Hospitality is excellent, great food, great location, managers are very helpful! Great for events!

It s clean and tidy, it s just that it s not convenient to take a ride.

Bathroom absolutely filthy mold in the grout soapscum on the glass, Dirty footprints all over the floor. Pointed it out to house keeping and one of the guys tried to suggest it was corrosion as if it made a difference! They had to refer up the chain because they didn't know what to do. The duty manager moved me to another room but the inconvenience of just not being able to arrive and Unpack whilst I was headed out for a business meeting was irritating. The number of process - management failures that allow this to happen are a not what I expect from a Pullman. The new room was bigger as if that was the recovery plan but at the end of it all it wasn't that clean. I don't think ill be back in a Hurry

Link all day dining. Variety food and nice environment. Recommend to all. One thing to emphasize, the staffs are very fieenslf and polite.

A decent Hotel with all facilities in place and very nice restaurant.

Had lunch at the Oriental restaurant. Menu is perfect, something for everyone. Service was awesome and Jason was very accommodating. Will be back definitely!

Lousy environment. Hotel staff are great. No complaints there but too many government servants. All this free loader are just wasting tax payers money. In general, perangai macam bapak dia punya hotel. No manners and freaking snobbish.

Training facilities are really good. All food are good. There were many choices for lunch including sushi, indian, wantan noodles, grilled section, and normal nasi kandar section. Not to mention a wide variety of dessert section which I like to frequent.

The staff members were also friendly and helpful. Always greet and smile to us users. The facilities around is also good. Connected to LRT Kerinchi and Universiti. Friday prayers wouldn't be problem since it's just a 3 min walk to a surau that conducts Friday prayer.

Though the parking area can get a bit confusing, but with repeated use, it's easily understandable. Recommended for stay and training purposes.

Breakfast ok. Rooms are ok. Just a little nk for dinner.

Attended a buffet dinner here, food was overall good but they give you very little sashimi per serving, you'd have to refill your sashimi quite often. Service was good, especially Faisal who asked me about the food etc..

Very friendly staff, comfort, clean room and nice bed especially the pillow. I love it!!!

Very friendly staff. Many tour gourp come here and make noise at night time at lobby area.

Check in was a breeze as I used the online check in option as a member of Le Club. Room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast options were decent - mixture of local and western food. All in all a satisfying experience.

Hotel itself is pretty good. Breakfast is good also. But there are no convenience store or mini market near by hotel.

1/12/2019, around 10 in the morning, their door boy has a poor service attitude wearing a Malay costume.

Good bed , excellent service, and friendly staff! The food is local or international mostly with Asian touch but very delicious. It is a bit isolated if you need the market or tourist attraction. Taxi will cast approximately RM25 - 30 or walk for 8 Minuets to the nearest metro station and spend maximum of 5 RM to reach down town.

Room nice and clean, food intermediate and facility is good such as shuttle bus

A Compliment to the service crew from Link All Day Dining. First and foremost, a heartfelt appreciation for the service attitude from the team, in particular, Ms Purama, Ms Indah and Ms Dilmaya. They are very proactive, attentive and warm. They ensure us that we have a pleasant buffet experience by keeping our table clean and tidy at all times after each serving. They put on a lovely smile throughout and that accentuate the ambience. A very hospitable feeling that was lost in this competitive industry for some time but being found today, at this hotel. Wish the surau was located near the training area, i.e at the same floor or higher or lower 1 floor than level 3. So we won't be late in training due to accessibility

Friendly hotel, with helpful staff. In particular, the Nepalese breakfast waiter, Santosh Bhusal, was very friendly and welcoming - and seems to be very happy to be your tour guide to Nepal :-)

I would've liked it more if there were other shops and restaurants on the compound.

I am.the regular customer .but smelling room and dirty cattle.

It was our first time going to the buffet at Link restaurant. There were a ton of selections. What I enjoyed the most was the noodle bar, fresh oysters, sushi, crab curry, amazing Indian, and chocolate fondue at the end to top it all off

We had a pleasant stay-, staff was courteous and efficient at check in & check out.
Room clean and well equipped.
Basically, no complaints at all.

Nice hotel with plenty of food options. Location is a bit secluded, even though it is right off the Federal Highway and near Bangsar/Pantai/Sentral.

actually the place is quite ok, just that a little empty inside the room, cause the room is big but not many furniture inside, i look huge for me perhaps include some extra furniture will be better

I don't know about the rooms but the buffet is surprisingly good. All the curry dishes are great. And they even have three types of coffee machine.

Having the buffet lunch, foods selection not much, if no discount given, it's really not worth to eat. Nothing is worth for second visit.

went to their buffet lunch, while having their ice kacang found this 2 pieces of sharp plastic thing.. refer this to their manager and he just apologize and took that plastic thing off that's it.. hospitality and way they handle things not even worth 5 stars..

Went there for their buffet food but it wasn't very delightful in terms of food but the service is good.

Very fancy and elegant, rooms are spacious with many facilities. The staff are very helpful and cheerful.

Great hotel near Bangsar and University of Malaya. Delicious buffet breakfast with a wide variety of the local cusisines (Malay, Chinese, Indian) in addition to Western food. The morning buffet just doesn't have enough options of fruits, only watermelon in two colors! The hotel has a spa and the rooms have a yoga mat and a dumbell for exercise, not too mention the bathtub in all rooms. The only major negative about this hotel is that nothing is within a convenient walking distance as the highway and bridge are next to the hotel. Overall, it's a good deal.

Attended a conference which included dinner. The hotel facilities and decor look dated and worn out. Tea break food was mediocre but dinner was decent. Waitstaff requires training even if they re part-time. Part-time server did not know where the smoking zone was.
