Pitiful. A doctor asked me for 150 euros to be hospitalized in internal medicine. There are two services. I was in an unhealthy and dirty room. In the end, I spent a week without any examination and a nosocomial infection as a bonus. To flee

The reception staff are cold and nasty! All they can say is "I don't know". Finally, 4 hours of waiting with an ear infection (so a good pain) and I did not see any doctor. Thanks to this deplorable service.

This is a hospital, obviously the conditions are not perfect. In the emergency room, they do their best to manage arrivals, lighten the mood, do not you wait too long despite the lack of staff. The reception is not always pleasant, but that's understandable ... Good luck to all and thank you for what you do

The psychiatrist responsible for the psychiatric service of emergencies a Franco Magrebine or Magrebine whose name I forgot was very unpleasant, obnoxious, cold and hard in his way of speaking two three years ago ... and qd to Dr THOMIN less than a month ago despite my delay or I tried to warn of 30 min he decreed that I was too late and that he could not take me but he was rude and my reproach this delay by saying that it is not the first that I hit him when I am not apologized each time and I justify my delays which are two or three because of transport or other but apparently it think that I do it on purpose and that I am talking about the spiel ... in short I felt frustrated and humiliated because he reproached me in front of all the other patients here it is tt I find that it is disrespectful and that it is severely lacking in tact here ctt ...

My doctor prescribed me a prescription. The treatment did not improve my situation, an emergency doctor came to my home and made me take an ambulance to St-Antoine. Arrived at 13h I passed the exam at 18:30 despite terrible pain and there ... I was sent home because I had not taken all the prescriptions of the doctor ... Thank you the hospital St. Antoine. I am obliged to put a star to publish whereas I would like to put in a LESS ONE!

Following the request of my dentist to guide me in stomatology to extract a wisdom tooth that was suffering, I was lucky to have a meeting with Dr. Villiers, 15 days later.
My radio in hand on the day of the consultation, Dr. Villiers tells me that there is nothing at the level of the wisdom tooth. I ask him why am I so bad and that my dentist confirms that I must extract. He tells me that if I want to extract but there is nothing.
I'm listening to the professional.
And leave with my wisdom tooth and my pains.
So I go back to see my dentist who tells me "must change creamery, if he sees anything on the radio."
What I did and ended up finding a stomatologist 10 days later (not evident in July-August), which extracted me my wisdom tooth.
I had been told that Dr. Villiers was very competent.
Go understand ...
From one eye to the other the interpretation of a panoramic dental radio is not the same.

I got on the phone wanting to ask a hospital for information a man who was very rude and who spoke to me very badly cold and unpleasant reception, limit he was looking for an argument. To flee!!!

I fell on the sidewalk on our second day of vacation in Paris. The emergency team at St Antoine were on the case. There is a rock star admissions nurse that fluently spoke English with an all-American accent. No long wait like we are used to in American emergency rooms. We should have a health system this good. Bon chance!

Brought for a broken ribs that they failed to see. Fortunately my doctor is more professional and showed me that there was a double fracture on the 5th and 6th ribs. Have not made a rib grill so no certainty on a pneumothorax. Let me remove the stickers holding the diodes (imagine how much each movement with two broken dimensions hurts). Didn't prescribe a versatileis patch to reduce the horrible pain. In addition I told the young doctor three times that I had emphysema but she forgot, which led to an error in her judgment. In short, this hosto is a disaster. Everyone is certainly friendly but we would prefer that they be competent. Finally, at the radiology center 88, the radios revealed a pneumothorax. Shame on this hospital and its staff.

I had a severe stomach pain, due to food toxic. I was taken to this hospital by an ambulance and what a horror... it was the worst hospital I have ever been to. Dirty (is it really hospital???) and they don't do any check up. They just gave me some pain killer prescriptions!

Excellent hospital! Impeccable emergency service and very comforting staff close to their patients. The same goes for the ambulatory service! Courage to all the staff, it's not an easy job and you manage it very well! Thanks again for this operation of my broken hand!

Arrived at the emergency, the reception is professional.
The care taken by the nurses for a first diagnosis for orientation in good service was impeccable and very human.
The contact with the doctors who did my anesthesia and my care is exemplary!
Respect for the individual, the explanations and the balance sheet to ensure that my fall did not cause other "damage" worthy of an American series.
Gentlemen, Ladies thank you!

Interminable waiting (12 hours waiting to be operated) I felt abandoned, complete disorganization of the staff that is by the way is reclusive, they chat together more than they work. Hospital to avoid.

Requirement to provide a piece of identification to the appointment e-mail,
is it legal? I do not think so!
what proof of data security? any!
Not to mention the fact that you are redirected to a voice server to discover the appointment procedure!
The level of dehumanization of services is desperate.

