If I could go into the negatives on this, I would.

When you go to call your tax guy at 3:15 on TAX DAY to make sure your taxes were filed...
...and the office is CLOSED.

So you email your contact - "Out of the office until April 22"

WHAT THE FUDGESICLE.

It was not worth the money for this group to have done it. I am blown away by the incorrect expectations that were set, the needs not considered at all, overall lack of service, incorrect "estimate" (charged me 2.2x their quote), lack of communication and overall handling of my taxes. I feel duped and will never be doing business here again.

By the way, my info was in their hands before Feb 20th. All of my documents signed by me last week (I had been traveling and unable to have them reviewed until then, hence why I had everything in so early).

As of 830pm on tax day - No confirmation. No follow up. NOTHING.

If I did this to my clients, I would be out of business.

Shame on you for charging this much for your terrible service.

We have used Soukup, Bush & Associates for about 7 years - both for our business and personal returns. We have always been treated with absolute professionalism and genuine concern. Answers to any questions we might have are always very prompt; personal consultation requested by us is always quickly scheduled. I would definitely recommend this business for your tax needs.

I f i could give less than one star I would. I received a bound valuation report that was 22 pages long and essentially without content. There were 2 pages with exhibits that showed numbers. The valuation cited 8 exhibits with exhibits 3-8 not available in the valuation. I assume this may be where the missing content (itemization and derivation of the numbers that were in exhibits 1 and 2) might be located...but can't say. VERY DISAPPOINTING!

GREAT Customer Service! I've used the accounting services of Dan Soukup and team for 7 years now. I trust them with both my personal as well as my business taxes and book keeping. He is always available for questions, and I feel they've always been fair with me on what they charge.

Scott Bush, Nathan Bush and the team at Soukup, Bush and Associates are absolute professionals in their field. I was with a smaller, "cheaper" CPA prior to working with SB&A, and I got what I paid for. When I moved my business over, SB&A found numerous mistakes, and got my taxes and accounting back on track. The best thing they provided, was peace of mind that I'm compliant in a tax world that is confusing at best! Thanks to Scott Bush and Nathan Bush for taking excellent care of my business and personal accounting needs! Oh and of course, can't forget the wonderful ladies at the front desk, they're always a pleasure to deal with!
