Chhatrapati Shivaji international airport have Best Architecture in all the airports i have visited so far
Interior is Excellent.

One of d busiest In India. Flights stand in a que for take off.

The busy airport needs to be modernized with added space and facilities.
Might have the best of the kind during its establishment.. now comparing with Bangalore or Delhi it is high time to be renovated.

*Delayed traffic is minimum and baggage management is fine.
* Supportive staff, shopping facilities, foodings..

I have one suggestion, please fill the gap between two chair in passanger sitting area. Because i was saw one child leg traped in this gap... And its difficult to move out.. So please take some action.

The best airport in the world! Have visited JFK, LHR & Dubai Airport but this airport is much better than the others. Amazing interiors. The only drawback is that Mumbai metro is not directly connected to the airport.

In love with the infrastructure. GVK has done a great job. It's huge and the management is really nice. T2 is well developed engineered structure. Staff are really are the co-ordinators here. Atmosphere

P.S. - If any one has to wait here for really long time for their next connecting aircraft then they can easily have their good time here. Nice spot. And at last you can easily make traveling partners then and there only.

Fast transfer between international and domestic terminal

I always Visit The Beer Cafe on the Top. Its truly amazing. Its developing at a very rapid rate. New Runways. New buildings. Superb.

One of the biggest and busiest airports in India. Not good for an international connection flight, because u must collect the baggage from the international terminal and carry to the domestic terminal. It's confusing for who travels for the first time. The cabin crew also didn't inform this. And I didn't find any staff to ask about this.

One of the best airports of India I am not travel here but I am studying lot of things about there on net and know from my friends papa and many more waiting for travelling there s I am so excited

I recently visited Mumbai and had been to this airport. The structure, connectivity and security is very good, but did not meet the expectations in terms of hygiene and cleanliness. Being a notable airport, it should also concentrate more on cleaner toilets.(to be specific).

The air port is very nice.
But service staff seems to be lost. During transit they took my passport saying its needed for my transit luggage and took them more than an hour( had to yell) to get it back. I had to tell them they have no right to keep my passport.

This airport could be one of the best airports in the world. An amazing airport with many facilities for travelers. Especially the duty free is a fantastic place to shop with so many varieties and restaurants. Staff is very helpful and efficient. The airport is well-maintained. Also the ambience is comfortable.

Post renovation the airport is almost at part with international standards. Well organized and smooth flow of people. Security is also well managed.

Busiest of airports in India with more than 3000 flights each day. Excellent duty free stores and loyalty lounges. Easy transfers by cab, bus, taxi, auto and even metro (nearest station 1km - Airport Road). Located in the centre of city. Excellent options for food both inside as well as outside.

Superb airport. but some times services are slow. Need to take care of small and old passengers.

Clean and mantaince excellent. On arrival there is a long walk to immigration. The is pleasant as many historical sculptures paintings to see during the walk. Immigration has many counters and cleared easily. Lots of parking available . While departing the experience is equally pleasant. Delay during security check due to loitering of the officials was a small inconvenience. There are many restaurants and shops to occupy your time. The lounges are average though.

Travellers flying OUT OF MUMBAI, please make sure WHICH TERMINAL your flight departs from. There are 2 terminals in Mumbai.
It's a noise-free airport. Be alert for your flight.

This is one of the best airport in India. Very well maintained and neat and clean. I like the concept of taking taxis from the parking lot not like other airports with so many taxis standing just out of airport.

One of the 2 Best airports in India. Bombay CSIA is the world's busiest international airport with single runway operations. This airport facilitates connection of Mumbai and Pune metropolitan areas with the rest of the world.
Operating around 1000 flights a day, the Airport has 2 terminals.
T1: Low cost carriers (like IndiGo,etc) fly from this older, more boring terminal.

T2: This is the main terminal,from which all Int'l flights along with Indian full service carriers (like Air India) operate. It is beautifully designed. The Jaya He museum safari is a must do for any Flyer with time. (can be booked via the Airport website)

Traveling via T2 tends to be convenient, hassle free and a pleasant experience. Polite staff and all the world's food is available.

Well maintained post renovation, this airport has got some real good variety of food, I check into the airport an hour early, try the food in some of my favourite places.
Reaching the boarding gates are v.easy.

Much Better than what it used to be before but needs Alot more development to match the Status of Mumbai city

It is another beautiful airport after IGI airport, New Delhi. Definitely would like to explore the place in details as I missed the opportunity last time that actually was my first time there.

Mumbai International airport is at par with other famous international airports. Decor and ambience is awsum

It is biggest airport with outstanding infrastructure in India. It's design is very cool. I loved it very much.

Departure Gate will change at last minute regardless of what printed on boarding pass. AirPort management/ airlines changes departure gates anytime as they wish. Announcement systems are not there as it is a SILENT airport, also there is not any display system which shows departure and gate details at waiting area near gates, so that passengers will not get any notification regarding the gate change, while they wait at the gate printed on boarding pass. Airport Staff knows very well that few passengers who are already checked in ( with incorrect departure gate info printed in their boarding pass , ) are waiting near those wrong gates. But they will not make make any announcement near those gates and flight takes off from another gate , passenger will miss the flight. If you meet airport staff / airline staff after missing the flight they will act like , this is first ever such incident in the history of this airport and so it is only a mistake of passenger, even though many passengers miss flight daily at this airport since airport provides wrong information to passengers. Noticed that aged people complaining to airport staff to know the right gate as they are tired of walking between different gates

It is an amazing airport with top brands available for you to go on a duty free shipping. It was indeed a splendid experience while waiting for our flight . Children can enjoy playing games available in the tablets present here .Its a must visit

Departure gates are at 10th floor(P10). You can get there by elevators or escalators. Arrival gates are at 6th floor(P6).

Restrooms present at all floors beside elevators(Lifts).

This is world's one of the busiest airport. This airport is very beautiful and clean. The airport is quite big and all the time rush is there. There is lots of traffic on road. So you come very early so that you not miss the flight. There should be some underground road to be made traffic less.
But sad thing when you take off and you see outside ( slam area is surrounded the Airport then skyscrapers).

Very slow and unclear when transfering. Immigration takes ages, and flying domestic before or after international sucks monkeyballs. They sent me the wrong way 3 times, no clear indications, you have to go out and in again which cost me 1.5 hours and I barely made my flight thanks to some friendly people allowing me to cut in line. Security check process is a joke with a ridiculously slow and single pick up line for your stuff and both a manual and gated scan. 5 stars? No way

Terminal 2 is Swanky and chic. Jet Airways operates here . Taxi charges 200 to reach terminal 1 .

The airport is spacious. The artwork on the airport is meticulously crafted and pleasing to the eyes. It's always a good experience when ever i arrive in Mumbai.

It's one of the best airports that i have seen...My personal favourite for the amazing food court, extensive duty free shops and spectacular interiors.
