Dramatisch slecht bedrijf. De monteur kwam veel te vroeg en was dus al weg voordat ik thuis kwam. De klantenservice reageert onprofessioneel, onbeleefd en bijdehand: "oh het zal wel een kerstmirakel zijn geweest", was de reactie. Resultaat: nog een vakantiedag opofferen.

Guidion did not show up during the first appointme...

Guidion did not show up during the first appointment on Friday 18-9. We waited all Friday evening and canceled appointments for it. As a result, we were without internet TV and music for a week.

Called customer service on Saturday. They claim to have been and to have a picture of our door. Well I was home every minute and I didn't receive a phone call from we are almost there. And we have to take the photo that was 'taken'. still. receive.

Then they would be contacted urgently (within 2 working days) for a new appointment, again no answer ... eventually I called myself on Thursday. And then I got an email saying that the next appointment was not until a week and a half; Monday 5 Oct.

So their mistake and laxity allowed me to wait two and a half weeks.

VERY BAD!

Neat applet before the engineer would come. Well arranged. Only the engineer didn't come. Day off, and then waiting from 12 to 16 hours, without having received a message that nobody is coming. Then call yourself. Then thrown out of the queue after fifteen minutes, and I could try again. When I got someone on the line after 24 minutes, it turned out that the technician would not come again. It can happen that something happens that causes you to be delayed or otherwise unable to handle all customers. No problem. But that you do not let us know, I find downright bumble.

Appointment was that the mechanic would come along between 08:00 and 10:00. No one was around. There was a note in the mailbox that this mechanic would have been at 07:30. Great that you do not wait until 08:00. Just stood under the shower.

Pleasant skilled and above all clear engineer. Just indicated that with Loewe TV unfortunately 2 remote controls are still required, despite the fact that t-mobile advertising is not.
The technician also helped a bit with a setting WIFI for him in a minute.
Probably an hour or more for us.
In short, satisfied customers.

Worst company and customer service. Their engineer didn't show up , and then they didn't call back to make other appointment . When I called , they accepted their error but was totally redicolius and not understanding of the situation or in providing a resolution. Dutch government and consumer rights organisations should looking into provoking their license. Such companies should be black listed .

Worthless online no appointment and they are not available. One hour on hold and still nothing. Apparently busy or almost have the impression that nobody works. The worst part is that they partner with t-mobile. Now you can wait a long time for everything to work. Have done it yourself.

Too long waiting times, emergency service would normally be 48 hours. Guidion makes it 5 days, 2 of which in the weekend. It is an emergency, but Guidion has no engineers available, all fully booked. Too bad this !!

Because the line of Telfort was out, a mechanic had to come. Guidion mailed that the mechanic would call me after adjustments in the workstation to check if the internet did it again. If not, he would make adjustments at my home. But he did not call. When I called Guidion after an hour, or the mechanic still came, the employee said that the mechanic had done what he had to do and tried to take my voicemail. But that really did not happen. And the internet still did not work. The employee then indicated that I had to call Telfort myself to create a new ticket. Ridiculous! In the end, a Telfort employee made a new appointment for me with another mechanic. That delivered happy top work. But my experience with Guidion is really dramatic.

The intention is that Guidion will solve a problem...

The intention is that Guidion will solve a problem with me on behalf of xs4all. Guidion can not be reached by telephone (perpetual waiting, after half an hour no one picks up). They do not respond to emails. The only thing I get are standard mails with links that lead to error messages. If I reply if they want to call me and my phone number there I get a reply to mail them, plus the same standard mail with link that does not work. From Xs4all customer service I hear that there are many problems there that they have no time and therefore keep them off. I will unfortunately have to make sure that sooner or later a mechanic comes, I hope he will do his job well, but make sure you never consciously choose this company if you have the freedom to go elsewhere.

UPDATE!

UPDATE!
At the next appointment, the gentleman came and I stayed home just to be sure. The gentleman was very friendly, helpful and it was quickly arranged. The WiFi was right. So now I am a satisfied customer, the only downside was that they did not call the previous appointment when I was away for a minute, so I have to wait longer, but let's assume it was an exceptional case.

The technician would come by via T-Mobile to install T-mobile-Home. The appointment was in the period from 12:00 to 14:00 on September 23rd. There was also little availability to choose from, so the waiting time was already 10 days. However, when the mechanic came (13:45), I was just taking waste away for 5 minutes. Instead of calling me for a while (I didn't leave my phone number for nothing), he argued right away and now I can wait another 2 weeks until October 5 until they can finally come by again.

I called them and they agreed it was indeed not neat. But making an emergency appointment was not possible despite they probably can find a hole. So now for a month without internet by Guidion. I hope they will fix it, otherwise my review will remain as it is and my opinion will remain unchanged ..

Past 1 year i am using telefort without any problem this month i shifted house and i called installation guy 4-8 appointment but
he came after 9.30 and he said he couldn't fix and he will let some other mechanic and they will call me to book appointment but no one called so i called and booked appointment for today evening from 4-8 p.m but mechanic came at 2.20 he left pamplet. I called customer care they said it was there mistake next appointment on friday , for there mistake why i need to wait for 2 days then i convinced myself and called customer care and booked appointment on Friday but i got a mail that i will get appointment on next Tuesday . Worst customer care rude behavior . Can anyone suggest me how to file complaint against them? I can't go beyond customer care . Please telfort kindly change your partner orelse you will lose your valuable customers..
