Absolutely the greatest service I ve ever had. The salesman, Ruben Hupp, assisted me wonderfully and made sure I got put in the right car for me. I couldn t be happier with my purchase and H&H Chevrolet. Thanks Ruben.

The problem is with these guys that they're salesm...

The problem is with these guys that they're salesman's are very pushy they'll put you in a room and leave you there for about 40 minutes by yourself just so they can do whatever they want to do it seems like and their heads are big or they think they know it all and then at the end of it instead of selling you a car at budget price or at sell price like Kelley Blue Book they don't they'll sell you it Highmark because they did a tiny itty bitty thing to the car and if you're buying a used car it's usually going to fudge up within 2 weeks and if you're buying a vehicle that already has a hundred thousand miles on it it's sold as is there's no 30-day warranty on it and Iowa and Nebraska there is but an Iowa there is not

The service department does an awesome job. However it seems that the car wash is broken on a regular basis. They are excellent at the work they preform so I enjoy the small benefit that comes with the service.

The entire process went very well. Terry Murkins was very professional and helpful. Terry nor any of the H&H staff put any pressure on us...we had an excellent experience with Terry and the H&H team. I would definitely recommend H&H to friends/family.

I want to start by saying that I've been going to ...

I want to start by saying that I've been going to H&H for the last 8 years, and have had mostly good experiences. I also think that was due to one of the employees that helped me every time, Doug Banks. Doug is fantastic, although he has transferred to another location.

I called to schedule an oil change and also noted that my left rear tire pressure sensor was reading at 1. I also informed the service tech that on my way there my left front tire pressure sensor would not give a reading, and that I would like both of those fixed along with the oil change. I waited an hour and a half and upon check out found out that nothing had been done about my tire pressure sensors. I did not bring this up with the service tech, as the man checking me out was different than the one that helped me upon my arrival. Also, needing to get back to work as I thought the oil change would only take an hour tops since I had a scheduled appointment, I left without further discussing the tire pressure sensors.

On my drive home I realized that now NONE of tire pressure sensors were reading. I waited until I was back at work and could restart my car, because sometimes that's all it takes for those to reset. When none of the sensors will reading after restarting, I called the service department and explained what had happened. She asked if I could bring it right back in, but I wasn't able to. I asked for the earliest appointment in the morning, which is when they open at 7. I inquired about how long it would take and she said she didn't know and did not offer to find out.

I brought my car back this morning and waited TWO AND A HALF HOURS for two tire sensors to be replaced, which cost me $270 for parts and labor. Mind you, when I brought my car in the day before, 3/4 of the sensors were reading the pressure.

I expected to be offered at least a discount or a free oil change for the future since I had to make a second trip back to have something done I had requested be completed at my first scheduled appointment. On top of that, waiting an additional 2.5 hours is ridiculous. Needless to say, I will not be returning to H&H. Bring back Doug Banks.

Sold us a car with hail damage. We caught it after winter and they did fix it. They had no clue it had hail damage. John the manager was great and fixed the issue.

Would be 5 stars, just wished they caught it sooner.

This is our third time buying a vehicle from H and H and they been great each time. Always patient with our decisions making. Our salesman Casey Polacek was awesome. He took care of us like we were his own family and didn t rush us even when being difficult. Would definitely recommend Casey and the team over at H and H.

I needed an oil change ASAP, and Casey was extremely accommodating and helpful. I even forgot my apartment key in my car, and she allowed me to come back and grab it! The texting option was very convenient for me as well! Mr. Beethe checked me out and was very courteous, given we found out we were from the same area in Nebraska. I will definitely be coming back!

The entire team at H & H Chevrolet made the entire process of purchasing a new vehicle a breeze. From finding us the exact vehicle with all of the bells and whistles we asked for to the sales person, Pat, who remained flexible by accommodating our family's schedule to ensure we were extremely satisfied with our purchase. The care we received from start to finish has been incredible and we continue to receive 5 star treatment. Most recently, when visiting the dealership the service team was attentive and friendly when I dropped off our suburban for a few cosmetic touch ups. The tint work they did turned out great. If you are looking for a dealership that offers a quality vehicle and prompt service to meet your needs, be sure to visit the H & H team at 84th and L!

