Very nice place at the bar music too loud and not relaxing The boy at the bar makes too much noise And the guy who goes with it. Are the counter top made too much noise he should go elsewhere

It s my growing family s tradition to go to Mont-Tremblant for my birthday. This time, it was different we not only celebrated my birthday but I got a much deserved baby moon getaway.

When you first arrive, the concierge meets you out of your car and brings your luggages in and after you give him the car key he parks it. He brought us to the reception desk and the agent was very friend and informative, we asked if we could have the top floor and she said we have arranged for a top floor room already as she gave me the key.

The concierge took us upstairs to our room, also letting us know of the hotel amenities. The concierge opened the door to our room and let us in.

Once you enter the room, there s jazz music playing in the background and a personalized note, greeting you. The key to the mini bar are provided when you arrive by the front desk. There s a modern coffee maker with some coffee pods and the mugs are in a heated drawer. While your exploring your room, the concierge is making the fire.

The room was elegantly decorated with some touches of rustic chic. Our room was open concept so you could have a relaxing bubble bath while enjoying the view. The washroom is set up with everything needed (mouth wash, shower caps, soap, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion+ There s a nice tub with jets and a luxurious shower. The floor is heated for your convenience and to access the toilet just open the door (better for privacy). The room is well equipped, there s lots of outlet and the clock can charge iphones, there s s steep and a tv but since we went there to relax we did not turn on the tv at all.
The bed is super comfy (king size) andnit come with a cotton duvet (+duvet cover). The pillows are all down and there s extra pillows in the closet.

There s snacks at the snack bar but obviously it s to be purchased. So snack on at own risk, there s vodka, wine and champagne but just imagine the price tag).

We used the restaurant and their customer service is on pointe, everyone is so knowledgeable of what the kitchen carries and of their wine/alcohol/cocktail selection. We were treated like royalty and most definitely will come back.

Some people might not like the decor but it s probably because it s their first time visiting Mont-Tremblant and are not too familiar of the decor over there. I cannot express any further how much my husband and I loved our stay.
The hotel emailed me to follow up on our visit and I just told them that we will come back in May to celebrate our wedding anniversary and our baby.

I had such a wonderful stay with my girlfriend. The staff, the chefs, the rooms, everything was perfect. Must try the caramel pistachio French toast .., omg

My husband and I recently stayed at the Quintessence for a few perfect days after our wedding. Our stay could not have been better for so reasons. The food is really top-notch (we had all our breakfasts and dinners at the hotel) and so we ended up trying most things on the menu and we re impressed with it all! We also appreciated the fact that we could have our meals brought up to our room and eat on the porch. Derrick, who would deliver our food was a real star! The hotel is lucky to have him! Whatever we asked for, he made it possible! Lastly, my favourite part of the hotel is the pool and hot tub, where we spent most of our time - relaxing doesn t quite cut it. Highly recommend this gem of a hotel and can t wait to go back!

I arrived there at night and went to the hotel to check in and the guy at the front desk told me I don t have a room for tonight even though I had booked a room with them online a few hours ago. The guy at the front desk told me my room was booked for another date and unfortunately I would have to come on a later date because they did not want to give me a room on the same date. So when I told him that they already charged me 490$ and I wanted a refund the guy told me I shouldn t worry I will get my refund so I went to another hotel and got a room for the night and contacted customer service to get a refund the next day , they completely denied to give me any kind of refund or compensate me in any kind of way. I feel like they took my money with out ever giving me any kind of service what so ever.

Beautiful hotel. Nothing compares to how clean and upscale this hotel is. The food was exceptional. And we had an amazing stay. Location was perfect as well. Definitely will be booking soon again there. We loved our stay Thank you.

Lovely boutique kind of hotel. With impecable service. The rooms are also very cosy especially if you are there in the winter with an open fire place.

Amazing staff, impeccable service and serene views. It was truly an experience to stay. Perfectly furnished rooms, great restaurant but above all the staff. It felt like home, but of a royalty. Highly recommend.

The terrace of the restaurant has a nice view of Tremblant lake. The dishes are a bit expensive but the quality is good and the service excellent. Also, the location is very close to the attractions of the mont tremblant resort.

Location is fantastic and beautiful. Excellent on-site cuisine and local beer choices.

Hotel is available for co-ownership. 30-room boutique hotel. The nicest room has a full view of the lake, has 1 extra-king bed, 1 double-bed pull-out sofa, and a single pull-out sofa. Room arrangement in a standard rokr has 1 extra-king bed and 1 double-bed pull-out sofa; perfect for a family with 3 children. Room is sound-proof. Rain shower, jacuzzi bathtub. Fireplace in room.
Free valet parking. Small library available in common room of 3rd floor. Restaurant looks very chic, and therefore not suitable for children, but room service is available. Swimming pool is next to the spa, so somewhat unsuitable for young children as their voice may sound louder than it really is to someone having their spa treatment.
Would give extra star for a good breakfast option. Most restaurants in the area open at 10am.

Wow. Every room is a suite. The staff and property are first class. The staff are very responsive to every need. Best spot on the edge of Mont- Tremblant We we re staying in the smallest suite.

