the banquet staff especially huzaifa and shamsuddin is a very good staff . They always give the best service to they customer.

Accommodation is nice but the bathroom toiletries are substandard quality. Way to hotel is also very confusing.

The hotel lacks on service quality and empathy towards the guest. The hotel was not able to match up the standard of 5 star hotel. There was missing toiletries and hair drier in my room.
The chiefs was rude and talking as if they are doing a favor on us. The poor experience has led to think if I should visit Malaysia again as a tourist.
Overall the experience was not up the mark and would think twice visiting the pullman again around the world.

Excellent services from AV team & banquette team (Riyan, Hassan & more, sorry as couldn't remember the others' name), very friendly and so much helpful. It'll be such a pleasure to be at Pullman again. Good food and facilities overall! See you on next meeting and thumbs up for the services! :)

Attending an event here... great facilities, great food.

We chose to stay here after our very good experience the previous week. However this time there were a couple of glitches such as the door lock not working. We had to change our card access a few times. The person who did the eggs at breakfast needs to be better trained in frying eggs. The fried egg was usually overdone (not the yolk but the white which had blackened sides and egg was not round.
Service as usual was good. The doorman was helpful and when we asked for a wheelchair, he assisted us. He even remembered us from our previous stay.

It is far from the urban area but very nicely decorated with English kindly kindly supported.
His sense is more than imagined!
Breakfast was very delicious in buffet form.

Dining in Link Restaurant, tasty food and good service, definitely will come here again

I appreciate the front office manager who check me in at midnight, allowed me to do late check out the next day. He was understand my situation,tiredness, pregnant and let me have more rest and enjoy the hotel facilities by check out late the next day

The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are great, but access to it is difficult, whether by description or by Google Map .. The reception and the restaurant are bad: the reception lasted us and we stayed more than half an hour and we have a confirmed reservation from the traveler and they are very tired because they try to take money in the swindle and their argument The box is locked before it arrives Your reservation and I do not record the amount I paid with the Visa card, and they want us to pay them directly and again at their most expensive price. And the restaurant we ask him to order with certain specifications and he will give us as he is and cool and he says our way.

Overall a good stay. Main Restaurant need better improvement except for Chinese is good.

Nice view from hotel ,close to metro station , taxis available through concierge .downtown is accessible very much closer 10 min from taxi.they have nice recreation facilities .room service 24 hour

Awesome weekend, very good hotel with very good facility, delicious food, friendly and helpful staffs. I stay 2 night in this hotel, I definitely will stay in this hotel again when I travelling to Kuala Lumpur next time. the room is huge, clean, good view. as a Le Club platinum member I got free room upgrade, free access to executive lounge in 26th Floor. .

The food in La Cucina is good; enjoyed the promotional Gyunito wafuyaki. Our Filipino server Zen is very good , rupesh, jasmine, and Thaipat it was a fantastic service.
Our room is also very nice.

An Ideal Place for Business Event!

Few months ago, my company booked a space for a business event in Sept 2019.

Weeks before the event, we submitted the floor plan to Mr Jerry and Ms Sharmin from Sales team. After reviewing our floor plan, they found that it requires a larger hall and took their own initiative to upgrade our venue without any additional charges.

A day before the event, we were at the hall for rehearsal and set up. Many thanks to Shah and his team and also Akma (audiovisual technician) for their professional assistance.

My family enjoyed during our stay. Friendly n helpful staffs. Nice, clean n cosy room with great view. Near shopping mall.. Easy access to UM. Will come back next time.

Terrible parking. Staff are courteous enough. Came here for a wedding dinner. Wait staff are friendly but not well trained. Big timing gap between tables, changing plates at every course but not the bowls for dessert. Food is decent though, with a great prawn dish.

I was in Pullman hotel for a client workshop. The location is accessible in Bangsar, within walking distance to train station. The meeting room was properly equipped, with good selection of snacks and refreshments. Lunch buffet at Link restaurant was quite good, with many variety and quality food. Service was good from my limited encounter with hotel staffs.

This hotel is on a downward slide. I have been staying regularly over the past 18 months often for extended periods. Over that time food quality has declined and the hotel seems to have taken to booking large bus tour groups that generate a lot of noise in the lobby and on the floors. Large tour buses are not compatible with a business hotel.

Went there for a professional event. The location itself was convenient as it was only an 8 minute walk from the Kerinchi LRT station. The staff were also helpful and accommodating, guiding me to my meeting venue as I enter the hotel. The food was also delicious and well presented. Overall I had a great experience with Pullman Bangsar.

Breakfast Menu was Awesome & Great. Many choices of Food. Staff at ALL link Dining (breakfast) was Freindly,always ask us to Eat or always ask us to have another more coffee/tea. We so felt Appreciate about ur staff there (breakfast), also their always smile n Say HELLO GOOD MORNING to us. That's we got here, Other Hotel we didn't feel that except at PuLLman Hotel Bangsar. Great Morning Staff here at Breakfast Session on ALL LINK DINING area... Thanks for their services, it's so Excellent n we so exciting about that... Will do stay there for our Next Trip. No food serve here during the pandemic,no people come here most boring place in town at this moment

Good hotel with good view (If you are lucky).
But a bit far from midpoint.
We found a cockroach in our room, thats why the 4*. But we got a new room rigth after we told them.

Lovely htl location very nice for holidays quiet and staffs are friendly really liked it.

As I was travelling alone, I didn't want any over the top attention, just efficient service. This I received so I was happy.

Was there for a 2 day training. The 'classroom' was good but although the menu for lunch may have sufficient varieties but the taste was not quite there. Lifeless, like the soul not there.
Another thing, the traffic outside the hotel is really a nightmare in the evenings. Even at 5 pm, traffic is seriously bad. Got to take this into considerations....

Very warm hospitality, staffs are very friendly, food all superb.

Overall, I think the hotel is quite nice with big ballrooms and lots of options for food. Rooms are also quite big. Service is also very good and fast and cleanness is good, other than a cockroach appearing in the bath tub in my bedroom. However, the downside part is that the food is not very nice and it is very troublesome to go to and fro from the hotel. Location is okay and nearest shopping mall is a five-minute drive away with jams up to 20 minutes. Staff is friendly and helpful and greets you with a warm smile.

Food is still good. But could be hotter. The place is hot though... not enough AC? Service is attentive. Place is not well maintained... sadly run down.

We have conducted seminar at this hotel on the 1st March 2019. The service quality was really good. The arrangement, timely help and quality of food were extremely satisfactory. Thanks to Ms. Sharmin Suraya for assisting us during the event. Always there when we need assistance. Bravo!!

A true 5stars class of hotel situated in prime area of Bangsar. Transportation is very convenient, with LRT station is located in walking distance. Hotel is also provide shuttle-bus hourly sending guests to midvalley.
With such status, room is only a little expensive compare to same class
The only complaint is a little bit unreasonable because hotel doesn't provide hair & body shampoo.

Hotel with a touch of design. Nice new rooms and restaurants are just okay. Parkings are difficult on weekdays.

Attended wedding dinner here, the food quality.really not good!! Steam fish over cook, crispy chicken not crispy, cracker not crunchy, service wise lack of training.
