The psychiatric unit is an eyesore. Ruined structures, disgusting facilities, and haughty staff. Especially the referent, a doctor who does not hesitate to demean his patients and obviously has no intention of helping them. I point out to him that he is not very sympathetic "And you never question yourself?" he points out to me in a dry voice, outraged by my completely justified remark (and again I was soft). The difference is that I am not responsible for the health of my patients, my attitude has no impact whatsoever on others dear sir. On the other hand, a shrink who pushes his patients is lamentable. Treatments are medicated only. The patients are constantly on drugs, "take your pill and leave us alone" pointed out the nurse to a patient. Basically "go show yourself, please allow us to remain idle". Refusing mind-numbing treatment is considered the biggest affront, and will not help to establish a constructive and restorative dialogue with staff, a process that is nevertheless crucial after a trauma. On the contrary, it will lead to more contempt. Note, the shrink visits two mornings a week, and does not have time to speak with everyone. the nurses put off until tomorrow what they could do the same day "your dressing? tomorrow". and the next day "tomorrow". And Friday: "Monday". To tell you the truth: I was only a visitor, and after each visit to this service with an atmosphere comparable to a Hammer movie, my morale was at zero. I do not congratulate any of the staff who work in this service, and wish good luck to the poor patients and their families.

My 86-year-old mother is in Septic Orthopedics for knee surgery. Yesterday I went to see her at 18h she had no toilet of the day because no help! Protection not changed since morning! Her drip was soaked with blood, pajamas and sheets! If I had not come how long would she have stayed in this state? We are in France rich country it is not acceptable.

The standard of dentistry service unreachable for days and days in a row. I find it desperate to spend hours on the phone trying to have an appointment without having anyone but a record. Make us wait on the line to say, after 7 minutes, that all the lines are busy and renew the call. We are in the midst of a sketch of the Unknowns in hospitals.

Shame for France!

Shame for France!
The reception nurse forgot to indicate that I had the covid on my file. Result I waited 4 hours with the others and I was especially mixed with the other patients in the back office, when the nurse who put me in the stretcher learned that I had the covid, it was yelling in the corridors the nurse had made a mistake serious. He never said you should have been in this room with the other patients !!!!

Emergencies to avoid, incompetent doctors and interns to the maximum. You're wasting your time. You explain things, they don't understand anything and are completely incomprehensive. I explained 3 times that I was allergic to antibiotics to come out with a prescription with antibiotics. To wait 3 hours in this "hospital" is to lose a day to come out of it even more sick by the nervousness.

We arrived at the emergency room at 2 p.m. because my mother had 20 blood pressure. We waited until 12:30 a.m. nobody came to pick her up, a hospital to be avoided !!!!!! The nurses are rude !!!!

Attention danger ! I had significant memory loss. I inquired at the reception not knowing who to consult, general practitioner, psychiatrist ... psychiatrist. I warned that I had no security and that I will pay for the consultation but no problem I am told the social worker can take care of the care. I saw the doctor 1 minute? !! ?? Then I was locked up in psychiatry. I saw another psychiatrist. I went out after 2 days. There I was asked for 15,000 euros for a week of treatment !! ?? !! I demanded the social worker but she couldn't do anything without putting together a complete file. With difficulty I recovered my money and personal effects which had been confiscated from me and I went out the second day. Then this hospital demanded the payment of 2500 euros and with legal proceedings. My bank, where I have been a customer for 25 years, refused like me to pay. Mental illness ? No None. But when I explain that people have the right (judgment of the TGI of Paris) to deteriorate my places of residence by making it dangerous for my health and that I cannot take it more physically after two years that I undergo this situation, the internal asked me "So, do you want to kill yourself?", to which I answered, no I rather want to kill them, and because they are annoying them? Hair lifts can put your life in danger if you stay in such a house for too long, it is the consequence of the actions of a Pigalle lawyer who is given the right to steal from her clients through lies. And then I spoke with a person who really has this mental illness and he pays 150 euros per day for his hospitalizations but in another hospital. Still glad that these drugs that I was forced to take for an illness that I didn't have did no more damage to my health. And it need to finish with, I have not received any care for my problem?

It's a shame. My partner was transferred here for orthopedic surgery. The day after he was operated on, he had to wait hours before receiving any pain reliever. When I went to retrieve the exit papers, half of them were missing, they had written down an accident at work even though we had told them that it was not one, we had to wait another 1h30 to redo the job. 'work stopping ! They messed up the prescriptions (in quantity) and forgot to write down the crutches. This morning, my partner had an X-ray at 9 a.m. and 12 p.m., he is still waiting for the result even though he is told that he is the next patient. During our visit at the end of July, half of the caregivers wore badly or no mask at all. Avoid AT ALL COSTS !!!!

