We bought a bed frame from here and the people here were wonderful. Great customer service and they have been very kind.

Love this place. Just not enough money to buy all that I want. Lol.very high end furniture and decor. Something for every room. The quality of care and attention I received from the sales people was remarkable. I observed a clean establishment that was wheelchair accessible with public restrooms. If needed they finance. Atmosphere was upbeat. Here are some picture's to show how happy I am with things I've gotten there and shopping Gustafson's for something new .

Exceptional Customer Service
We could not have asked for a better furniture buying experience! We were looking for furniture in a timely manner and Dana spent a few hours helping us find coordinating living room and bed room furniture that was in stock. She was patient and very helpful. She definitely went above and beyond to ensure that we had a great experience and the furniture is beautiful! The delivery men were very courteous and informative and setup furniture with care! Please stop in and ask for Dana!

This is a review of the service my wife and I received from PAM HEIBERGER. My "NEW" home has many pieces of furniture from Gustafson's. The last 2 pieces we bought with the friendly and knowledgeable help of Pam. She helped us "just enough", giving us the information we needed to make an "informed decision", and then she gave us the "breathing room" to make our thinking process easy and PRESSURE FREE . On top of the good help, Pam gave us guidance and "extra information" that made for an even easier purchase. All of this made for a VALUE FILLED shopping experience. Pam's friendly, easy attitude was so much like everything Rockford USED TO BE, but IS everything that GUSTAFSON'S STILL IS! Our "new" home is in Stoughton, Wisconsin. I still brought my trailer down to Rockford last week to buy a needed box spring from GUSTAFSON'S and PAM. It's like dealing with good family members....

Horrible customer service. The blonde manager has a horrible attitude to match her horrible spray tan. Store has ok selection, but will not buy from anyplace that treats customers poorly

I bought a loveseat from Pam at the Riverside location. Pam was very thorough in understanding our needs and made a great recommendation for us! Pam demonstrated excellent customer service, follow up, and passion for her product. She is a top-notch associate and I will ALWAYS buy my furniture from her going forward. I just moved into a new apartment and I was looking for a new mattress and eventually new couches. But as soon as I walked in i was greeted By Ricky and he was extremely helpful and I will definately be going back soon to purchase my new mattress.

I have brought plenty of things from these locations even sent my friends to the store but today was a disappointment the staff was rude and the guy didn t understand what I was looking for the lady Kim always get me what I need for my budget. Kim not there I will not be returning.

My salesperson was super helpful and willing to work on prices to get me the best deal, the reason I don't give them the 5 stars is when we arrived to pick up my items I purchased the two gentleman that came to load the items into are vehicle weren't very friendly, when we tried to help they told us to let them do their job, proceeded to run the cart into the truck which is what we were trying to avoid. Other than that very Happy with my purchases

Was in the store Friday. The owner Dale Gustafson welcomed us to the store spoke with Dale for a few minutes. GREAT MAN! We were looking for a head board hooked up with Mitch (our go to guy), as always did us good. I picked the head board up Sat. The staff in Shipping department were great! Great store great people!

Gustafson's Furniture is a Rockford staple who always has quality furniture and fantastic customer service. They have a wide variety of prices that fits with any budget. Just tell the sales staff what you want and your price range. No pressure. Their delivery service is a bit high but that staff is very professional, helpful and polite.

Scammers. Went to buy new bedding, found nice mattress then told good price only with mis match box spring, then told flat fee delivery of $129.00. What a joke.

Big selection!! Bigger than I had thought.. Many different price ranges also depending on your wallet. If your shopping for furniture differently check them out. No high pressure sales either. Greg helped us and he would come back every few mins to see if we had any questions and when we did he was very helpful.

Low pressure, left us alone unless we had questions. Adapted to our shopping/searching methods perfectly. Laughed my stupid jokes. Dee is a good man.
