Making the appointment was not that easy, online did not work at all. Called and then a mail with the appointment. It could not be moved (or it would take weeks before they had another hole. This is downright bad!
But fortunately the technician made up for it again! Friendly gentleman who connected everything quickly and professionally!

Terrible company after 3 weeks they only came to schedule an appointment so I had to wait another week for them to come. All in all 4 weeks had no internet and TV. and I'm not even talking about the hours I spent on the phone. .

Very variable: the first assembly when moving to the current address worked perfectly; recently there were two mechanics who gave half off work, a third which came much too late (and feedback control that I was not at home while he spoke), today a perfect mechanic who arrived on time, everything dissolved, proactive and it was also friendly.
Advantage of the doubt: 3 stars.

Very bad communication, always put on hold by phone, will not be answered after that you are just on hold for half an hour. No appointment confirmations, so you suddenly no longer have an appointment. Just downright very bad !!!

My experience with Guidion is downright bad!
This organization is very difficult to reach by telephone and the connection was dropped several times when the question apparently became too difficult.
The website to make an appointment online is not working!
My written complaints were not or hardly dealt with and I still do not feel that I have been taken seriously as a customer.
After I was finally able to make an appointment, the technician did not show up on the said date and time. After I mentioned this it was very difficult to make a new appointment.
I feel that there are very few people working at the call center who are poorly trained.
Solcon who hired this company should be ashamed that they do business with this!

Very unfortunate this .. the mechanic would come between 10-12. Did not come, at 12:15 just called, after more than 15 minutes on hold, I get to speak to a woman, who would contact the mechanic, put on hold again, after waiting about 10 minutes the connection was broken , I call again, after 10 minutes I get an employee on the line who tells me that the mechanic has failed, no counter message, nothing, no new appointment made, in the course of the day we will be called back by someone from guidion, if that had not happened at the end of the day, we had to call back. We are waiting.

Guidion does not meet agreements. Installer did not show up and only after I had called myself did they come into action. Promised twice to call back and not called back twice and worse, not seen as an installer. Moreover, the help desk employees do not know what to do when it becomes technical. All they can say is that they find it very annoying but can not change anything else.

And they call that 'service'. They do not know any service at Guidion. We get internet from Telfort. During the sales meeting, I clearly stated that I have a very short cable hanging on the wall for the telephone connection. 'Fine is all right, the package is complete'.

Not. Upon receipt package, Guidion called for an appointment. Here VERY clearly reported that I have a short cord (3 cm) for my connection. An appointment with a mechanic, who can solve it.
Yesterday was the mechanic (Henri Gull). Max 5 minutes. Could not help, a KPN mechanic would have to come. THE CUTTER MUST BE MINIMUM 10 CM WHEN HE CAN CONNECT IT.

How do you think that. Already at Telfort and at the appointment reported and yet made an appointment with the wrong. Now a few days before Ziggo is closed. Have not heard anything from KPN yet.

When I ask Guidion, I am very rude to a Lady of Guidion (she sounded an Arabic accent). Totally no understanding, empathy and empathy. I just have to call Telfort or KPN and wait for it.

25 minutes minimum waiting time when you call, sometimes they even hang up on you.
First the technician didn't show up. When he finally showed up the next day he said something was broken and they had to call an external company to help. I tried calling them to ask when they think they would manage to set up the internet, get hanged up on after 2 rings.

Honestly, T-Mobile should just drop them and have their own contractors or use KPNs as Guidion just holds them back with this unprofessionalism

Can finally again without I want to throw my cell phone against the wall because it was riding on wifi but yesterday Guido solved it super well from 25 MB to More than 300 MB so everything is now super fast top man and thanks

Really incredible that these types of companies can exist. If you specifically stay home from work for a day to wait for a technician, you will be notified that the technician has just visited but no one has opened it. When telephone contact with customer service I finally get someone on the line after a long wait: Sorry we can't help it but you have to make a new appointment (via t-mobile, and that will only be possible in 2 weeks). So I am without internet all the time. I read in reviews that this type of practice occurs regularly and then I really wonder how these types of companies choose their freelancers. At least it doesn't work for a meter.

Extremely poor service. The engineer didn't show up at the arranged time. When I called to inquire about the case the Guidion CSR said that the person had taken a picture of the house door as a proof that he was there. I wish he would have made an effort to ring the door bell instead or even knock. I've now wasted half a working day for absolutely nothing.

As an ex-mechanic I can explain why technicians do not show up and why the technicians are bad. Good mechanics do not want to work at low prices. The fees were high at first. And every time it was screwed further down with more and more requirements. If you have to drive 100km for a customer with a reimbursement of 25 euros, then no technician goes out. As compensation you can request km compensation. That is promised but never paid out. At a certain moment the technicians do not step in there anymore. The best mechanics are coming down and new starting freelancers are coming, who still want to drive for a net amount of 10 euros per appointment. There will be a good between now and then, but that will soon drop out. Especially because the stock system never fits. And as a mechanic you are responsible for that. However, they do not listen to Guidion and are treated with stock. To top it all off, the mechanic wants to say goodbye and Guidion thinks that he does not have to pay the end invoices of the freelancer. Take a good look at this review. There will be no Guidion in a few years.

