Great Experience of Terminal 2 at CST. There are numerous attractions point in form of art galleries, crafts and more.The Security staff and others are also helpful. Infrastructure is very inspirational and creativity emerges out from the scenes and the main things which is food, so for that you have huge shops and varieties to choose from starbucks to kfc.

Pathetic experience at Mumbai airport. Never seen such airport and such kind of services....
No proper sitting arrangement, no sign boards, no display screen in waiting area.. washrooms are so dirty. Huge crowd at baggage drop area with only few counters running whereas other counters were closed. Very poorly managed.
This simply is the most architecturally beautiful airport I have ever seen. It covers a huge amount of area, and also features Indian artwork by the walls which you notice upon arrival into the airport. It has all services both within and outside the airport such as food stalls, coffee shops, a library and not to mention the duty free has some pretty nice products if you wish to get something for your travels. There are customer friendly help desks and a team always present at various points throughout the airport. There are self check in terminals too if you wish to make the process a whole lot faster. Shuttle service aids transportation from the the international to the domestic airport,as well as taxis and tricycle rides. The whole place is built to function on different floors. So you can imagine the amount of space inside the place. Rest assured to have all your luggage brought carefully to you in case of a missing bag. There are men always available to help you carry your bags and they do it with joy. All cannot be explained through words as it issimply too overwhelming to describe. It's one of the best airports in India.
One best airport in India. Probably the most busiest. Crowd management is the best part in Mumbai airport. Though its has only one terminal named T2. Terminal T1 is there in old airport located at Santa Cruz East. T2 is highly technologically advances and well equipped. Please like the review if you find it useful

Not a bad looking airport. But if you are planning to connect to another international flight, do it elsewhere, unless you wanna squeeze through a single checkpoint with a bunch of Indians who doesn't have a slightest idea about queuing. At the same time as our connection to France, some Air India flights landed as well. Everyone departing had to go through the one and only security checkpoint. I'm saying again - Indians don't know anything about queuing. Avoid.

Best airport I have been too. Better than Delhi airport in my opinion. Very clean airport, full of greenery, and tons of amenities like shopping restaurants. One of the busiest airports in Asia. Keep it up thumbs up . I have been living in India for the past 2 months and it is great.

It will be a pleasant experience, if you reach the right terminal Once you have reached the right terminal for your departure or transit you are welcomed with a beautiful and well layed out complex.
There are two terminals for CST , but it's kind of like two different airport and you need to exit the airport if you have a connection flight from a different terminal since terminal 2 acts as both domestic and international.
