Mechanic did not ring the bell, just done something and then drove away. Instead of faster internet I now have no internet. Mechanic could not come back but a new appointment had to be made - I have a company I can't wait for days for a new appointment and internet? Really a terrible company that Xs4all must give up immediately.

Guidion cannot be reached at all. You have to make an appointment via the computer. This does not work because we do not live in the green area of the mechanic. Eventually being able to get in touch with Guidion through Tmobile. It became too difficult for them and then she slammed the receiver on it. Very unprofessional.

The technicians are god and friendly, but the company is terrible! They dont tell the techs what to do. They came for a problem that they couldn't fix, and left a phone number to call back the next working day. they never answered the phone. This company is a bad CSR example, T-mobile alike.

Internet outage at T-Mobile Home. I was told that a mechanic calls me today and we can schedule an appointment. I have been called 1 day later, I did not record it on time after 1 signal is a collaboration of Guidion aborted. Luckily my mobile phone was in my hand so I knew that I had no chance to record that. Immediately afterwards I received a text message that Guidion tried to call me, they could not reach me and I can call it myself to schedule an appointment.
Guidion instead of writing apologies to below-mentioned reviews do the real thing and solve the upcoming failures.

A nice company to work with, we made the technical transition from Ziggo to T-Mobile. Fiber optic, modem, TV and wifi installed.

No hassle but delivered quickly with a clear explanation. Can I recommend to everyone

Without a message, the mechanic is already an hour late!
This while they indicate that they can be up to half an hour early or late.
Why not just a message that it is running out then at least you know where you stand

It was a good service. Measurements were made by the Technician who came over with measurements that you can do via an app. Now I do not know how good measurements are of course, but because my WiFi was sometimes slow at home, a new router was installed right away that does provide the offered speed. That is why I am satisfied

It was not possible to make an appointment online because I could not answer a question with YES. I had to contact me by phone.

Well try that. New work. After 1 hour and 15 minutes and 2x a lost connection, I stopped.
Unfortunately ..... no switch to another provider, but luckily there are worse things :)

The mechanic came an hour and a half later than agreed, did not inform us about delays, did not call (as agreed) that he was on his way, 'installed' the equipment in half an hour and left everything incompletely installed. "Call Caiway tomorrow about a few points".

This company works with the self-employed should not be a problem.
However, my friend worked here (telecom) and all (most) 8 + 9 + scores (or satisfied customers).
Only if you get positive criticism from this company will the cooperation be dissolved.

Mechanics have to do work without being paid for it, if you then read other reviews on the internet (a lot of bad ones) I understand that you cannot have a technician (unpaid) work done and then expect quality.
It is a pity that a Ziggo does business with these types of companies that is so badly concerned about self-employed.

I am shocked when I go through the reviews, how can such a company continue to work and continue like this?
First of all you are at least 15 minutes on hold and if you have a malfunction like me on 2 June 2019 then Guidion will only arrive on 19 June !!! Until that time but without internet and TV .. should be possible according to T mobile and Guidion ..
After much insistence, the date has been postponed to 12 June .. that is still 9 days without TV and internet ...

Don't go home with T-mobile, they work together with Guidion and also Telfort and a few other providers ..

Really ridiculous! The appointment was then around 14:30 - 16:30 that a mechanic will come, but with 3 small children we waited until 20:00 in the evening! Really. Not normal! And after the installation, the mechanic had brought our old modem and said it will give it back to the T-mobile for us. I give it to him with full confidence. But after 1 week we get mail from t-mobile that I had to return the old modem! I had immediately contacted t-mobile and Guidion, when after a long phone call it appears that the mechanic "just" sent our modem back to T-mobile. Just received another letter from t-mobile asking to return the old modem! ? Now again need to contact both company! Talked and put on hold for an hour and a half and it turns out that the mechanic had given our modem to the other customer! Very annoying!!!

Rubbish. First they come and say theres nothing I can do . They do not provide any solution. I call Xs4All and they arrange for them to come the next day. Took a morning off work because they will come between 8 and 12 and at 9:30 i get a text saying they cannot come. I make another appointment for the next day and they cancel right away. Now theres no timeslot available in the foreseeable future. This is absolute disrespect. Im happy with xs4all but do not want to stay with them because they partner with Guidion.