2x called, of which the 1st x I was hanged after giving my zip code. call again and just sit on the phone for half an hour before I speak to someone. You can be busy for a while, but if this continues throughout the day, it may be convenient to hire more staff.

update after 2 weeks: Already 3 times with them to call. Where appointments are not fulfilled and the waiting times are always at least 15 minutes. Sometimes I call Guidion in the car, and then I hope that I hit a post because it is nicer to call guidion.

After reading the reviews on the internet, the mechanic expects to be late or not at all. Called in advance to ask if a more precise time could be given, between 12.00 and 16.00 is a very broad concept, but unfortunately this was not possible. Mechanic was there at 12.20 a quarter of an hour before the time with the arrival time. Everything is installed quickly and neatly.

What a drama company and a shame that T-Mobile is ...

What a drama company and a shame that T-Mobile is hiring this company. All of a sudden I received an e-mail stating that a technician had come by, but nobody opened it. That while we have been home all afternoon.

Immediately after receiving the email contacted, after being on hold for 10 minutes, finally someone on the phone to explain the problem. The woman then contacts the technician, but he refuses to come back.

The suggestion: "why doesn't the technician call if the door is not opened", was dismissed with: "not all technicians have a telephone from the shop". That alone is very special to me today.

Then the woman asked to simply ask the technician that he came back, I was told: "You must request a new repair if with t-Mobile" and the connection was broken.

After calling back and forth (T-mobile indicated that I was already the 2nd in succession who had such a notification), but a new appointment with Guidion is delayed due to crowds. Thinking along and a little extra effort is not possible for this heavily customer-friendly company. Really messy people and hope that T-Mobile will soon stop the collaboration. 1-star is actually too much!

Making the appointment was a bit stiff. Can be a bit more organized, but all in all a good experience. Mechanic was neatly on time and quickly finished installing. Now we have to wait and see how it all goes and continues to run. Only not entirely correct information. With wifi I would have up to 300 mbps speed (measured was a bit higher) and with cord 1000mbps (measured 600 to max 800 at the peak) still nice and smooth, but not as promised unfortunately. Everything went fine

Mechanic arrived late without even calling properly. Did not want to hear my vision of the problem unpleasantly smacking on chewing gum. Complained that it was too hot in the relevant room because the heating was on at 20 degrees. (yes that sometimes happens in the winter!). Whether the door could be opened! Complained that the computer was too slow because a site came in slowly. He didn't have time for that! He certainly wanted to catch up with me! Whether I wanted to get another laptop while it was about this computer! I noticed such a lack of expertise and patience that I decided to ask him to leave. He was quickly gone because of this. If that is what he wanted, then his design was successful, but I complain to my provider that they are working with such a company, and I am not the only one if I read the reactions here!

Unfortunately a very negative experience with this company. Make various promises, all of which are not kept. In the meantime an appointment has been confirmed 4 times by telephone, but the written confirmation does not follow. Every time I call back, another excuse follows why e.e.a failed and the installation date is delayed. Even more sad is the communication between Guidion and T-Mobile at home. Reference is made to each other and when you continue to inquire a little deeper, you are casually connected or referred back to the other party. Final conclusion: When you search for google on google, the top of the page shows: "7 happy customers per minute"; replace happy with dissatisfied and you probably approach the truth better.

Because of tele2 guidion has been a mechanic on time but he has not done anything and has not solved anything he has not even finished his work properly loose adhesive tapes the wires are almost loose so it was for a temporary something. I called tele2 and story left with them and all they could do was pay for the days we were without internet, I'm almost sure the same problem in a few months.

What a bad company! No internet or TV for a week. According to t-mobile, a technician would come by to make the connection. You couldn't call this a mechanic! The only thing he did is set up a new modem while there was nothing wrong with the old one. the problem is not in the modem. He couldn't do anything else for us? And they call that a mechanic. No corporate clothing, no company car, too late and no business knowledge! Shame on you.

Appointment made for TV and internet connection at XS4ALL between 8 and 12. Guidion mechanic rings at 12:15 and then refuses to come in because he "faints" and vomits from a cat. Waited for nothing and still no internet and TV. Called and just hang up. The work order has also been received.
Not even worth 1 star.

At 10:30 the mechanic would come by with 30 minutes of spelling. However, the mechanic was 45 minutes in advance. So outside of the window. After calling, it appears that the mechanic would suddenly be ill. Fortunately, Telfort sends the name of the mechanic.

After only a small google query, the best man appears to be self-employed and still has his own company. After calling that company, I get the best man on the phone and what turns out ... not at all sick.

I am surprised that a company is lying to clients of a client. If she was honest, I had no problem with it. This is a dealbreaker. I'm going to cancel the contract.

T-mobile please react! how can you work with such a bad partner. Completely unprofessional. They are damaging T-mobile big time. I woudl give you a negative star. Didnt show twice in a row at my place and they said they did, when I was at home the whole day. didnt ring the bell, didnt call, anything how can you be so bad. It is actually difficult to be so bad, so congratualtions on been the worst! really you deserve a prize
