I have been taking my child to Gymboree Play & Music of Tribeca for several months now, and I'm extremely happy with the experience. The classes are well-structured and the instructors are very professional. My child has gained valuable skills and has a great time every session.

I m not taking my children back here, the staff is incompetent, especially Sara, and downstairs in the gym they wouldn t let you walk barefoot which I think was very rude!!! In addition, the children have been members for years and yet they still try to overcharge!!
I wanted one class, but was told to sign up for an introductory class because it was cheaper. The class was all ages, music & movement class. Seemed overcrowded, instructor was unorganized. Was charged today for a reoccurring payment, called and the receptionist Sarah was unable to confirm a refund even though I m cancelling on the day of re-billing. The owner has denied my refund, even though I ve explained I don t live in NYC and did not attend any other class in the month due to not liking it. It just sucks that people don t care for customer service and experience and just want your money.
Great space for toddlers to exercise and engage in fun classes. Very friendly and welcoming staff. Highly recommend it!
Tribeca Gymboree has been a meaningful environment to my infants growth and development. The teachers are nurturing and talented and the activities are always developmentally appropriate and most importantly fun. My child lights up when he enter this space which has me excited to join class every time!
