International airport in epicenter of Mumbai. Very well planned and maintained. Lot of international cities connection junction.

Plzz reduce formalities like arogya setu & many things

Sleeping bags or the slouch overs required as the transit time sometime will be more. Atleast a comfortable nap is good.

Worst airport takes forever to get into the plane even if you have the boarding pass and there is no problem with security. One of the worst experience of my life

Excellent Lounge facilities & Great Boarding Systems in place for convenient boarding.

Being a cafe. They don't keep a spoon for customers. Was denied Sapna saying they don't have a spoon. Wanted to feed my kid with hot chocolate milk I got from them. Hilarious

The WiFi should be open to all not OTP based. Every other airport provide free WiFi.

Definitely Better than 2017. If you don't have Indian number connecting to WiFi is real pain. Possibility to get paid WiFi is just on paper. Expect queue at security and immigration.

Mumbai Airport has been fully refurbished to a high standard and features state of the art decor... After my last visit I am sure the staff have been to 'Charm' school as I have never known them to be so polite and helpful.

A most modern airport with adequate facilities. The size of the airport is large. Still it is easy to navigate as it is a well planned facility. Amazing architecture is something unique about this airport.

Nice airport wide space neet and clean. Parking available sittings available for passengers. Airport is decorated with flowers and mini plants. Proper arrangements of lighting and ventilation. Also available food items. staffs are cooperative with passengers. Realy very Nice place.

Great infrastructure. Good build. Proper care of passenger is taken at this place even electric cars are there to drop needy pessengers. Place is quiet decent and clean. You can feel calmness even though there are so many persons. Well built parking lots for public and personal vehicles too.

Super crowded considering it handles both domestic and international from same terminal.

Pls do come early as per the suggested reporting time of like 3 hrs+ prior for international flights and 2 hrs+ prior for domestic flights.

The best airport in INDIA planned well great facilities good and helpful staff. Cleanliness is at its best. Immigration staff also welcome tourists with a smile and politeness.
What I like most is the duty free and the food counters are not over priced like other countries.

Pictures say it all. Overflowing bins, empty trolley areas on arrival for departure, unusually shrill reversing horn of electric cart. Sub standard air conditioning. Complained for air conditioning to GVK office - no response until departure.

GVK needs to work at it. CSMIA is definitely not the best in the country. Hope they are not having labour problems/blackmail.

Nice architecture and very beautiful interiors. Unfortunately, it has no free internet through Wi-Fi.

Try to reach the airport hour or more in advance, because it's usually too crowded, the people handling system is usually efficient, though it gets a clogged up too much during the monsoons.

chhatrapati shivaji maharaj international airport, Mumbai airport its top class and best airport in the india, there staff is also good for helping , you will get best flight with best reasonable price. airport is very neatly clean and there atmosphere is so good. there is so much huge waiting area for seating.

Seems like the airport is back to business as usual. Lousy CISF personnel, no direction indicators or information boards/screens and of course total lack of social distancing as expected. Fortunately almost everyone had a mask on.

The premises were clean and tidy which was the only saving grace, so at least someone is doing their job and I am thankful to them.

The personnel at the immigration clearance point were very friendly and professional though unlike I had expected. They didn't unnecessarily ask for any random documents.

What an airport wow!!! Super for India a world class artistic airport representative for the nation at it's door for all those coming to India via Mumbai. This airport is far far beautiful and lovely than the Delhi airport Indira ga dhi international T3. Even though the T3 is bigger than this T2. All the international flights and premium domestic flights come to T2. The parking lot entry exit service and maintenance of this airport is just next level. It's a great place to go from. Please do try. All American and europeon airports will feel boring once you see this marvel.

The exit queue at arrival is very long and very risky of getting infected due to the crowd. Proper arrangements have not been made

The airport has facilities for the elderly and is really clean and spacious.
The infrastructure og the airport is excellent and the parking space of this airport is huge!!

The problem is that the things found in the international stores are a little too expensive.
Another problem is that the flight gates are not fixed, like they would tell you at first to go to gate 47A then to 50 or vice-versa. The distance between these gates are really big and it takes a lot of time to get to one gate.

The staff is really friendly and well behaved and cafeteria is just awesome..
The lounge of the GVK is just fabulous!!

Adjacent to Indigo departure terminal you will find this canteen where mostly the airport employees having food.
The food menu is really good and price too economic. If you want to eat less oily and home style food than this is the place.

Flights available for most of the important places of world. Awesome staff of airlines and airport staff as well. A lot of parking space and awesome waiting rooms. Quality airport lounge but little bit costly.

Easily better looking than most airports in the world but a nightmare if you are there to receive someone at the arrivals gate.The parking is huge but there are no clear directions to the arrivals floor after parking your car or how to re enter the car park after your pick up and then again you have to hunt to find the exit. Real maze! Also the the restrooms on each floor of the airport are filthy and the familiar roadside toilet stench welcomes you back to india. A real shame for a brand new airport posing to be world class.For people who come there after a long drive and have to wait for normally delayed flights there are no facilities except some fast food outlets. For once pl do not blame the govt as this is privately run.

Bigger in terms of capacity..parking...after IGI New Delhi... Well connected to world...still no direct flight to South America...There is dire need of one another airport for Mumbai

Avoid connecting through this airport if you can. Very disorganized connection counter. You end up wasting time that you could use to eat and shop waiting for them to manually process your travel documents. Once you get past the counter everything else is okay. Still I'd rather connect through a different city.

One of best airports. Separate buildings for domestic and international planes. Except for long queues at check in everything was a hassle free experience be it security or boarding.Lots of food outlets and shops on upper level. It looks like a mall. Lower level gates can improve. Staff is cooperative.needs better metro connectivity

I think it's one of the finest airports I have seen actually if you see the city then the airport seems like it does not belong in Mumbai. I hope the city adopts to the airport standards

Mumbai Chhatrapati Shivaji has 2 terminals. Terminal 1 or Domestic Terminal used to be the old airport called Santacruz Airport, some locals are still using this name nowadays. Terminal 2 or International Terminal replaced the old terminal 2, formerly known as the Sahar Airport.
