I have to say that when you go to this dealership, you have to ask for Juan Fernandez. This gentleman has gone above and beyond to help me out. Hackensack Ford should be very proud to have an asset like him working for the dealership. This is the second car I bought from them and it truly is worth the time and experience with this dealership. Juan was very courteous, extremely helpful, professional and stayed in contact with me the whole time. I wish I could do more to recognize him or let management/Ford know because out of ALL the cars I bought and dealerships that I dealt with, he was the most pleasant and easiest salesman to talk to and work with. When you go to this dealership, do yourself a favor and ask for him. He is awesome and you won t be disappointed. Thank you Juan for everything.