Everyone I encountered ( Ronell, Doug and the gentleman in the loaner office) was polite and professional! I was pleasantly surprised, and loved the fact that I didn't have to worry about getting a loaner. I will from here on only use H&H for my servicing needs.

salesman and finance manager were very pushy - tried pushing me to sign on a used 2012 Cruze instantly with a very high price. Left and found a much better deal down the street - when H&H called me back I advised them of the other offer for the same vehicle better package.. The salesman John N. only countered by asking me to come in and work it out. He emailed the next day and advised the same thing and I informed him politely that I would be pleased to come in but he knows the other offer and I would need him to promise a better deal and I would sign the papers that night. He waited 24 hours and responded by informing me he wasn't here to play "games" and go back and forth and told me to have a nice day.. that morning I walked out of Henry Chevrolet with the same car less miles and $2000 less. I have documented the emails and would be happy to show them upon request.

Amazing work all of them. John and Tyler did and excellent job working with me. I was out of state the entire time setting everything up and getting all the financial details done. They were able to break it down over the phone and get everything done that needed to be done so when I finally flew in it was a quick and simple walk in sign a few pieces of paper and walk out with my new truck! 10/10 would recommend to friends and family!

The staff and more specifically Nick at H&H couldn t have been more helpful in finding the perfect vehicle for me and my family. They weren t the pressure to buy type sales people but the lets spend the time and energy finding what fits your needs and budget . Grateful to H&H Chevrolet!!

Terrible customer service and even worse managemen...

Terrible customer service and even worse management follow up. My wife and I had the worst service experience and I have called and left messages for the service manager, location manager, GM, and president with zero calls back. You can really judge a companies core values and integrity by how you re treated after a sale/etc. I will never buy another Chevy from H&H and definitely will not get any service completed there anymore. I will also tell all my friends and family about my experience so they do not have to go through what I experienced as well.

Tires did not get reset to correct location after tire rotation. Engine Oil Life Monitor did not get reset after service. All our setting on Radio were messed with. Clothes we had hanging in the back were on the floor. Wasnt very impressed with the care taken to complete the service and take care of our vehicle.

I was told, 'We can update the software, but if we don't see a problem there's nothing we can do' with a nonchalant tone. When I came back to pick up my car I was told, 'the service tech took it out for and drive and couldn't replicate your issues, so there's nothing more we can do'. How can you expect customers to continue service with H&H when all it takes for car issues to be dismissed is a test drive? I informed the service techs the issue does not occur each drive, but it happens often enough for it to be a problem. I guess that's not important.....

Came in to H and H because my 18 year old gmc was on its last legs. The service department took great care of my truck, but I decided it was time for something different. Traded it and left the lot in a shiny 2011 Silverado. Thanks especially to Melissa and Hakim for helping me find the truck I needed with no pressure and for helping me get my old toolbox onto the new truck. 10/10 Best car buying experience I ve had, I ll be sending other folks your way!

I would recommend H and H to anyone looking for a good quality car. They seem to know what there doing when it comes to honesty. We purchased a Chevy equinox and appreciated the time H and H took to explain the certification of it being a good quality car. I would also recommend talking to Kevin Purcell. His knowledge of the inventory available is exceptional and he is very helpful in trying to help you find what your looking for. He ll go that extra mile for any of his customers.

I've been working with Amed to get my new Colorado...

I've been working with Amed to get my new Colorado. Very patient and hard working gentleman. Even came on his day off to show the vehicle to my wife after I already stopped by myself to check it out. Is been a really pleasant experience with H&H thanks to Amed. I will definitely recommend Amed and H&H. Oh yes I am now the owner of a brand new Z71 CHEVY COLORADO MIDNIGHT EDITION :-) . my service rep. is Shane Ewell and he is fantastic. Always seems to have my back and goes the extra mile. Keep that guy around! what I don"t understand are some of the warranty policies. i have the best used truck warranty you offer yet a taillight and harness will cost me $490.00 to replace on a 6yr old vehicle? That sounds a little stiff but all and all great dealership

All I got was insults about my trade in and a snarky comment from the sales guy after he got mad that I didn t agree to the deal he was trying to offer me.

Quick, great car buying experience. I came in after work and knowing that it was the end of the day, the sales team made the process go quickly. Matt Ancona (sales) was great to work with and followed up and made sure that I was happy with my purchase even after I left the dealership. All teams were great to work with and made it an positive experience. I have bought two cars from there and they have always treated me and my vehicles great. Would recommend highly to anyone looking for a Chevrolet to shop here. I will definitely be going back for my future purchases.

I came in to have a chip repaired on my windshield and decided to order new floor liners. I made the call to the parts department the day before and they said they would order them for me the next day. I dropped off my SUV with the service department to have the chip repaired and had mentioned that I would be picking up new floor liners as well that day. The service department said the would have them brought to the service area so i did not have to make 2 stops. When I returned to pick up my vehicle the floor liners had not arrived (no big deal to me). I picked them up a few days later and was charged an installation fee for doing 50% of the work. I took out two of the old mats and installed two of the new liners. I could maybe understand paying for an installation fee had they taken my car and vacuumed it out and not installed it over all the old gravel/dirt/etc. Looking at the parts department it should have cost me $280 prior to taxes just to pick them up. I was charge nearly $500. I feel I got worked over by the service department and if this is how you do business at H&H chevy I will no longer be using your services and will leave reviews with websites like the BBB.

