I wanted one class, but was told to sign up for an introductory class because it was cheaper. The class was all ages, music & movement class. Seemed overcrowded, instructor was unorganized. Was charged today for a reoccurring payment, called and the receptionist Sarah was unable to confirm a refund even though I m cancelling on the day of re-billing. The owner has denied my refund, even though I ve explained I don t live in NYC and did not attend any other class in the month due to not liking it. It just sucks that people don t care for customer service and experience and just want your money.