Nurses adorable emergency But I came across a cold and obnoxious doctor D. N. and I had to fight for her to prescribe a pair of crutches because I could not walk. Three days later, I leave the MRI, we will have to operate my knee because ligament fracture but according to her "Go ahead Madam, walk, and good day". I went out jumping on one leg of emergencies. She is an incompetent intern.

Hospital a little, a lot old-fashioned. I went this morning 21/06/19, on the 2nd floor of the clock building, yellow area, 1st floor. Congratulations to all the caring staff, from the youngest to the doctor for their kindness
And their competence

If I could put zero in the orthopedic department, ...

If I could put zero in the orthopedic department, I would do it.
My mother, 97 years old, broken femur, blind. Caregivers, odious, never come when you ring. Result: my mother asks for a blanket because her window has remained open and the door of her room too, she is cold, nobody will have moved all night. She gets sick, coughs like an unhappy girl for several days without anyone looking into the matter. Other night she is very thirsty and is still not treated for her cough, rings, nobody comes. She had to drink her mini flasks of saline to hydrate herself. Nobody to take her to the bathroom, so I'm taking care of it even though she has several infusions. And there, nobody to clean it and no toilet paper, in short a horror! Only a caregiver came to help me once. The list is not finished but it would be too long.
In short, unless you want to quickly end your day, never set foot in this service.
My mother was transferred to internal medicine and everything was perfect.

Do not go to the emergency room. We arrived at 2:00 p.m. and my 85-year-old father had his room at 2:45 a.m. A SHAME ... incompetent staff both in the emergency room and in the INFECTIOUS department.
My father had no care for his legs because he has a venous problem. The doctor told him to do the care himself. My father arrived on Saturday and I took him out on Wednesday. In 3 and a half days an aggravation of his legs. He is at risk of sepsis. TO EMERGENCIES IN BESTIALS IN A BOX THAT IS HOW IT WAS CONSIDERED.
I HAVE SET A STAR BECAUSE NOT CHOOSING OTHERWISE IT IS ZERO QUADRUPLES.

A disaster, I arrived at 19h, it is 23h06 and it is still not busy with me. Unacceptable. I have the feeling that they do not do anything other than moving stretchers ... I have a 7 month old baby that I'm breastfeeding, I told them about it, it does not change anything. My baby is forced to wait

These five stars are foremost for the staff. The hospital is really aging, the staff is clearly understaffed (thank you for the state of the job cuts, and especially continued with bonus management ... it's very smart!) And especially despite the difficulties, the staff is really competent and human who is rare! Good luck to the staff and did not let go!

FREE STI screening center which gives PAID exams without warning patients and then sends them the invoice. When I was screened, however, I asked if the exams were free and I was told "yes it's free. You may receive an invoice but do not pay it. It is an administrative error that can happen. I now owe 82 euros to the public treasury thanks to this false advertising.
The quality of the nursing staff remains very good despite everything.

hospital to avoid urgently because yesterday I took my mother aged 80 for an intestinal obstruction she waited more than 8 hours for a doctor to see (and if I had not reported it comes in emergency by are treating doctor who made a letter to the hospital for reported are state and moreover she was taken away by an ambulance she would have stayed even longer) these really a shame for this establishment

A disaster ! My brother arrived at midnight in the emergency room, accompanied by the firefighters. 3 hours of waiting for the diagnosis of a cardiac arrest therefore late since the reading of the 1st electrocardiogram badly interpreted at 00:20. St Antoine is not equipped to do a coronarography.
He had his Coro at 6:30 am or 6 hours after entering the hospital for a vital emergency transported to pity so care which cost him enormously and weakened his heart.

Public hospital, so suffering from current economic problems (say it like that), but who succeeds, by the quality of the majority of the personnel which works there, to provide you the care and the surgery which you need.
Very good surgeons, especially in the "digestive" service (7th floor).
Some small improvements (squeaky toilet door, heat from some radiators, infusion rack that rolls badly, average meal trays) can still be made.
But many other points are well thought out which does not spoil the hospitalization.

2 months for my mother following leukemia in a positive pressure room. Very heavy chemo and a golden stafillococcus caught despite all the precautions .. despite all the care is very monitored, and despite a staff visibly undermined for a recurrent understaffing, my mother was always the subject of a good follow-up and very human attention.

I went in circles for weeks in several hospitals and at 2 dentists for a dental emergency. The first preoperative appointment could only be done in ... more than 2 months. Or even three months. For a simple appointment before the operation. Insomnia, pain etc. And taking antibiotics for weeks in the hope of being operated on in an emergency ...
To Saint Anthony. They operated on me in less than 24 hours. With a golden secretariat, two super surgeons who supported me (fed up and endless pain ...). A warm team. And finally a service manager who did his best to make it happen in the best conditions.
What else?
I go out. The tooth pulled out, the heart light.
Thank you

2 stars !!! No more and no less ... 5 stars for my surgeon! But the nursing service, really leaves something to be desired !! I wish you not to suffer or be in a position of inferiority because they take people high, and have no desire to help clients (patients) ... whenever I asked of help..30 min minimum waiting to pee, or for painkillers etc ... in short ... the service is really a review by the RH !!! BUT SURGIAN TOP !! !