I made all the emergencies / hospitals of Paris to accompany my companion with COPD terminal phase, over 18 years for a year I was kind of dirty girl complex status even assistant operations and others in Strasbourg -> never be alone in a hospital. But that's me who found myself in the emergency room Friday night at the hospital Saint Antoine that I did not know. I want to say it: THANK YOU! listening, humor, possible discussions often funny, very good follow-up. I will write to them but I am already starting to put my opinion here.

The ventilation of your computer servers is too much noise. (Foulques de Neuilly building)

Noise and vibration are clearly noticeable 24 hours a day, even with closed windows.
I live next door and I suffer this pollution especially at night.
I have a friend who was hospitalized in St Antoine (and who works there) who suffered this noise several weeks.
Noise pollution leaves traces on health. Not great for a hospital!

St. Anthony Hospital. Acute Geriatrics Unit.
Hospitalized in this service at the end of January 2019, I want to make known and praise the spirit of kindness that all staff, caregivers, nurses, physiotherapists, doctors (Dr. Moise, doctor Louis Tisserand) has shown.

A big thank you Monique Picard

Arrival at the emergency room Friday 8:30 for tendinitis that was horribly painful.
Immediate care at the reception then by a nurse: damned! all that is said about emergencies would be false?
I am taken to a box at 8:45.
Arrival of the doctor at 9:35! Ouch! it's gonna be gagging! This one speaks of a tendinitis therefore and says to me "I come back immediately ..."!

At 10h45 so we give you a prescription ... for you to go for an ecography! And yes ... we know that an appointment for an eco is immediately ... And ... "goodbye sir" !!!
At Saint Antoine the word "Patient" is important!

If I could put 0 that is what I would do. My grandmother arrived a month and a half ago, with conitive disorders (huge memory loss, she can no longer eat on her own, no longer wash herself any more) the staff just gave her the prescribed medication and did not are absolutely not occupied with her, on entering she weighed 45 KILOS she weighs only 38, incompetent and deplorable SOCIAL ASSISTANT! doesn't do his job and is a real moron.
I am saddened to see that such a reputable hospital is not able to take care of patients like they should.

Mr. standard, emergency doctor and adult resuscitation doctor very kind and who give the information: it reassures a lot.
By cons too much waiting on the phone emergency 2:30 to finally get someone who wins! And too much waiting on the spot more than 4 hours of waiting! In addition the staff at the reception of the emergencies only laughed and discussed and the people insisted to talk to them they disappeared to return only 20 minutes later whereas there was world waiting for; Inadmissible this behavior, never seen a home emergency service like that! Too bad because the rest the nurses the doctor are really caring.
I put three stars because of the hospitality but the rest is worth 5 stars.
In addition, the number to know where the patient is hospitalized only works until 5:30 pm the rest of the time must be done when we need this service 24/24 - 7/7

Had an accident in Paris. Badly dislocated shoulder. Agonising pain. Was taken to St. Antoine. A bit grubby and down at heel, but I cannot fault the staff. I did not have to wait long. Was X rayed, and treated and ready to leave all in about 4 hours. The nurses and doctors were excellent and very caring. As a foreigner, they made me feel at ease. Afterwards I could sit for as long as I needed. A friend was coming to pick me up. The nurses checked on me every so often to make sure I was ok. Only one thing is sorely needed, somewhere for a coffee and something to eat. There is just two machines for chocolate & crisps & awful coffee. Really needs somewhere bright and cheerful to sit as friends & family may have a long wait. Depressing place, but wonderful staff.

I had two experiences at Saint Antoine Hospital in two days. One in the ER on Thursday at the end of the day and the other on Friday at the outpatient day hospital. Both experiences have been successful. All the people I met, reception and caregivers, nurses, doctors, anesthesiologist and surgeons were kind, attentive and explained to me the following steps. A thousand thanks

Forget the emergency department at all costs.

Forget the emergency department at all costs.
Condescending person who ABSOLUTELY DOES NOT TAKE INTO ACCOUNT THE PATIENT PAIN, by letting them vomit before their eyes without even proposing them an antialgia.
By speaking to them politely and courteously, they bark at you.

Today nurses were on strike but even without social conflict the reception and care in this service are catastrophic !!

Hello,

Hello,
To make an appointment with the department of maxillofacial surgery, I first had a person who said that his colleague left for lunch (it was 1:35 pm today) and that she was not there to do the work of his colleague! I had to call back at 2:00 pm I call since 2:00 pm and no one picks up the phone.
When I call the hospital standard I get a doctor who tells me that she can not do anything for me, it's not good service!
Going through the standard, I am told, after verification, that the department of stomatology and maxillofacial surgery has blocked all the telephones!
We walk on the head ! ! !
Doctors can not make appointments for their patients, and when we want to make an appointment, the phone lines are blocked! ! !

Emergency reception staff are rude. The hostess who registers the patients does not even know the medical terms. They think they are overwhelmed and may have to go to another emergency for them to realize what it is really crowded emergencies.

