My parents have bought 2 cars from them. However, unless your buying one of the more pricey cars they won t give you great service. They have hung up on me on numerous occasions and when I have gone in to look at a car then called to negotiate a slightly lower price as I compared the same car with lower mileage and a cheaper price, instead of saying they can t or won t they decided to ignore my calls completely. They won t have my business if that s how they treat customers.

I would give 0 stars if possible. This company took a car from a different dealership and when we got there to pick it up we had to wait almost 4 hours to get the car back. We accepted it with more miles than advertised after it had been driven 7 hours to and from carriage traders. Todd seemed nice on the phone but then got nasty when we asked for compensation for waiting (I'm a transporter and it messed up 3 more deliveries). Connor refuses to answer calls or texts and when I finally got to the owner, Dave, he hung up on me and told me to sue him. Very poor customer service. This was in September and there still is no resolution. Steer clear at all costs, it may not even be your car that you're buying!

I bought a 18 Kona recently from Carriage Traders. My Salesperson Ranita was amazing and catered to my needs. She had ensured I had a great experience. Kevin in finance was awesome, he had a great sense of humor and knows his way around financing! I highly recommend Carriage Traders to anyone looking for a good reliable vehicle with no hassle!

Jared and Cheryl at Carriage Traders get a 10/10. Cheryl was extremely welcoming coming in. We were looking for a car that could handle snowy roads. When we saw a beautiful Subaru Outback Legacy edition we thought it was out of our price range... Jared came out and made a deal 3K less than what we thought it was! We purchased the Outback and it has proven to be the best thing of 2020. We were supposed to shop around but after talking with Jared and Cheryl they had our best interests in mind. We were in and out and now happy with our winter capable Outback!
