my service rep. is Shane Ewell and he is fantastic. Always seems to have my back and goes the extra mile. Keep that guy around! what I don"t understand are some of the warranty policies. i have the best used truck warranty you offer yet a taillight and harness will cost me $490.00 to replace on a 6yr old vehicle? That sounds a little stiff but all and all great dealership