Update - 03/28/2016 just purchased another car from H&H Chevy --------
I just leased a 2016 Chevy Traverse LTZ from H&H Chevy. John Schultz was the salesman that worked with me from beginning to end. I stopped in on a Thursday after work and headed home that same day in my new vehicle. John listened to what I wanted in a vehicle, took the time to go over the new features in the vehicle which I didn't have in my previous vehicle. Financing was a breeze. When it was time to go, they filled me up with a full tank of gas! John did notice a spot on one of the floorboards that they didn't get when detailing it prior to going home and set it up for me to come back to have the vehicle detailed again. Seriously I didn't notice it but he did and wanted it re-detailed! I highly recommend H&H Chevy for the purchase of any new or used vehicle. Honesty, great service & prices is what brought me back again to H&H Chevy for a new car purchase!

September 2014 - I appreciate the time that Matt N. has taken with us. I have two vehicles we were trading it so it took more time to get them in; I don't have the best credit so was unsure if I could be financed. Matt was able to quickly find the right vehicle for me. I am currently just waiting for a call to drop off my last trade in vehicle and pick up my new Equinox.

found out that the blower motor went out causing the heater not to work. It was -5 on Tuesday morning and frost on the window couldn't see so had it towed to H&H where they put a new one in and it works fine. Good job done. Thanks!

Unfortunately my experience at H&H wasn't nearly as good as most. I am looking for a car to replace my daughters 2017 Hyundai Sonata. I like the Hyundai's for their warranty and no issues with couple we have owned. Maybe it's because I didn't change my clothes to something nicer, but I was greeted by Adam and that is where things went south. I'm in sales as well and know you should listen to someone and never make assumptions. Adam made that mistake. He was sarcastic with me in that I knew far more about the car I was looking at then he did. He literally knew nothing about his own inventory. He didn't know the pricing and told me one of the 2 cars was $1,250 more than what it was on the H&H website. I have been looking at these 2 cars online for 2 weeks and he said it was because his app hadn't updated, and followed that by more sarcasm towards me. I told them I wanted their best pricing and would be writing a check and had the title to my daughters car with me. I had just been to Woodhouse Hyundai and the sales rep there did exactly what I asked. He knew his product and came back with their best price. H&H on a vehicle that was listed for $1,500 less than the Woodhouse one came back at $875 more than the Woodhouse pricing. I told them of the car at Woodhouse and the manager said he would need to see if that one was still available. I told him I had just come from there and thanked him for his time. This is when Adam told me to "have a great day bro". My daughter asked me what was that guys deal and I could only say Adam is just a bad sales guy. Doesn't know anything about his products and made very poor assumptions based on how someone looked. If you are going to look at a used car - I guess you should dress up to be taken seriously at H&H.

John really went above and beyond to make sure all our needs were met, including bringing our newly purchased truck to our house for us. We would recommend him to friends and family!

Honestly there are great workers at the repair sho...

Honestly there are great workers at the repair shop and other places here. It makes me want to give more stars, however my last visit there was not an easy one. One of the workers failure to communicate and then talked condensendingly to making the entire experience horrible. On top of that I have suspiciouns that my car was tampered with will in there care. I have good reason to believe this but lack evidence to support my beliefs. I would like to note that I did talk to Don about what happened and my concerns about them possibly doing things to my car and he said they would never do that and he hasn't had people that complain to him about that but after reading alot of reviews I can say that is a lie.
UPDATE: I filed a complaint with the BBB the first complaint was dismissed however I really do believe that something was wrong and I still feel like someone was taking advantage of me. However someone in H&H has actually taken steps to amend the situation. This brings me hope for further dealings with them.

I would just like to say that I'm a happy customer. Since I have been with H&H Chevrolet, the service department has done a great job on servicing issues that i have had with my car. I would like to Thank Brian Gillett, for going above and beyond to get the job done! GRACIAS...Best experience of my lifetime. Since my vehicle was pick up to the end of the Service. Mr Don,Service Manager and his team at H&H Chevrolet they went "ABOUT AND BEYOND" to take me., And of course Brian my Service Advisor was the most amazing guy. Keep me posted with Video status.! That's awesome. I'm William and I drive the 2018 Chevy Cruze.! 10/10
