Worst place ever I try getting my son into daycare and he is about to be 2 and nothing has been done ever time I go and ask they say they don t have funds and that they can t even tell me when he will get in and that funds should be release now in February and haven t been released since last February it is really ridiculous anything time you call the person in charge of daycare vouchers she never picks up like does she even work there here I am a young mother trying to provide for my son and work and go to school yet here I am doing nothing cause I have no one to watch him then they complain about people being on government help but do nothing to even help

I have called my dss caseworker 100+ time no exaggeration! Always goes straight to answering machine. Literally the worst . They have the nicest work environment in all of the social services I've been in and they can't seem to do there job. I'm disgusted.

Called multiple times and they never answered! Finally had to go to the office and was able to change the address on my Medicaid Identification Card. Tooks weeks to get here and when the Medicaid card finally arrived the address was never changed. It s was still the same address. So I am back to calling with no answer

EVERY month they "mail my recertification" out to my address and I NEVER get it causing me to have my card suspended and driving 25 minutes to the office. Their answer to avoid talking to anyone is sending your call to a voicemail machine so they dont have to listen to you.

IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD. NOBODY ANSWERS!!

Case worker never answers the phone. And when she does call back, she sounds so rude and impatient. I honestly wished I could be assigned to a different one

The security officer was extremely nice to me and helped me with where to submit my documents. Ty for your customer service and ty for freaking with the public bc I know it's not easy doing your jobs so ty for your services

They have the worst service ever! No point in calling no one ever picks up. They need better service but then again I m sure they could care less about who needs assistance.

Taking photographs of things that are plainly visible from public spaces is a constitutional right and that includes federal buildings, transportation facilities, and police and other government officials carrying out their duties.
Police officers may not confiscate or demand to view your digital photographs or video without a warrant.Ignorance of the law is no excuse.

They have an excellent service and a couple of days ago they installed a new electronic system with a monitor to call attendees for social assistance, reducing waiting time, continue working for the welfare of the residents of High Point, NC.! !!

The times I have gone have been very fast and friendly, there is not much line and they call fast. Thank you very much for making the process easy and fast!

Worst SECURITY in history with the fake police officer who is just a security guard comes off like a jerk towards citizens.

Everyone was very polite and helpful! Very appreciative how fast my problem was resolved.

With COVID and everything, I am sure that everyone is a little more stress but I didn t think that the department of social services customer service could get any worse at the high point location.

Why is your junky allied security guard putting his hands on people? Why is he telling people he's a police officer? Pretty sure there's a law against that.

it was closed to the public but we were helped by a wonderful lady that was able to give us the paperwirk we needed

It helps but should have online like FaceTime version for when u can't come in know what u have to do. That also can scan things for u too straight fax to them. If possible would help on ppl coming in they can go in order thanks if seen.

Why do my daughter have to wait to get emergency stamps.the card was mailed on march 24 and still as of TODAY NO CARD and you telling her you can't help until Tuesday April 14.WHERE IS THE EMERGENCY.
