The best airport in India. Kudos to the interiors. The staff is very polite and supportive. GVK u r the best...
Supab design and infrastructure of newly terminals, good services, amenities .
It is the second busiest airport in the country in terms of total and international passenger traffic after Delhi, and was the 14th busiest airport in Asia and 29th busiest airport in the world by passenger traffic in calendar year 2017 handling over 47.2 million passengers.
The working staff is really helpful. Good on infrastructure
One of the best and busiest Airport in the world with multiple run way service
Beautiful landscaping on the access to airport
Huge and massive area occupied by Airport Authority of India
Looks like one is really coming to commercial capital of India
Aesthetically pleasing design impresses with thousands of artifact collections impresses both new and old. I also amazed seeing the interior on every visit, despite being a regular visitor to the airport.
Top airport in india . All type flight are available in this airport
Neat and clean.. second biggest one in India.. International terminal is better one..
Hygenic as always. Proper and clear indication to complete the checkins. No trouble in navigating. Clear and regular reminders to maintain social distancing.
Good infrastructure clean big and neat, Airport just security personnel are bit crazy...many outlets for bags, sun glasses, perfumes, books, bar silver Article and food..as expected high price in Airport.
It is a huge airport with many lounges and places to shop and eat also the frequency of flights is extremely good and it is lively....
BEAUTIFUL ambience...state of the art...LOVE keep coming here...
It's not an airport anymore .. reminds me of movie scenes.
Awesome place, good service..high-tech facilities.i just loved it..
India's one of nice and busy airports. Neat and clean. Having all the facilities for departure and arrival from the world...
One of the best airports! Very very impressive building, very spacious, clean and beautifully decorated! India should be proud of it! Food is good quality and service is nice! The shops offer good souvenirs as well!
There is no transport system from one terminal to the other for travellers which is pathetic for an international airport of Mumbai.
Nice airport. Very large airport with all facilities. A match for igi Delhi. I rate it 5/5.
Beautiful airport with a great Service.
For those who are not frequent fliers or those who have their first flight, after reaching the arrival area there are three sections like auto, cab and taxi, these are private ones and please don't go there, they will charge you anything and deceive you, instead they have various cab offices inside airport, Use those and they have better service. Please don't get deceived.
Very beautiful airport...you can see whole india out there.
One of the busy airports in the world..also the traffic in Mumbai is more.. So it always have your time half an our early than you plan.. Usually the flights will be missed due to heavy traffic in Mumbai.. Plan your timing accordingly.. The infrastructure and facilities here is ..
Good housekeeping, enough space, nice interiors. Thanks to AAI for prayer room.
Concern authority should trained Ground staff, which are found very rude and careless to the passengers. Right start from information counter till swepers.
its well and good facilty to travelling in sky flying its very useful to study abroad going and well connected mumbai suburban areas.
Really beautiful airport, and really large and spacious inside given the modest number of flights. It resembles a shopping mall, with tasteful decorations, areas for kids, and (for India standards) clean restrooms. Note that the international gates 65-78 are quite a walk away from the lounges.
Very crowded and worse than a bus stand. No sitting arrangements.
The airport is spacious , quality of work of staff and crew is excellent, variety of food is less but the cost of food is high.
It is one of the beautiful airport. The duty free area has great interiors and
stores to shop. I stayed there for 2hrs while transiting to my next flight. Staff were very friendly except the policemen.