It's serious and sad at the same time, people who suffer in a room and who wait for hours, and next to the staff who talk about holidays, gossip and rumors
My stepfather is a doctor, he comes home with fever sometimes because he struggles excessively for this noble profession.

FYI: THEY DON'T TREAT KIDS HERE. My daughter fell and injured her arm rollerblading nearby -- we brought her here.

They were GREAT about speaking english, they saw her really quickly, took vitals, and a doc came and assessed whether it was serious and whether she needed x-rays.

He said he thought she'd be OK, and that they don't formally treat kids... so he gave me the address of Hospital 'Enfants A Trousseau which is nearby.

If you have kids -- pick one of the other places!

I am so sad to say this is by far the worst hospital that I've had the misfortune to experience as a patient. I could list many significant errors during my week long stay , but the most concerning and traumatizing is after a abdominal surgery they forgot to write a prescription for pain medication and told me to take my own Codeine. This is illegal!!!! After this terrible incident the nurse gave me morphine. I could have died.

Dr. Parc is by far a tyrant who needs to be out of medical practice. I sincerely hope you look elsewhere for your medical needs. This place is a broken mess!

People in the service are not mean, but what are they poorly organized and what are they working slowly! They drag their feet when we wait for 7 hours because of their inability. This place is a shame, sorry to have set foot there - never again!

In summary: if you do not speak French, or a tempo...

In summary: if you do not speak French, or a temporary social security number, it doesn't matter whether you have a legal situation you will NEVER pass as long as there are people next to you you will NEVER pass! Each person, NO MATTER THE SERIOUSNESS OF THE SITUATION, arriving at the reception will come before you even if wait for three hours

I hate to complain and disturb in general, but above all I hate being taken for a jerk. So I will become the space of a comment the one you hate: the one who complains thinking that he is the only one in this situation, you know him well! in the bus, metro, a client, in your family in your hierarchy ... the same one. But I hope you avoid this hospital, it has 3 around quite close.

My girlfriend was in apparent trouble and the drugs that had been prescribed to her before had no effect. A crisis arises and I urgently go there.

We waited 3 hours and 3 waves (10 people) of patient who had come after us.
We are first told that we will be next (5 others will come after), then I ask another person from the service ... who answers us with a masterful silence and finally my favorite, the one who tells us that people who pass before us pass because they all have .... a heart attack ..... 10 people .... some come for a sprained leg or a cast to be redone.

Finally, when my girlfriend's pain ends up waking them from their torpor, the doctor comes to ... make us wait in the consultation room. we went to another hospital after that.

We are like everyone else, pay for hospitals, and I donate blood on a voluntary basis (which I will continue to do). If I can not judge your medical know-how, in any case your initial diagnosis and your queue management are up to ...

Good luck if you go there

Arrived at night emergency for a chin sore due to discomfort, the night team just on top !! smiling, comforting in short everything that a worried patient needs, on the other hand leaving the hospital without info for the rest; knowing that I warned that I was going on vacation in 1 week, I find myself having to go see a doctor to have a prescription to remove my sutures on vacation, they are neither able to give a prescription to remove them nor even to warn the patient, yes at St. Antoine hospital you have to guess;)

there are certainly services or the staff is benevolent (I do not know, I did not do them all and thankfully) but if you fall, like me, on an intern (fanny lecarron in neuro) with his girlfriends clique ( since there are no more doctors) intrusive, authoritarian / pretentious and malevolent, your stay is grid !!

I frequent this Hospital regularly, the lobby is often in a state not famous, the toilets are used by people who are only passing between two subway stops, the staff is not communicative and we could count on the fingers of a those who are listening to us and ready to do their job. As for its cafeteria, in addition to selling very expensive frozen food, the staff allows itself to be unpleasant.

Very good emergency service

Very good emergency service
The nurses are attentive and very professional (special dedication to Gabrielle S., if you pass by, thank you for what you did for me)
Despite the lack of time and resources (like everywhere at the AP HP) I recommend this hospital and the medical and paramedical staff.

The nurses' bad faith at the polyclinic is truly incredible. I call to make an appointment with a general practitioner, I am told that it is impossible and that we must come in the morning to then make an appointment for the aprem. I kindly tell them that before it was not like that and the nurse persists in saying that it was never possible whereas a few years ago I always made an appointment on the phone for the short after all
