Superb place with stunning sea views. Extra pool. Magnificent room (Room 8). Brilliant idea for private access to the jacuzzi. Very friendly bartender with delicious cocktails. Very caring staff.
I highly recommend this establishment.

I find it unacceptable to be denied access to the facility for a drink.
The reason: lack of staff and no reservations.
I think that to serve 2 glasses you don't need to be 50 employees.

Not recommended completely despite the magnificent view, prefer Thalazur a bandol

Relaxing moment at the SPA de la Farandole, very nice evening in perspective. We appreciate the charm of the place and the quality of welcome.

Were at the hotel for the night of 30 / 03-31 / 03, it was great. Room with large terrace, sea view. Evening excellent mojito appetizer + dinner very refined, attentive staff. Also a breakfast at the height. We will be back, WE very soothing, really nice establishment

Catastrophes! Opened bread, dry .... salad cesar composed of 2 sheets of salad approximately ... club sandwich MINI MINI .... really a disaster. Exorbitant price for the level of dish proposed !!!!!!

It was the first time that we had come my partner and I and it was perfect!

Good points :

- Location close to the city and hotel on the edge of a small beach
- Welcome and sympathy of the hotel and spa teams
- Spacious room with a beautiful view that overlooked the pool
- Very quiet spa with a proposed circuit which is welcome after a long week of work
- Very rich breakfast between pastries, cold meats, cheeses, fruit juices and other delicacies ...

Negative points :

- We did not have the information for the free 1 hour jacuzzi on the roof of the hotel

We shared a great time and it is sure that we will be back.

Decent establishment with beautiful architecture.
The superior sea view room is not very large but sufficiently comfortable with a baby (cot provided free of charge).
The services in the room are correct, nothing more.
The restaurant is correct but rather expensive considering the quality of the food. The service is spotty, overall everyone seems a bit overwhelmed.
The Cinq Mondes Spa is nice, but it is rather disappointing to have to pay for access to the Spa in this type of hotel. However, the staff were very attentive.
The best part is without doubt the location on the beach and the stunning view.

Come for the SPA, it is a very calm and relaxing place. The reception was perfect. Apart from the beautiful surroundings of this hotel, rooms with sea view, parking on the waterfront, rooftop restaurant, swimming pool. We only have one thing left to do, come back!

It is really unfortunate that the service and the welcome do not live up to the 4 of the architecture and the location ... a pity overworked employees.

We went there for our anniversary. So far everything is going well, the setting is beautiful and the staff welcoming.

And it all begins.

A zen aperitif evening including access to the water park, a dinner aperitif (without drink) apart from lemon water and tea, then a 15-minute massage.

As for the aquatic area, which remains relatively small but can be pleasant, a number of people increased to 15 is far too important especially when in the middle 5 women giggling, bawling, laughing as if they were in a municipal swimming pool.
The calm required in these places we expected a reaction from the staff ... well no.

For the 15-minute massage, a punitive expedition. The masseuse were to earn her money and not to relax.

As for the sweets which are certainly fresh but must lack respect for the hot / cold chain, these made us sick.

Used to spas, I strongly advise against this establishment, which does not live up to the cachet and setting it displays.

We came to take advantage of their "spa + dinner" offer.
The spa is very nice, relaxing, the hygiene measures seem to be respected. The staff is very nice and helpful.

After the spa, we therefore took advantage of the very beautiful terrace of the restaurant with a magnificent view.
Unfortunately, the meal is not up to par: a unique menu choice within the framework of this formula, and zero possible adaptation. My partner is allergic to mushrooms, we asked for a different sauce than the morel sauce that accompanied the entrecote: impossible, there is no other (not even ketchup).
The meal was clearly uninteresting, and tasteless ... Tomato mozzarella salad as a starter, tasteless, sandy green salad. Frozen fries. Ice cream scoops for dessert.

It's a shame, because the decor is nice, and the possibility of having a spa + restaurant is also. But I think it is better to come outside of this formula!

Hotel is very nice little downside it is very very poor soundproofing there is a lot of noise not great for the night. The more the pool and the magnificent view. Christelle

We stayed two nights in this hotel, the hotel bar and restaurant are accessible to outside person, the hotel also organizes private parties so it is not possible to have a drink or eat there , this is heartbreaking because it is the only place where we can relax with a view of the sea, the first time we go to a hotel of this "standing" or we are denied access to the bar as a customer, no communication is issued on this subject. It is also difficult to have a drink when there are no parties because there are only 3 tables, the rest is reserved for the restaurant which is open to all. There were two sofas at the pool but so dirty we could sit down. You will therefore have to take the car to go for a drink as there is nothing around the hotel. The very small beach is really not great, crowded, water not clear. The life of the hotel therefore boils down to the swimming pool, which is very beautiful, the rooms are well decorated. Ultimately, a rather disappointing stay for us. we felt like we were sidelined for profitability concerns. Difficult to accept with this price, we were not comfortable.

We spent Valentine's Day at La Farandole, Very beautiful place, pleasant SPA, however the concierge services are a bit limited.

very disappointing stay ... complicated welcome with staff barely speaking French. Reservation made online, once in the stupor room a "children's" bed awaits us 140/190 unworthy of a 4 star hotel. Result obliged to go to the cash register to change rooms and have some suitable things. Old-fashioned decor. Nice pool and magnificent view. Tiny balcony size barely allowing for 2 chairs.
Regarding breakfast, no pastries, a limited choice unworthy of the standard and above all unworthy of the asking price !!
And the nonexistent parking requiring having to move several cars to be able to leave!
we will not be coming back !!

No smile, we have the impression of being greeted and served by robots ....
Let's start with the room, the phone is out of order after 2 requests, no one came to fix it.
As for the restaurant, it is true that the quality of the menu is good but as regards its service what a disaster ...
For breakfast, a jar of jam was already used ... we are not allowed a salt shaker for the omelet and poached eggs, for the tea water it was lukewarm ...
The SPA?
For a five world, what a welcome !!! Accustomed to large hotels, it is the first time that I have seen such a welcome, we learn from the person at the spa who is very condescending with us, that it is necessary to book and that access is chargeable.
Are you a fan of beautiful hotels? Yes indeed a beautiful hotel, beautiful architecture but if you are looking for service quickly turn around, otherwise you will be very disappointed ...

I came to this establishment only for the spa which is great.

Go your way, of course, the setting is nice with a view of the sea but then the rescue service we just have the impression of having an unmanaged team that is a face 6 feet long. We waited 2 hours for a dish and a dessert that has never arrived. When I arrived the waitress said "I haven't taken the cards, do you want an aperitif anyway?" Ditto for the wine, we had to ask for the bread and the water at all ..... in short, at pauline it is also top of the tasting workshop and top navy and all this without staff who obviously do not want to be there.

Second time we're going to have lunch or dinner. Very beautiful setting, beautiful sea view.
An improvement is to be made on the service which is not professional enough. Also, we were surprised by some cooking products that come from Madagascar (the prawns).
In our time we believe that it is important for a professional kitchen to use local and quality products.
We are still going back there with great pleasure.

- refused from the spa because I did not reserve a place, just to lie down, do a little jacuzzi / sauna / hammam and enjoy the peace !!!! So even if you don't take care, you have to reserve a place. Really too bad nobody told me the day before when I visited - in my opinion, unacceptable lack of customer service
