Excellent historical railway terminus. World heritage site. Must see place.

The airport seems to be shut over the middle of the day (i.e. 10-4) so if you are transferring and have a flight anywhere near 4 you need to spend the day in this bloody airport. I did that as I had a flight out at 7 and thought I didn't want to risk what I read online to be a potential 3 hour transition from domestic to international. It took all of 20 minutes, so I really should have gone for the 4pm fly in. The airport gives you 45 minutes of complimentary internet! It also doesn't have nearly enough chairs for all the passengers. I was booked for a first class Emirates flight and they wouldn't let me through to the lounge until a few hours before my flight, so spent the majority of the day sitting on the floor with no internet (waaaaaaaaaaaa). #firstworldproblems... The bloody signs everywhere telling you that it is the best airport in the world are the real killer, yeah it has nice shiny floor, cool architecture and the toilets aren't too gross, but it doesn't have chairs or internet!! The emirates first class lounge, or lounge they used wasn't that impressive either... The chairs were stained and service a bit average, no table service or anyone even ask me if I wanted a drink...

It is a beautiful airport located in the center of Mumbai city. It is the airport which runs nonstop days and nights. It is not affected by climatic conditions unlike other airports in the country. It is most busiest airports in India and also in the world. People from whole India and different parts of the world visit Mumbai via this airport only. This airport has been appreciated by every people. The new structure of this airport is inspired from feathers of peacock. The whole airport glows brightly in the evening denoting beauty of the bird and the Mumbai city. It also the cleanest airports of Mumbai with good, beautiful and strong structure. The pillars and the roofs are made that they gather attention of the visitors and travellers of not only locals but also foreigners from different parts of the world. Also as it is located near the sea shore of arabian sea it receives cool breezes around. One can visit the airport via different transport facilities. It is very close Andheri and Santa Cruz railway stations. BEST buses come near the terminals. Airport Road METRO station is also very close to the airport. It takes around 5 minutes to reach. Also it's a tourist place for the locals. Local people often visit the airport as they might get to see the celebrities of Bollywood and Cricket.

What i dont like about it is the fact that one needs to wait a long time to hire uber/ola.. easily takes 15 mins for then to reach and one needs to go to P7

Mumbai airport is excellent as usual the staff is super sweet and helpful and all the possible services can be accessed from there easily....hygiene and safety precautions is what i noticed as i landed there and they were totally up to the mark, every passenger was enquired about their stay in mumbai and been duly stamped accordingly for self quarantine for maintaining better condition during this pandemic in the city...airport fulfilling its duty very diligently...jai Maharashtra!!

One of the most esthetic airports I've seen compared to Hong Kong, Malaysia n Amsterdam... very well maintained.

Just pure noise. No discipline. Clumsy, horrible. Have to walk miles after getting out of flight. Everyone working here expect tips. Even in restrooms. AC dosent work properly. The security just is interested in cigarette lighters and nothing else. Overall, very disappointed.

Looking at the traffic and metro city, its very basic. Lot of scope of improvement (terminal 1).

The worst airport in the world disturbs new people everytime they do not have good relationship with their guest very rude staff immigration asks for date of birth very very rude people modi ji should start cleaning the airport first the the country because he comes and says in our country Make in India and invest in India what do we invest when the bloody airport has 90%rude people and some are not even sure of what work they are doing at the airport

Silent Airport...Terminal T2 is probably the most beautiful terminal in India, reflecting rich Indian culture every inch of it .... T2 alone has 40 gates in besides Domestic Terminal T1

Words aren't sufficient to describe the beauty of Terminal T2 of Chatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport of Mumbai. It is incredibly beautiful. Tastefully done with murals and artifacts cutting across different Indian and International styles and periods of history. It is a visual treat.

If you have the time or even if you are rushed, on one of your departures from this Terminal, spare your self an hour or more after security check to stroll to your departure gate and enjoy the aryifacts, murals and decorations. It will be a time well spent.

The airport is very neat and clean, kept spic and span. The handling staff is very efficient and courteous. There is a feeling of openess. A large mall area with a number of food outlets.

It will not be an exaggeration to say that if not the most beautiful airport in the world, it is definitely amongst the top five in term of sheer beauty.

One of the busiest airport of Asia and 2nd in India.There r two terminal.Terminal1&Terminal2. Make sure from which terminal u r flying. They r placed with 3kms apart.
There's a drop zone for departure and pick up zone for Arrivals.
Well equipped and silence airport . There is good food court near Gate no 25. It's on upstairs.different food under one roof type.

Good atmosphere but Maharashtra rule is worst why 14 days quantine if person is clear with medical council

Amazing airport. A huge improvement over the old one. Efficiency has improved by leaps and bounds. Cherry on the top is of-course the beautiful "Jaya Hey" art exhibition. Do take time out to visit the exhibition. A full 5 on 5 for the airport.

Amazing Infra - Superbly Made - But poorly planned. All confusing stuff for most people - No boards or signs to guide people. Useless waste of space and there are areas which are too crowded. Parking - taxi pickup points are a real pain - It will take you 30-40 mins to take an Uber/OLA and come out of the airport - Which is a real pity

This airport basically has 2 terminals, terminal 1 and terminal 2. Terminal 1 is used for domestic flights and terminal 2 mainly for international flights. Airport is very well maintained and is one of the best airports in the world. It is second most busiest airport in India after Delhi Airport. Domestic terminal is located in Santa Cruz area and international terminal in Ville Parle.

It's a very good airport though international terminal is fantastic but domestic is also good one with amenities!!

It is one of the biggest airport having many terminals and a huge building having the facitity to arrive, departure and transit terminals for change of flights for domestic as well as the international flights.The ambience is excellent and the cleanliness is very good.The food eatery is very expensive as compared to Delhi IGT terminal.

The new terminal is one of the best airports. Clean, beautiful and convenient with sign boards displayed properly. Lots of places to shop.
