large new car showroom holds about a dozen cars. Of course, like all car dealerships they are a bit pricey. The bright side is they know their Ford vehicles and how to fix them quickly. Everyone I met was friendly. Kenny was my service advisor and was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Today, (7/5/18) I went in to pick up my new Escape. Josh was my salesman. He knew his stuff and went above and beyond in familiarizing me with all the new features. Excellent A+ job, Josh.

For the truck enthusiasts this dealership offers good customer service and knowledgeable representatives. Their showroom it's clean and attractive. Easy access to facility and huge lot with lots of models and choices.

Michael made my vehicle purchase SO EASY. He explained everything in good detail. He went above and beyond to be certain I left happy. In less than 2 hours he narrowed down my search, worked with his manager to ensure I got the best deal AND made sure I drove my new truck off the lot! Michael was a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend anyone to go see him in Hackensack! 10 out of 10!

Awful experience, stay away! Customer loyalty is not upheld here, complete foreign concept! They do not honor offers sent to you directly from them. Upon returning the leased vehicle, they did not facilitate with removing the plates. Such simple tasks are usually taken care of by the dealer, it's all in the details. I am happy to say that I was able to get a 2021 Toyota Highlander for far less price I was paying for the Ford Edge. I was even able to lower my monthly insurance and all maintenance will be covered by Toyota. It was worth every penny of the $395 separation fee. I am relieved to take my business elsewhere, where it is appreciated, they honor their word and will pick up on the minor details.

To make the long story short, I gave a deposit of $100 for a Ford Transit. Deal never happened, I bought the car somewhere else.

Let's just say I never got my $100 bucks deposit back. I went inside and spoke to someone and told me they will mail me a check.

4 months have passed never got my money back.
This review is worth more then $100 bucks.
I guess we are even now.

Very pleasant dealer, the after sales costumer service really good ,sales person very good to deal with , off course Is a dealer ,so always go prepared and know your numbers and you with find a middle point that both are agree with. Service people know the cars and very fast service. Recommended stop by.
