Been twice already and disappointed each time. I paid $67 for a shellac manicure and it started peeling after 2 days.
This has never happened to me with any other place except this one.
Way too overpriced for what you get !!
I think I will stick to my usual places from now on and save my money too !
I was served by Amina, who did the best manicure I have ever had! The place is pleasant and there are no strong smells.
Was not a great experience, salon is not nice, couches scattered, lack of structure (almost seems like a shop that just opened). Pedicure set up is uncomfortable. Staff was ok; results were also just ok, only 2 coats and you see through the polish. Expensive for what you get! Would not go back.
I could never in good conscious recommend this nail salon to anyone. If you are not able to do a french manicure, don't offer the service. The lines are messy and uneven. That aside, the shellac itself was sloppy; the is gel over my cuticles and under my nails. I can't believe I paid over $65 dollars for this service.
UPDATE: less than 24 hours later the gel has started peeling and has entirely peeled off 2 nails (thank god I guess)
No extension of nails, the application on my nails is not uniform, not very delicate, not very warm ... and the prices are obscene.
Best place for nails. Best shellac I ever got. Clean, durable. And a movie to watch while having them done. I tried with Martine and Joanie, both very good!
Very poor customer service. Not even a small smile. I went 2 times, thinking it might not be a good day the first time, but nothing changed: an expensive place with no service! They do a decent job with your nails but don't go there if you want original styles or positive vibes!
Clean place and lots of color choices. Children are well received
the setup for pedicures is atrocious! You are seated on a couch with one foot held up on an unstable contraption and the other in a round metal bowl with lukewarm water (well cold). The sanding of the feet is done just for form and not for actually removing the calluses. if you just want a polish change go ahead, if not, go somewhere rlse with trained people. They also try to charge you extra for lasting polish, what a scam! a very unsatisfied customer.
Girls are very friendly! Did a good job on my nails, however, i find the prices a little expensive!
Worst manicure ever !!!!! I went there with my friends to share a good time with the girls!
First of all the little lady was just watching her Chinese TV series on the TV hanging on the wall.
Secondly, I suffered throughout the "care" for lack of delicacy on his part. I literally winced in pain! When I asked her to go more delicately she told me that I was cozy grrrr! But she did not pay more attention.
But the worst is what happens next ...... When my nails started to grow I saw sags on all my hand nails (proof that she was not very soft with her small tool metal used to thin the nail and thus have a more adherent surface for the varnish ..... Ohhhhhh but it is not finished no !!!! ..... My toenails are now so weakened that I can no longer put any varnish because otherwise they crumble like a puff pastry !!!!! Goodbye sandals for the summer! ... Too ashamed I must hide by wearing a closed shoe.
Follow my advice; if you are assigned a small Asian middle-aged ladies run quickly out of there! Because you will have 6 to 9 months to find your healthy nails because YES! this is the time required to regrow the nails.
It is sincerely not worth the trouble of paying in order to undergo a silly air that insults you and that scrapes your nails when they are supposed to pamper you and take care of your nails ....

I see there are some bad comments. For my part, I was very satisfied and it is the best quality pedicure I received '' ever ''. It is durable without a doubt! It's true that the girl does not talk, but I went in my bubble.

Very nice service but the price for a pedicure with regular polish is very expensive .. Unfortunately I went out and retouner there to redo my toenails .. But staff your nice and nice home

I came here for a shellac manicure and had a lovely experience. Very relaxing (enjoyed the movie playing in the background!), good quality products, and friendly service. I would come back!
Not professional at all, average home, girls do not know very well work, expensive and to top it all we do not even offer a glass of water!
Went here for a pedicure a while ago, never went back. Awful service, rude staff and overpriced. No actual bath for your feet, the girls come with a large, hot bowl and do it from there. Not very professional and not relaxing.
Beautiful staff.. I got my feet taking care of.. A nice pedicure is always good after a Hard long day of work. Sexy mamis there.
I have been trying many different salons to find one that worked for me and it's been hard... Amina did an amazing job on my nails, I would definitely go back to have another manicure with her. Great service.
The only thing I would have to comment on negatively, are the chairs. 4 hours after my appointment and my lower back is still really sore.

First time going to Rouge Dix30, I booked for a spa pedi and eyebrow wax. I was greeted politely and staff was very welcoming. Unfortunately that s where my great experience ended. The esthetician I had was late (I was the first appointment of the day), she managed to cut the cuticles on both my big toes, enough to draw blood, and she barely gave me a massage even though I paid for the spa pedicure which includes it. When it came time for the wax, she kept waxing over the same spots which ended up giving me a burn which scabbed over a day later. Super cute look. She could barely speak French or English, which made it hard for her to understand when I raised concerns about waxing the same spot over and over. Will definitely not be going to that location again. Do not recommend.
After 1 hour of transport to go to my appointment that I had to go with my friend but she could not do it any more and I went there anyway not to make them 2 cancellations. I give my presence and say that I am coming for a French shellac pedicure and she cancels my appointment because it was not written in her diary. As if it was my fault. I ve been going there for several years but I won t go anymore. I work with the public and we accommodate our customers as much as possible when they have made a mistake, even more when it is OUR error.
Poor service. Me and my friend were so far away that we could not talk to each other. I could have done better at home. And we took the big kit .... spa pedicure .... never again.