What a worthless company with a worthless service and an unskilled engineer. After weeks of waiting, a technician finally came by to install my T-Mobile package. For which you yourself have to pay quite a bit. Mechanic came by and everything did not work, the blame was placed with the Fiber Optic Manager. According to the engineer, this had not sent a signal. It would certainly take another 10 working days until another party came to fix it. After a lot of shouting on the phone, a friendly engineer from VolkerWessel Telecom finally visited me. He indicated that the signal was normal and that the mechanic who had visited me had ruined several people on the same day. It turned out that a cable was loose ... Why do such large companies still work with such a company when there are so many bad reviews.

If it is so busy why not call them when it suits them to make an appointment ...!
I can't really hang up because I was put through by Telfort, there is nothing to do but wait even longer ...

Very unsatisfied, very long wait (12 minutes) for the second time a technician comes by. to come and look at the fiber optic system. this can only be done in a month. I canceled all my current subscriptions because my new system would come into effect from 15 June. bah bah

Worthless service!

Worthless service!
Since last Thursday, I am without Internet, television and fixed telephony, brought into contact with this company by Telfort to have a mechanic come along to have this problem remedied!
Appointment made for today, the mechanic would arrive at 2 pm, I was pointed out the half-hour clearance that they have, no problem I was waiting at home! 14: 45h not yet a mechanic, I thought I'd let me call. I get told that the mechanic already last Monday and that the problem is 'fixed'.
I had expressly indicated to the three Guidion employees that I had spoken in the meantime that I was not home on Monday and Tuesday, so how that best mechanic could have solved the problem without having checked it in the house is a mystery to me!
I have requested to speak to the mechanic myself, but this was not possible.
I had to call Telfort again, because the Guidion company could not help me with an indoor problem.
Telfort called again, they connected me again with Guidion, because it turns out that the same mechanic can solve the problem and that a new appointment has to be made.
Employee on the line had a fairly large mouth, because I am the customer with a problem which by their actions is now not fixed as agreed!
I would say Telfort please go with another company that solves the problems at the customers home, because you lose customers!
We are now a week further, I am now 3 hours on the leash with Telfort and Guidion further.
I am done with it! It must now be properly resolved and fast!
Mr. the mechanic is coming Friday again, I meanwhile have a head in that it is now going to be fixed ..

I have a mechanic who has visited me and that was someone who knew his work and helped me very much even though I did not have internet after his visit. My biggest problem with Guidion is where a lot of companies are bothered by that you are nowadays speaking to you and you as a standard.More respect towards the customer is still desirable it is still real degradation of good manners!

I am trying to contact the company without success .. I queued on 27-07-2020 from 4:45 PM to 5:30 PM and then hung up as I really had to drive home from work. At 7:15 pm I tried until 9:00 pm but unfortunately no response. Been in the queue for more than 2 hours ... I don't think there is anyone working at this company so we can't get internet .. we've been without it for weeks.

Incredibly bad company.
Mechanic arrives more than an hour late and records a voicemail message with an unknown number in which he says that he is very disappointed that no one is at home and that he accepts this because he cannot ring? Now, during the making of the appointment, I clearly stated yesterday that our central front door is not working and that my number must be called when the technician is at the door. If the next gentleman comes more than an hour late and calls me with an unknown number (so I can't call him back) I find it a bit strange that HE is the one who is disappointed. I called the company after this but was put back on hold twice and my story was not listened to seriously. After 40 minutes I finally got someone on the phone who said that it was of course not so handy that the technician could not have reached me and that I should have watched my phone better? Well sorry, but do you find it very strange that after 1 hour and 17 minutes someone no longer counts on a phone call ?! The problem has not yet been resolved and no new agreements have been made since the technician first had to be "asked" whether he would perhaps want to come by tomorrow. I HAD IT ALL WITH THIS COMPANY !!

This is without a doubt the worst installation com...

This is without a doubt the worst installation company I have ever had to work with. Setting up an appointment can take hours. The average wait time on the phone is 25 minutes. Often they make a mistake with their booking, and when you call back to correct it you have to wait in line again. The frequently cancel, and when they do, they offer zero compensation, and not even an apology.

T-Mobile, I IMPLORE YOU, use a different sub-contractor. This company is THE week point in your service. Were it not for Guidion, I would be recommending T-Mobile to all of my clients, friends, and colleagues. As it stands, I simply cannot.
