Disappointing stay. We were on a business trip and we left as soon as we could. Poor service, receptionists cannot speak a word in English and definitely cannot care less. Wifi wasn't working and noone bothered to fix it. Laundry tainted and shrunk half the items. Finally, the restaurant seems nice, but given the quality and taste, it's way overpriced. The only positive aspect would be the nice architecture of the building.

Another weak point: the hammam / sauna is not freely accessible to hotel residents. Too bad you still have to pay 20 per person to access it

Beautiful hotel, the staff are very welcoming and friendly, located by the sea in a relatively quiet place, it is perfectly maintained and clean, the building is modern and very pleasant to watch. The pool area is very well done I am a little disappointed not to have tried the pool but in full December it makes sense I will come back in summer.
Regarding the room, it was clean spacious well equipped and well maintained no complaints, i had a superior room with sea view (2) the bathroom was very nice and very clean. I recommend this hotel.

A very nice setting with a private jacuzzi on the terrace overlooking the sea for the suite which really makes the difference. Unfortunately for a 4 star hotel we were strongly disappointed upon our arrival a tiny parking lot with no defined space, access for non residents of the hotel very easy no fence which gave me a feeling of insecurity, then the he reception leaves something to be desired by nonchalant people, in the charming suite certainly but very surprised by the damaged furniture, the stained curtains, blanket and cushions ditto, dust on the mirrors. At the price of this one we really expect to have a clean suite! For the dinner in the room Covid-19 requires little choice and no difference in permit always in a not very pleasant tone it was nevertheless good and of quality and then the breakfast at 18 there is just the minimum so here is really disappointed of the service ...

Magnificent setting, impeccable room, very good catering
Perfect ! This is the most appropriate word to describe my stay here! The hotel is ideally located, the rooms are nicely decorated, very well equipped, nothing is missing! The terraces offer a splendid sea view! The staff is very caring, the SPA is a must and I end with the best: the restaurant! On half board for a whole week, there isn't an evening when I haven't had a blast. I recommend this hotel and above all I will come back If you hesitate between the rooms: the Junior Suite with Jacuzzi is incredible!

Pleasant hotel but still excessively expensive for the services offered. 408 per night, breakfast not included. The breakfast was very very average. Very bad cream coffee, industrial fruit juices in pressed fruit possible. Frozen muffins, and very little choice in general. No parking to be able to park, and smell of sewer risers in the room.
This was the staff were very welcoming, warm and kind. Nothing to say on that side. But the number of stars is clearly not justified.

The terrace of the bar / restaurant is perfect for watching the sun go down, but it is the only positive point of the place. We were there for a drink and the mojito (at 15 euros) was almost alcohol free (and with ice cubes and not ice looted). But it could be if the fact of pointing it out to the staff did not provoke aggressive reactions from them. 1-they are not happy that we make a reflection 2-they do not question and tell us that for them their mojito are very good and they put 4cl of rum. But the table next door also noted the lack of alcohol mojito. Shameful behavior for this kind of institution

The bathroom smelled like sewage. We imformed the staff but the issue was not fixed during our stay. Beach was small but nice. The view was nice but you had to go out of the room as the glass would fog up obstructing the view. Food was ok. Pool was nice but small.
We did not stay at the hotel, but my husband and I spent an end of the day at the spa, sauna, relaxation area and ended up with a massage. Then dinner on the roof terrace facing the sea. Everything was perfect, welcome, discretion, quality of the meal. To recommend without moderation!

A big disappointment and a waste for a restautant hotel that could be a real paradise in view of its location and views of the bay of Sanary. The restaurant unfortunately has only the setting for him. Staff who are friendly but incompetent and unqualified for this type of establishment. Noble products far from being highlighted in the plate, bland and tasteless dishes and all for an exorbitant price. In my misfortune I am lucky not to have taken the night at the hotel. That's why for any lover of big tables and gastronomy, go your way.

We spent 2 nights in this hotel (superior room with sea view):
the first night, the mistral whistled through the bay window and we had to fill the space with towels!
We had brought a small speaker to listen to our music but we forgot it when we left, an oversight that we reported the same day: neither the housekeeper nor the housekeeper found it and despite our many calls we did not. have received no positive response !!!
We will therefore have bad memories of this establishment.

The restaurant is very expensive for very basic dishes. The first room we were offered felt very bad drainage and no possibility of opening the window ... We were upgraded to a more comfortable room with a small balcony overlooking the perfect pool. Only downside dog of the former occupants had made his needs on the terrace. The housekeeper came immediately to clean up. The most has been the possibility to privatize the jacuzzi for 30 minutes on the roof just magic ... cons for access to the hot tub impossible reserved ... you must reserve access before your stay.
