Worst security company to work for. Zero respect for their employees. Sometimes no work for months. Minimum wage on majority of sites. Avoid at all cost.

One of the worst experiences of my life. If the owner spent less time in the pub and more time looking after his staff it would help. Huge turnover of staff said it all. They use people and dump them without any care or loyalty... speak up and your out of the door. I was made to work 12 hours in the ops room without a break. It was illegal and frightening. Don't use or employ. Google now gives people i.e. victims the voice needed.

I am always thanks to H&M , my work experience with H&M absolutely great, my best wishes for H&M

Very good company. I'd say in the top 5 companies in the country. Heck, maybe even the world!
That Iain Henderson is also a thoroughly decent bloke, it has to be said.

Worked there for 5 and half month and then they kicked me out for absolutely no reason I will be taking legal action due to their poor quality staff in HR. I will do what I can to get their license cancelled because they didn t just do that to me but other staff as well. Please don t join their team absolutely Wast of time.

Join this company if you would like to be treated like sc-um.

They are great liars! They do not respect the contract to offer you 40h/week, every day you work in different places, all the time in training and all the time you wait an email from the manager , until late in the night, with the hope you will work next day. In the last 3 weeks I worked just 2 days!
Because the manager don t know were he send you, he put the man in an easy position and the woman were is very hard .
Run away from this company who is in partnership with Interserve!

This security company is a total mess , their managers and staff they dont respect their security officer , and they have only people they know like relatives , or friends in higher pozitions. Is the worst experience I had as a security officer , I have been working or them for over 1 year and nothing has changhed . Totaly unproffesional , one of the guys from control named Raza was even swearing at me when I called him after 12 Hours shift to tell me why the other security who suppose to replace me was late . I report to the managers , no actios have been taked . U imagine what kind of people u are going to work with and who u sign up with.

Lack of communication. Sites closed without notice and they terminate appointment without notice as well. Poor rates. Bad management

I d give this company a 0 if I could. Conceated arrogant owner who was alway drunk criticising his staff constantly. Sacking anyone who questioned him. Head office was the most miserable place I have ever worked moral was a total downer. Bullying thugs and highest turnover I have ever seen in my life.
