I cannot believe this place is still going. Their customer service is SHOCKING!

Honestly the best bank I've been with so far, Service is sharpish, polite and there are more than happy to assist you if there is an issue, and the free tea and coffee is a nice touch!
The slowest service at a bank I have ever experienced - standing for 20 minutes at the front of the queue - ridiculous
Worst bank. Bounce bank loans should be government hall for business and they treat like normal loan . Refuse me without reason. Stay away from them.
Tried to make a bank account with them over the phone kept refusing to help and trying to make things for me so hard. I tried account online though them as well yesterday they had poorly designed website so it kept giving me wrong information to register though them so I joined the Co-op bank who are a lot better.
The staff were excellent when I setup my business account, and the building is simply beautiful. The only criticism and it's not towards anyone in the Glasgow CB office is their internet banking is still in the dark ages, and needs updated or something better.
I really like the office here, it's a really nice building and the queues are usually really fast
Disgraceful customer service. After hanging on the phone for 30 min call answered saying: "call terminated" and then cut me off. Terrible
I went in to close an old account that I no longer use. The teller told me they wouldn't accept my drivers license as ID and that I needed to come back with a passport. Being an ex member of staff, I explained that I know fine well, that a drivers license is an acceptable form of ID but the teller just shrugged and told me to return with a passport. I would give them 1/10 for customer service but 10/10 for their ability to make up their own rules and ignore processes.
