Good dealership. They remodeled and created a drive-thru service greeting entrance within the past year. Great improvement and much more convenient and customer friendly than the past setup. Large pleasant waiting room (s) with sofas, free coffee, water, popcorn and a tv area. Service is typically fast so you don't have to spend much time waiting for oil changes and routine service. Nice large new car showroom holds about a dozen cars. Of course, like all car dealerships they are a bit pricey. The bright side is they know their Ford vehicles and how to fix them quickly. Everyone I met was friendly. Kenny was my service advisor and was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Today, (7/5/18) I went in to pick up my new Escape. Josh was my salesman. He knew his stuff and went above and beyond in familiarizing me with all the new features. Excellent A+ job, Josh.