The airport has three operating terminals spread over a total land area of 750 hectares (1,850 acres)[6] and handles about 950 aircraft movements per day. It handled a record 1,007 aircraft movements on 9 December 2018, higher than its earlier record of 1,003 flight movements in a day in June 2018. It handled a record 51 movements in one hour on 16 September 2014.[7] Along with IGI Delhi, it was adjudged the "World's Best Airport" at Airport Service Quality Awards 2017 in the highest category of airports handling more than 40 million passengers annually by Airports Council International.[8] It has also won the "Best Airport in India and Central Asia" award at the Skytrax 2016 World Airport Awards.[9] It is one of the three airports in India to have implemented Airport Collaborative Decision Making (A-CDM) to ensure timely takeoffs and landings.[10]
The airport is operated by Mumbai International Airport Limited (MIAL), a Joint Venture between the Airports Authority of India and the GVK Industries Ltd led consortium[11] which was appointed in February 2006 to carry out the modernisation of the Airport.[12] The new integrated terminal T2 was inaugurated on 10 January 2014[13] and opened for international operations on 12 February 2014.[14] A dedicated six lane, elevated road connecting the new terminal with the main arterial Western Express Highway[15] was also opened to the public the same day.[16]
One of the best airport in the world. Proud on the Engineering and it's architects team. Marvellous building design, artefacts, top of the world facility and all...
I would recommend to visit it once you are in India.
I liked this airport very much. Because it is a big, huge and largest airport in India. So I like this airport very much. This place is very wonderful and carved in a peacock feathers shape. Here are many airlines connecting to this airport and here are many restaurants.
Beautifully built. Feel proud that such an airport is in India.
It's really a better kind of airport. Completely air conditioned. Different type of cafes and restaurants are also there for trippers. But the food is really very expensive. Here Mumbai Vada Pav is of 90 rs.
Poor & Too many of employees peeping you for the stuffs (same like station coolie & taxi drivers), also as my personal experience, some of my stuffs were robbed when i returned from london. I knowingly kept some items in unlocked section & it was wiped out. Stuffs were not expensive but they were worth some amount.
Interiors are good as international standards. But the worst part is Travelers Experience with employees
World class Airport with almost all the facilities. Airport complex is just massive & one of the busiest airports in India.
Nice airport. Compatible security, calm and peace, good interior, Wi-Fi, etc
One of the best international airports in the world with highest air traffic and state-of-the-art facilities..
Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport (IATA: BOM, ICAO: VABB), formerly known as Sahar International Airport, is the primary international airport serving the Mumbai Metropolitan Area, India. It is the second busiest airport in the country in terms of total and international passenger traffic after Delhi, and was the 14th busiest airport in Asia and 29th busiest airport in the world by passenger traffic in calendar year 2016 handling over 44.68 million passengers.[6] Its passenger traffic crossed 45 million in fiscal year 2016-17. The airport is the second busiest in the country in terms of cargo traffic also. In March 2017, the airport overtook London's Gatwick Airport as the world's busiest airport with only one operational runway at a time.[7] The airport has three operating terminals spread over an operational area of 750 hectares (1,850 acres)[8] and handles about 850 aircraft movements per day. It handled a record 51 movements in one hour on 16 September 2014.[9] It won the 2015 ASQ Best Airport Award in the 25-40 million passengers per annum category by Airports Council International.[10] It has also won the "Best Airport in India and Central Asia" award at the Skytrax 2016 World Airport Awards.[11] It is one of the three airports in India to have implemented Airport Collaborative Decision Making (A-CDM) to ensure timely takeoffs and landings.[12]
Good services and lot of amenities. Good shopping experience...
Good airport, but quite bad service. Had to queue up for my flight for 1hr plus. 3 counters for 10 international flights.complain to the senior officers and no response
Very big and nice airport. I really liked it. Good shops.
Well planed airport... Has all amenities for drink ,dine ,shop. Added up with an art gallery....
Lovely ambiance of culture from different parts of the country
Neeta Panchal, your staff was very helpful, caring and quick in giving us excellent customer service when our son was sick on 12th December 2018 before boarding for melbourne. Well Done Neeta. Wish you all the best and keep up the good work.
International standard airport. Delightful experience.
Well maintained, Airport staff following all safety protocol for the passengers for covid precautions.
Chatrapati Shivaji Maharaj international airport is the India's best airport.....architecture of this airport is awesome.
