Arbor Acres Retirement Community Review

We've been kicked out after 1.5 years. That's a lot of wasted money. We were told they would not. My father has severe dementia and can be trouble at times. My father is in hospital now and will be put on streets unless we choose a facility that is a dump basically. This is even after hospital physician practically begged for Arbor Acres to let him return. I would give a minus star if it was available. We've been wronged

Great location, beautiful grounds, helpful staff, knowledgeable staff, caring and pleasant staff, one stop retirement shop, welcoming and friendly residents, good cuisine, overall excellent!!!!!!!

Outside is beutiful, staff is hardworking, but they have bad leadership running the place. Thats the biggest issue. Eventually thats going to cause issues.

Good grief! looks like an incredible place to retire! Beautiful grounds, buildings, artwork in the halls, recreation facilities. The studio bedroom I visited was comfortable and up-to-date. Wish I could afford it when that's a logical next step for me.

Is great place for retirement people, amazing comunity

Great place to work. The residents are pleasant and well taken care of. The staff is full of good friendly people who care about the residents which makes a wonderful environment for everyone.

I worked here very briefly. Don t let the pretty grounds and buildings fool you. Management is horrible!!!
Some families have had to place remote cameras in their loved ones rooms, to be sure what is really happening. The food is terrible also,
I made suggestions to improve things for the residents, and 2 days later I was jobless.
No one talked to me about a problem, with my employment: I just no longer had a job.
Avoid this place both for employment, and for your family.

Quite expensive retirement community with lots of activities and facilities. Think Club Med for aged 65+.
Its size means unless you have family living locally you could easily fall thru the cracks when you get really old.

Very clean facility, dedicated staff, and lots of friendly faces. I especially love all of the planned activities that offer a variety for the residents. They really care and they show it.

I love working there, they really know how to cater to the residents. it is a very happy peaceful place that is designed to cater to whatever a resident may need or want. Come and check us out.

Avery upscale retirement facility. It is beautiful. The staff is very nice and knowledgeable.

Arbor Acres is a great place to live. They have so many activities for the residents. My cousin lived there for 5 years. It was so good for her. Staff is very friendly. They just have so much for the residents to do.

High end retirement facility. Independent living in apartments or stand-alone homes. Assisted living, skilled care and Alzheimer's care are also available. Friendly staff and residents.

This place used to be great, it has turned for the worse. They used to have a great maintenance staff with wonderfully caring people but they chased them all away. I will be moving my mother out of here at the end of summer.

A real haven for the older set. Almost any activity you could want, fabulous food, complete different menu @ each meal. Almost no need to ever leave. Like living in class A resort & spa....like living full time @ the GREENBRIAR. Can't beat it...sigh up!!!!

Arbor Acres is an elite retirement home with care for elderly adults. Spectrum covers elegant retirement with care till death. Wonderful assisted living units and then health care facility that includes a memory care unit that is marvelous. Beautiful facilities, gated entrance always manned for security. Great nursing staff available for everyone.

My Grandma and my Great-Grandma have both lived here. The staff is always hospitable, kind, and conscientious not to mention very well trained.

My moms car was broken into here, the area around this place is getting worse and worse. way overpriced to have security issues.

Great place to work, good benefits and friendly managers

Extremely well staffed and equipped! My mother went in from a previous Assisted Living facility being way under weight, extremely depressed and unhappy about most everything. After being there for less than a month (it's now been about 8 months) her weight was normalizing, she was less depressed and actually smiles!

The grounds are lovely. There's a pond with ducks and geese. The premises are well kept and decorated beautifully.

Nicest retirement center that I have visited as a pastor. Amazing memory care unit and "step-up" care.
