When you get there, it's pretty quick. But as soon as I was put in a room while waiting for the intern I waited 3 hours. The intern arrived with his coffee in hand. He didn't even bother to put on gloves and disinfect me. 3 hours to put me only one staple. In the corridors all the people from the emergency department speak very loudly so we know everyone's life. I do not recommend it.

Tuna cold welcome and I had the impression to annoy the staff, see annoying, so I arrived at 9:30 in the morning, waiting for endless blood test at 15:15, while I I asked the staff why I'm not called, all the people who arrived after me are called and consulted, staff response: "Ma'am is in order of urgency priority," so my case was not serious for to be consulted before 3:15 pm, all this waiting for a blood test and tell me: "madam you should go to the hospital trousseau, because it is the hospital for pregnant women, and go to gynecological emergency for an ultrasound, and exams because it may be an extra uterine pregnancy, and it is an emergency "while I had given this information from the reception: I'm pregnant. I do not yet know the operation of the Paris hospitals, it is not for the pleasure that I would have lost my time in the emergency rooms of this hospital which was not appropriate to my situation, and I left the emergencies to 3:55 p.m.. Conclusion, arrival at 9:30 and departure at 15:55, finally to tell me that it is urgent and head to another hospital adapted to my situation.

Good welcome. But it's the only good thing. Emergencies: a caricature
- incompetent IAO who does not know sorted emergencies
- you arrive for suspected stroke at 8 p.m. at the request of the SAMU. Picked up at 1 a.m. after seeing a doctor at 3 a.m. I am told if it is a stroke it is too late.
Another anecdote
Arrived at the emergency department, a finger severed halfway with tendon and nerves severed. Heavy bleeding. The firefighters who refused to move. arrived at 5 p.m. Pick up at 8:30 p.m. Seeing a doctor at 11:00 p.m.
It is better to be homeless, drunk and arrived with the firemen to be caught.
Very rude staff.
AVOID IF YOU WANT TO REMAIN ALIVE.
Just used as a medical home and again .........

The staff of the Neurological service is undoubtedly competent and extremely human! They are caring people, attentive and passionate about their profession. I will give them a 12/10. I must admit that I have never met a hospital staff who combines quality and listening skills.
Thank you all for your good care with my family.
You are doing a remarkable job!
I sincerely hope that you will be rewarded greatly, at the height of your sincere work.

The rheumatology department as well as the gastroenterology department are great, the nurses and doctors are human, smiling and very sharp! A cutting-edge hospital that knows how to stay human!

If you're an American and speak little to no french, do not go here. I went in for severe abdominal pain. I was ignored for over 5 hours in the urgencies room after i was told the results of the blood test would be ready in 2 hours. Finally was told they would keep me for a couple days and probably operate. (Um, no way). I went to the room to receive intravenous anti biotics and spent the night. My daughter rebooked our flights. The head nurse initially claimed she spoke no English. Throughout the night I was rudely woken up several times with the normal bp, temp, etc.readings, until the final time the head nurse came in and tugged on my IV. I shot awake in pain. She acted as if I had insulted her. I tried to explain that it hurt but she acted as if she didn't understand. I think she took pleasure in hurting me because she looked incredulous every time I expressed pain. I got angry and said she could no longer touch me. She then proceeded to turn off all my IVs and would let no one else help me. I was not allowed to eat so I had the saline to keep me hydrated which was extremely important in my case. She refused to turn it back on. I told her to take out the needle so I could leave and go to another hospital. I was in pain, hungry, thirsty, and nauseous. She left me like that for 6 hours. I finally demanded to speak to the American Embassy. She understood English real good then and tried to comfort me. Another nurse came in and re inserted the IV. I left the hospital AMA shortly thereafter with anti biotics. After that treatment there was no way on earth that I would let them operate on me. BEWARE! her name was Virginea.

I know the hepatogastric services for two years, the doctors are all very professional, do their best and take the time to explain things. The only caveats are the support WE & holidays (there is a real lack of staff), and the lack of parking in the vicinity ...

Unbelievable but true, in Paris it is the only hospital where the emergency service is no longer impressive. We let you die of patience of more than 5 hours. I do not advise a patient to come here.

Home excellent, I came to make me remove the wisdom teeth under local anesthesia, terrorized and I was reassured, perfectly operated and without any pain ... A human staff, listening and taking time

I totally agree with a previous review, saying that the staff is very professional, welcoming and places in poor condition (more or less).

I want to thank the staff who took care of me quickly, despite the current tensions in the institution and more serious cases than me. Arrival at 11:30 am departure from 12:30.

From the hostess, to the surgeon present as well as the nurses, are competent, attentive, responsive, and caring.
Despite the somewhat dated places, the staff do their job properly, and quickly.

A big thank you to the emergency team, and good luck for the future, cordially.

Arrival in emergency after falling 3m climbing I said I was not bad but I had heard a "crack" in my knee that had turned. After X-ray (which obviously showed nothing) the doctor sent me home without crutches or splint telling me to walk because I had absolutely nothing. Three weeks and an MRI after I had a broken ligament and a partially broken ligament (they had assured me that the ligaments were ok!) And because they did not give me anti inflammatories my knee did not recover as he should have because I walked too much on the leg and the edema has not resorbed ... I think we must learn not to underestimate the patients even if we say we have not hurt. I only lost time and money thanks to this ...

I do not recommend going to Saint Antoine hospital! It is the worst in all of Paris, the most stupid too, with doctors 2.0
It seems that the doctors are drunk and in addition to it they allow themselves to criticize the patients behind their backs ... instead of working!
To summarize: HopitalSaintAntoine = zero reception, zero staff, zero organization, zero logic, zero diplomacy, etc etc