Very very bad hospital, caregiver unpleasant digestive surgery department. They do not support the elderly. They blackmail them: "if you do not get up, I do not wash you or the doctor does not work ...". While they face an elderly person weakened, thin, suffering and dying of the disease. Fortunately, the radiological staff is raising the level.

A shame !!! I put a star because it is impossible to put 0 !! Incompetent from the reception to the surgeon !! Do not go in these "emergencies" which do not deserve such a name! I would have liked to find a health professional there, but they do not attend this hospital. I spent 7 hours in the emergency room, having arrived around 9 am, there were only 3 patients in front of me according to the triage nurse, who had the nerve to tell me that I will pass quickly. I waited 4 hours to see a doctor, establish a diagnosis that I already knew. I then waited about 3 hours for the surgeon, supposedly in the block for 10 minutes. I patiently waited 1 hour before asking for news from the surgeon, then went there 3/4 times. Without that, I had absolutely no spontaneous information! Besides, In addition to the poor organization and incompetence of the staff, this hospital is really dirty. When I finally saw the surgeon, this intern explained to me that she couldn't operate on me until the next day at 10 a.m. And instead of piercing my painful abscess for which I had come, a 20-minute intervention, she told me that she would operate on me under general anesthesia, leaving the abscess open, causing convalescence several weeks with obligation of daily nursing care. I spent 7 hours without painkillers, luckily I had my own ibuprofen on me, all to be told by an arrogant incompetent that I had to undergo a heavy operation, because it was their way of treating abscess in this hospital. She even told me about the treatment of recidivism. So I waited 7 hours to be sent home with a poor prescription for ineffective painkillers. The abscess has swelled up again and I cry with pain. I wish this surgical intern to undergo what I undergo and to be supported by an incompetent of his level. Don't waste your time in this hospital, choose your emergencies wisely.

Arriving at the reception damme my receipt outside her office talking with security guards I am going to make a quote for evacuation to the pitfall she tells me that there is no hospital that can me make a quote with the support of the security agent he discouraged me anyway I went inside spent the whole day without being able to win my case

I THANK the Emergency Department of this hospital ...

I THANK the Emergency Department of this hospital which gave me the right examination to do to find the reasons for my pain while the same morning I was in the emergency department of Argenteuil (95) who wanted to send me to the pain center of the hospital. After an ultrasound done in town on prescription from the emergency department of Saint Antoine, result 2 inguinal hernia 1 on each side. While the problem has been going on since the end of March 2018 and several examinations including a colonoscopy which revealed nothing until the ultrasound done in town.

I would recommend Saint Antoine Hospital to anyone who asks me or consulted.

Another BIG THANKS.

Mickael Maunier.

But then there, the service of the TV, no no no no. I put the TV on for 2 days, it didn't work right away, the person came to fix the TV, she told us that she was giving us a gesture of goodwill, except that we never got it the commercial gesture, suddenly my husband was on TV for a whole day and then I was told that we were not promised a commercial gesture. In short. Archi void

Not really the fault of the hospital but rather the restrictions which are really horrible, 15 years that I am followed here and the more the years go by the more it degrades.

Ah yes and we would have to think that this hospital is safer because everything and anything comes into the hospital and there is a lot of theft in the rooms I find it unacceptable not to feel safe in a hospital ... a guard on each floor would not do any harm and we would finally be safe ... because we may lock everything in the cupboards they manage to open them it's really not reassuring we barely dare to leave our room for fear to make it fly ....

A jail of badgers! I lost my father there. I will always remember the 2 hour pressure blow that the Deputy Head of Neurology Clinic tapped me so that the authorizes him to send the old man "to die" namely palliative care. Of course a stroke that results from a DIC, as much to get rid of it, this leads to the percentage of positive results in clinical trial protocols. As much to do to stay at 90% remission, in addition it facilitates the obtaining of accreditation and pleases the puph and dirlo! Pathetic behavior or intensive practice of the hypocritical oath?

Very bad experience.

Very bad experience.
I was brought on an emergency Friday night I waited three hours in critical condition and very painful I was forbidden to have company when I begged them.
When I asked where was the consultation to get an idea of when was going to be my turn: the nurses told me that they would learn but did not. The rooms where they get in the emergency room without giving any news and without allowing you to have a close by your side, it makes you completely claustrophobic and necessarily not very friendly with the staff.

The psychiatrist is adorable and takes time with patients but some nurses look down on you.

I was going to forget: cleanliness is not their thing.
When you have to pass urine tests in the toilet it really does not look like: a horrible smell that makes the whole room soaked, the floor is dirty, no toilet paper. We are still in a hospital.

Abominable staff, I do not understand the previous comments. They are so jaded, and tired of their job, which I understand, that they put everyone in the same bag. I felt like a pauper ... where the other hospitals, for a renal colic, relieves you when you arrive. In Saint-Antoine, I had to test myself first. While I was suffering martyrdom, to finally give me the drugs requested after an hour and a half. I strongly advise ... the oath of Hippocrates is worthless ...