Terminal 2, the new international and domestic terminal is massive! Long walks to boarding gates are thus a given, but the terminal has excellent food options - be it for domestic travellers or international ones. In typical airport fashion, food is expensive though. Lots of interesting shopping options as well, along with excellent lounges - again domestic and international both. Travelators aren t designed well though and are positioned haphazardly. Airport authorities could have taken the example from Delhi airport s T3 terminal for the travelators. Mumbai s terminal posh and classy on the whole though. Domestic terminal has been improved big time as well!
excellent...went to Dubai last year...its the PRIDE OF INDIA!!...really good
Clean and support desks give a good service... parking...restrooms... snacks.. numerous of flights to take off every day...
The new terminal is nice, big, bright, and clean - both domestic and international. Good choice of shopping and food. Plaza premium in international terminal is nicest I ve seen in India. The food court in domestic has plenty of stomach safe options - even a couple of places that serve draft beer. Restrooms are clean.
Even Trump hates that Mumbai has such a great airport... haha... thumps up
It is neat clean, organised, excellent interior, many places with natural look like botanical Garden, nice fish pond , proper help desk , sign boards etc
One of the beautiful airport in the world and 2nd busiest airport in India. Around 1000 flight operation daily with scheduled and non scheduled airline. Consist of two terminal. T1:- For Indigo, Go air, Spicejet. T2:- For all airlines International flight and domestic flight for Air India, Jet airways, Vistara. CSIA has two intersecting runway 27-09, 14-32. Most time runway 27 is active only. Most of the international airline operate flights to this airport. Happy landigs. Thank you
Overall good but please improve transit passengers convenience; not managed up-to the world class.
Amazing and very beautiful clean ambience. Totally worth a visit. I love my India
Chic look of peacock feather design, amazing shopping brands, and luxurious large space, ideal for an international airport!
Best airport I have been to in India... the terminal buildings are beautiful inside and out and also there are entertainment available for passengers while they wait for their flight.
This airport showcases best use of space. There is a nice statement, in megastructures documentary on the construction of this airport building Mumbai airport is like an open heart surgery, on an athlete, when he is in between the marathon
India's best and World's one of the best and busiest airport. Designed with new amenities and covered with all facilities
Nice staff behaviour friendly environment. Fully automatically with world best interiors. Terminal 2 is the another name for this prestigious airport. Located in the heart of mumbai. Fully well equipped. Majority of the counters are closed and not functional which leads to heavy crowd and peak time. Nice parking features available with slots. Escalator and lift available. Many restaurants and coffee shops available in arrival and departure outside. Easy transportation facility.
One of the busiest airport in India as well as Asia. It's one of the best airport I have ever visited, flights are operated from 2 terminals the most beautiful and biggest is terminal 2 (T2) all the major international and full service domestic carrier's flights are operated from here and the other terminal is mainly for low cost airlines, the new terminal T2 is big, specious, clean, well trained staff and helpful and polite security personnel, it gives a stunning view of the flights landing, takeoff and taxiing. The roof / ceiling structure of the terminal 2 is inspired from feathers of peacock "the national bird of India". The airport is Indian in every good way. HAPPY TRAVELLING
Chhatrapati shivaji international airport is India's most and number one beautiful airport

A gorgeous and clean looking airport.
The use of white gives this place a more spacious feeling.
Best Airport in India...best service, low fares flights are originate from here.. Architecture and planning is amazing!
International Airport. Mumbai..
Good Airport...
Such beautiful place of Shivaji international airport mumabi
-> I can rate it 5 stars but there's only one mistake. I will share that one problem at last.
All the thing are nice and the interior is awesome.
The washrooms are well maintained.
There are cafeteria inside and outside the entry gates which are very nice and the food over there is awesome.
The airport is very big in size.
The one mistake - When we land on airport, it is very confusing to get out. The cabs are not available and from which floor to get auto or get out of the airport is not understood clearly or not mentioned. The people who travel and know the airport may know to get out but the fellow people who have landed first time on the airport may get confuse.
