I made an online appointment on the CHU Brugmann website, to have skin tags removed, as I do every year or every 2 years depending on their propagations. This is done almost without anesthesia in what they call "The operating room" but which is nothing other than the "reclining" chair identical to the one you find when you go to any doctor.

So I have just been contacted by the RDU department of CHU Brugmann who tells me that since I have not been since 2014 (according to them) I must first go through a standard appointment before I can go in "operating room". I kindly reply that it is completely ridiculous, that I come every year to Doctor Patricia Van Durme without having to go through the "normal" office for a consultation.

She did not want to know anything and told me that she did not have access anyway to be able to book the "operating room" directly. How would she have done if I had come last year?

I tried to explain to her that I live in Flanders, that I work in Zaventem and that I have always come to the same doctor for years, but she did not want to hear anything.

I went there for pains in the heart they repacked me saying that I was too young to have diseases (well, there is an age for that brief) and telling me to take a dafalgan ???? ? Nephrology service: treated for renal failure since 1994 with kidney transplant in Erasme on April 8, 2015.