I did not stay at the hotel but had a meal at their restaurant, with a group. The lobster bisque and vegetable risotto were both very good, with adequate portions. The melted chocolate cake desert was fine, but not great. Very good service and wine list.

It is such a heaven beside Mont Tremblant lake. went there with my fiance, we enjoyed our time there. we stayed this hotel in the end of the November and it was weekday which means the price is so gooood,it was extremely quite and you can occupy the whole spa, mountain and lake by yourself! I can't say more because you will harvest your own special feelings there. I need to go back to the city and dream about the next stay in Hotel Quintessence because it was the best date ever!

5 star hotel that does not disappoint. Spacious suite very well equipped, the open fire is a real plus as well as the view of the lake. The entire staff is very attentive.

I went to the restaurant for dinner and loved my meal. The service was impeccable the ambiance could be enhanced by music more appropriate to a fancy restaurant.

Quintessence is by far the best hotel in the area and can easily compare to some of the best in Montreal and Toronto.We stayed at this wonderful spot in 2016 and this year stayed at the Fairmont for there outdoor pool for our daughter.The service and rooms and above all the unbelievable restaurant makes Quintessence hotel well above the rest.We had almost every breakfast,lunch and dinner this year at Quintessence other restaurants just can't compare in food and service and the rooms are uncomparable.Will definitely give up the pool next time for Quintessence

IT WAS AMAZING. I did a project on it, it looked really nice.

So this is the second time I have stayed at the hotel, the first time it was a pretty short stay but still nice, we had the classic suite and we were delighted with the view, the food was good too and the staff was nice (except for the receptionist at the spa).

Now, the second time we stayed at the hotel was such a disappointment, we paid for a more expensive suite, the executive suite and although it s mentioned that it s located in the corners of the hotel, it s not mentioned that the balcony/terrace is smaller and that you will have a parking view where unless you keep the blinds closed you won t have any privacy. Apart from that we had to call the plumber in twice to unclog the toilet, one of those times the water was coming out from the toilet and made a whole mess in the bathroom. Apart from that the phone chargers on the side of the bed didn t work, the lighted mirror in the bathroom didn t have any batteries and once again the receptionist from the spa was pretty rude. We got into the spa on our last day just to enjoy the view for a couple mins before our checkout, we went there at 11:20 am, the checkout was at 12:00 we were not even wearing swimsuits, just wanted to sit and enjoy the view, well the receptionist didn t even say good morning, she said: what s your suite number? And it s 11:20 and your checkout is at 12:00 so you need to be out by then.

If you do come to the hotel just make sure to get a classic suite or an executive deluxe suite, if you get an executive suite then you re just paying more for the worst location in the hotel, and yes 60-70 sq ft more but not worth it.

I do want to thank Jonathan from the staff who called me to tell me I forgot my watch and also the room service staff was really nice.

Unbelievable experience with French Canadian cuisine!

Always a great pleasure to enjoy the Spa and restaurant of this hotel that knows how to mix luxury and cocooning! Try the bar section near the fireplace to discover their restoration ... and their champagne!

We celebrated our 25th anniversary at Hotel Quintessence in December. Everything that you read on their website is 1000% accurate. This is a world class boutique hotel which is ideally located on Lac Tremblant and a short walk to the slopes (or the valet will happily drive you). The service was exceptional all-around - very attentive, genuine and warm. Kudos to the chef and kitchen staff for the amazing meals we enjoyed. To the Spa - the eucalyptus oil you put in the steam room for me was a kind gesture and most appreciated! We would be remiss not to make Quintessence an annual destination. See you next winter!!

That s a best hotel I visited in my whole life!!!!!! Everything was great, rooms are big with the lake view and the customer service is fabulous!! It s take less than 2 minutes to bring you order in you room ! Everything is well organized!!!!!!! Thank you so much for everything! The only thing that surprised me was I asked them to bring a hair brush for me and when i was leaving they charged me 12$ for very small hair brush ! I think when I m paying more than 1000 $ for 2 night they shouldn t charge for hairbrush!!! I usually get in every hotel and the didn t charge!!! Although everything else was great!! Thanks for great management!

My fiance and I had a getaway week at Mont Tremblant resort. We did not stay at this hotel but we visited the rooms. Let me tell you that the service from the minute we stepped in was 5 star. Bell boy opened the door then we were greeted by Michael who took the time to show us the hotel and rooms. We visited the presidential suite which is even more beautiful than seen on pictures. All rooms face the lake ! Then Michael showed us the standard room and explained that the only difference in rooms are the layouts. I prefered the standard room, just enough for a couple ! The spa with infinity pool view is amazing ! Your view consists of the beautiful lake and mountains while you soak in the whirpool ! Michael also took the time to show us the little shak behind the hotel which has more of a glamping style but 100% for sure you will have no distractions in this room. I would definitly consider staying at this hotel next time we come to Tremblant with the wonderful service we got from the staff, so welcoming. Thank you !

Always above and beyond expectations. Staff, suite, food and views deserve more than 5 stars. Perfect in every season but beyond sublime for our ski getaway.

Welcoming staff, smiling quick service, really big room, clean, just minutes from everything, expensive compared elsewhere, but the detour is worth it.
